There are many possibilities on food. I love hot pot and sushi and this place grants both. I was extremely impressed with their Sunburned Maki. It was superb, they roast the sushi to perfection and that provided a nice char flavor. It was the highlight of my dinner.

Hot pot was standard and a le carte. Great proteins but I blame myself not knowing which broths of theirs to pair with proteins to optimize flavor.

Price was favorable and affordable. So much so that I treated myself to Hot Sake to compliment my sushi experience.

Atmosphere was welcoming. The staff had pleasant personalties and smiled. The environment was calm, itseems they excel more in carry out then eat in as they were not too busy for a Sunday dinner.

Overall, a great experience. Can't wait to go back for Surburned Maki.“

“This is the place if you want to get cheap Chinese food made in the 1980's style. Definitely not fancy. You find any modern or exotic dishes here, but if you just want some old-school appetizers, fried rice, chow mein, etc. This place is worth a try.“

“We have a new office in Boston. So periodically I drive down from our main office to the Boston location and every time I do, I have resolved to try a new restaurant. This was today’s choice and it was SPECTACULAR! My server was fantastic. The food came out quickly and was insanely good. I didn’t know how big my stir-fried rice cake bowl would be so I ordered the sweet and sour pork loin to go with it. But the rice cake bowl was huge and tasted incredible. Lots of heat, lots of fresh prepared veggies and meat. 10/10 would recommend that dish. The pork tenderloin I tried and 10/10 would recommend it as well. The location is a bit small and that is literally the only nit I can pick. If you’re in this area, get some take out or eat in , you won’t regret it!!“

“I go here at least once every two weeks. It's the only decent Chinese place in the immediate area. A couple favorites are the spicy fish fillet stews with wood ear mushrooms and bamboo, and the pan fried noodles. The staff is really nice and the restaurant is bright and welcoming.“

“My coworker introduced me to Wild Blossom several years ago when I worked in the area. The food & service is great and much more reasonable priced than some other local restaurants. I moved to out of state but will go there when I’m in town.

“I ordered two dishes and both had mild flavors that weren’t overpowering, making them enjoyable for anyone. I tried the Mapo Tofu and the thick noodles served with bok choy in a slightly spicy and tangy sauce. The noodles seemed to be handmade and had a great chewy texture. Even though I’m sensitive to strong spices and usually can’t handle heavily seasoned Chinese food, everything here suited me really well. I would recommend this place to anyone who prefers clean and well-balanced flavors.“

“Ronald Coleman I agree with everything above. Sunrise House is my go to Chinese restaurant. Takeout service is excellent, the food is the best and is always hot when I get home (15 miles away). Love their General Gau's chicken combination plate with pork fried rice and a appetizer of boneless spare ribs--all for a price of $13 +tax. It is enough for me to have 2.5 meals of great eating. Pick up is easy because you can park in a spacious lot. When you go inside you can see and smell the delicious food being cooked in an immaculate kitchen. The interface with the workers is pleasant and quick. I go there an average of twice a month. Try it you will not be disappointed.“

“This restaurant is a no frills, fast food, take out restaurant. The neighborhood is Very Sketchy.If you know Dudley Station you will understand.
The benefits of this place is that for $10.50 a plate, you get 4 ( or 5?) selections.And they are generous with their portions.

Parking: The area is very busy with foot traffic. Finding parking is difficult. Try parking your car somewhere safe and walk over to the restaurant.“

“We went there Saturday afternoon. I ordered my usual, Chicken Subgum Chow Mein and boneless spareribs. The waitress was very nice but limited in the English language. Therein was part of the problem. I did not get what I would consider my usual. It looked like Chop Suey . Not what I am used to. I sent it back and received pretty much the same thing on the second try. The boneless spare ribs were very fatty and not like the ribs I received on prior visits. Also the Duck Sauce seemed to be "watered down" with very little taste. All in all it wasn't a pleasant experience this time. Hopefully it will be better next time.“

Last week I came back after several years to order dumplings and fried rice for a friend of mine who has her husband in a rehab and both enjoyed it! “I come here every couple months when visiting, and they know how to do chinese takeout right. Their crab rangoons are some of the best (even better than some of the thai restaurants I like), the chicken fingers are always crispy and hot, and the chow fun noodles are always great. “Once in a while I have a craving from my childhood and thats' bitter melon and because no one else in my family will eat this, I go to Dumpling House. I have it as a stir fried dish with a protein. It is delicious, slightly different to how I had it growing up (we had it with black bean sauce). But this is just as delicious, not as bitter (slightly sweet) and not garlicky at all. It certainly satisfies my craving. Only negative is that it doesn't come with rice and one has to order that separately. Service is efficient, friendly and timely. I'll continue to come back again!“

“Wow assignment understood!! I ordered the spicy schezuan beef w fried rice and extra chicken wings, as well as a sm wonton soup with hot oil. As a scanned Uber eats I was so excited to see hot oil as an option,it is numbing and super spicy. It's fantastic especially added to the soup. The wontons were perfectly cooked, not falling apart. The chicken wings were tender and not super dry, seasoned nicely. the fried rice had that excellent slightly charred background flavor and I ate much more of it than I normally would. the beef was tender and very balanced; a little sweet, a little spicy, a little savory.
I only decided to add soy sauce after inhaling a good 1/3 of it.
Even the Veggies, in both the soup and entree were nice and fresh, cooked but still crisp
If anything I just wish it was hotter but having ordered through Uber eats that is totally on me.
All in all great meal that scratch the itch for Chinese food that comes around every so often, (all the time.) maybe it's because I haven't eaten all day but I think I just found my new favorite place!!

“If you want some real Cantonese Chinese food and roasted meat in Dorchester area, this is the place. If you are super hungry, the 3 meat delights will fill any stomach. Huge portions of meats on top of a container full of rice. Salt and pepper squid and porchop or shrimps with rice, fish and tofu with rice, and black pepper beef are some of my favorites. “We’ve been going to this Chinese food place for years. The reason is it’s higher quality that most other places around the food is quick to come out and the service is always great. They have a bathroom and it is accessible. The parking lot is huge and I’ve never seen it full so you have plenty of places to park you can enter through two roads. So it’s a quick In-N-Out. I’ve gotta say in all the years going there. I don’t think they’ve ever messed up my order although funny story back in the day when we went there years ago to eat inside which we used to do a lot I was cut off not from drinking alcohol but from drinking soda it’s a funny story that we still remember till this day. The guy was worried about my health and said three sodas is too much for you even back then when it was by the can and I was paying for each individual drink, but even eating inside is nice. They’ve always been very nice and accommodating.“
