“Awesome people and are willing to go the extra mile to make a customer happy. We picked up 15lbs of live crawfish at 12:30 in the afternoon and got home to clean them and prepare for a boil at 430. We noticed a few were dead and called and they let us know to wait and see if they wake up from being on ice. When we went to boil at 3 we noticed even more not moving and potentially dead. We brought them back and they kindly swapped it out for new crawfish. I appreciate them taking the time to show us a crawfish after being on ice and being kind to us and replacing them! Crawfish were amazing in size!“

“Stopped in for some amazing food with my brother and mom on a Thursday evening and I was craving catfish. Their catfish is breaded with a great seasoned flavor, crispy thick pieces and some thin ones too. The Catfish Atchafalaya is one of the best entrees when you are craving a savory seafood dish. The crawfish etouffee is the best in the parish. We ordered the jacked up crawfish dip with the fried pita chips that come out hot and fresh with crawfish in every bite! Creamy with a hint of spice that’s so satisfying. Try that with the fried eggplant and you will love it. For dessert the richest and best bread pudding with an amazing tasty rum sauce. Take it home with you, heat it up for about 10 seconds and you have that midnight southern snack that brings you back to your childhood. The atmosphere is relaxing and the southern rustic Louisiana feel makes you wanna sit back and just enjoy the goodness of the evening. Our waitress was Carmin and she was welcoming and offered great advice on every dish we asked about. Great service across the board. The prices ate so affordable for the amount of food served on an entree, even the appetizers. Everything about Louisiana Bayou Bistro is superb from the second you walk in. There was a holiday party in the next room and the atmosphere was never bothered. Been coming here for almost 20 something years and it just gets better and better. The fried shrimp is my favorite. All you can eat for the price is unbeatable. Best food and people across the bridge! I live in Florida and when I come home this is where I love to go. Ask for Carmin, she will welcome you with open arms. ~J“

“The food was amazing. We enjoyed the Sunday brunch menu which included the French onion soup, fried oyster salad and for entrees we ate the New Orleans Crab Cake Benedict and Short Rib Benedict. The manger was so gracious as to give me a small bottle of champagne to take home since all the desserts were made with chocolate and I am allergic. We will definitely be back for the dinner menu. Fantastic table side service, beautiful ambiance and excellent master chef food.“

“The Fiery Crab on Corporate is much brighter and inviting inside than the Siegen Lane location. Food was fresh, hot, and delicious. “Being from Florida this was my first time experiencing the restaurant. It was recommended by friends and I must say it was a great experience. My family and I had a variety of dishes. I had the boudin egg roll which were delicious along with the Shrimp jambalaya.My wife had the chicken club and red beans and rice which are outstanding. My mother had the catfish and shrimp plate which is huge portions. The adult drinks are great with a huge selection. If I get the opportunity to visit I will definitely make a stop back. Love the atmosphere during football season although I’m not a Saints fan lol. But highly recommend giving this place a try.“

Yulanda, the restaurant manager, worked with us very closely, made suggestions and had everything ready for us on the day of our luncheon. The food was ready at the designated time and was served hot and was delicious. The servers were very pleasant and efficient We have used this venue in the past and will definitely used it again. I will go back just to sit and chat with Amber. As a regional manager for a restaurant group, I was impressed all around with her attentiveness that close to close. As a younger female no one ever speaks to me besides to take my order and she got to know me and made me feel welcome! She’s sweet as can be, I wish her all the best!“

“Back in the day, you went to Bernard's or Browns. Bernard's has been closed for years. Browns still offers chicken box, shrimp box or fish box, just like back in the day. I bought a shrimp and fish box. Still fresh and delicious! Love what they did inside. Very comfy and casual. Love this place!“

“Jay Alexanders in Baton Rouge is one of those places to go if you want a complete dining experience. The service and the food has ALWAYS been EXCELLENT and tonight was no exception.
