“I don't normally write fast food reviews but it's hard to eat fast food with dietary restrictions like gluten allergies. It's a nice treat once in a while though when you're able to find something quick and the Agawam Wendy's is always accommodating. Their staff is always friendly and they help me understand what options I have. They offer lettuce wraps on their burgers which is awesome.

“Great place. Evelyn was super helpful. There was a difficult customer making ridiculous requests, however Evelyn expertly moved every tomato slice in the spot the customer wanted lol. In all seriousness however, she defused the situation in a professional and friendly manner. Quite impressive. My grinders were made quickly and efficiently with friendly and respectful banter. It's not often that a memorable interaction happens at subway but Evelyn went above and beyond. If management doesn't give Evelyn a significant raise by the next time I stop by, I am willing to double her salary...

“My husband and I stopped at the Chicopee Mass. location. Our first time at a Chick-fil-A. The employees were pleasant and patient while we decided what to order. We had the chicken sandwiches. The chicken was a real filet, very flavorful, tender and juicy. We were very impressed!“

“I have not been to Arby's in well over a decade. I was in the area today and stopped by on a whim. I ordered from the app and my food was ready for me and waiting by the time I got from the parking lot into the building. That's how fast the service was. And the food did not suffer for it, everything was excellent, tasted better than I remember to be honest, and I definitely won't go so long without stopping in again. My partner had ordered the chicken sandwich and while I didn't try it, he said that it is hands down the best fast food chicken sandwich and that "anyone who tries it will be a convert".

“Mmmmm...I had the bacon double cheeseburger and it was incredible! Great taste and flavor and the hamburger patties were perfect! I also had one of their shakes and it was delicious! Not a thinned, watered down shake like other places. They make these real! Fries were very good too! I had the regular and the Cajun fries and they were perfect! Recommend this place if you want an awesome fast food burger!“

More importantly, whenever I get a sub I love the works and getting all the toppings. Tik Tok threw this on my for you page and I had to try it. I got the Original Italian on rosemary parmesan bread. Top it Mike’s way then add mayo, dill pickle, hot chopped pepper relish, and jalapeño peppers. No, it’s not too hot! (At all). Don’t be scared of the peppers, just do it! You’re welcome. Disclaimer, the only reason I give the atmosphere a 4 is because I wish there was more seating but the quality sub makes up for it.“

Parking: There’s a parking lot to park there but it’s shared between the taco truck and another convenient store which sometimes makes parking a little bit more annoying than usual but it’s well worth it!“

“This location was spotless — super clean and well-kept, which made a great first impression. The staff member who helped us was very kind and attentive.

Unfortunately, the type of pretzel we originally wanted (the hot dog pretzels) wasn’t available at the time, so we decided to try the mozzarella pretzels instead. I have to admit, they instantly became my new favorite snack! They were perfectly made — buttery, cheesy, and absolutely delicious. I even went back for more!

By the time I returned, the hot dog pretzels were available, so I gave them a try. They were very good too, but I have to say the mozzarella pretzels are still my number one choice.“

“sent my roommate to get me a chicken sandwich with a coupon I am handicapped I cannot make it there because I am unable to walk and because he had already bought one and in a different coupon for me doing that allow it he said the person that had to be there I've called up the manager and told them I am handicapped would you please let it go through and refuse me so now I'm handicap and can't walk there I am also hungry in handicap now because hurricane has some stupid thing and really just could not help out of handicapped person I'm really disappointed in their staff and this company for denying me my food and handicapped and all my situation I'm really disappointed I've been going there for years and I know half the people that are with there and I just really disappointed in management today denied me my meal could not help out a handicapped guy get a meal what the f***“

“Stopped in for lunch after traveling to the area. There are two kiosks that you use to order your food and pay for it. Customers paying with cash will need to go up to the register after ordering. There was a very nice young man helping out at the kiosks. Food was good and employees were friendly. The dining area was very clean.“

“Went here on a whim while stopping at Big Y. Soooo glad I did. The chicken sandwiches were amazing! One had honey garlic sauce and it was so fricken good. The chicken was in huge pieces, nice and crispy on the outside and super juicy on the inside. Also plenty of pickles 💚 will definitely be stopping here many more times!
