“Went for the first time with a coworker for lunch and he suggested the jambalaya, we got there just as they opened so no one else was there besides us. He got the chicken jambalaya and I got the seafood and let me tell you it was AMAZING!! It was way too much for lunch I felt like I needed a nap after eating all that but man it was fantastic. The shrimp mussels and catfish were cooked and seasoned perfectly and the rice delicious I couldn't wait to take the next bite. Will definitely be going back and taking others with me to experience this place. The price is exactly what you should expect for this quality and type of food, it was delicious and the service was fantastic so yeah you pay for that this isn't your local Dennys thank God. I love finding places like this then sharing with others so glad my coworker shared it with me.“

“I, along with four other friends went to this restaurant on Saturday 8/23/25 and both the food and service were excellent. Everyone we came in contact with was very polite, friendly and professional. I personally loved their corn bread muffins and asked if I could buy some to take back home. The young lady was very generous and I truly appreciated all that she did. The next time I'm in Baltimore, I definitely will be going there. The other ladies with me all felt the same way.“

“I just called the store and gave my thoughts about the individuals that prepared my order. I had the vegetable omelette, side of toast, and grits. There’s no pics because I had to make a decision to either put down the fork or pick up my phone. Anywho, if o didn’t know better, I’d swear I cooked the everything myself. Just the way I love! “I enjoyed a solo brunch on a Sunday afternoon. I ordered the catfish and grits with a lemon drop mimosa. The drink was refreshing with the right amount of alcohol. The catfish was fried hard and very well seasoned. The star of the meal was the grits. IDK for sure what they put in them but they are delicious! Service was fast and polite. Kai has brought an exceptionally superior Vegan cuisine to our area and even with the Baltimore metro area’s rise in Vegan restaurants Dodah’s Kitchen is clearly one of the best, and absolutely should be the restaurant on everyone’s “bucket” list. Meet Kai, talk with her and one will soon realize that Dodah’s is a literal extension, an aspect of her being.
