“I needed to order a cake for a birthday and ordered less than 24 hours before I needed to pick up the cake. I called and spoke to Mohammad. He was super helpful and told me he could have the cake ready when needed. He walked me through the steps I needed to take to order the cake online and still have it ready when I needed it. I ordered the pink floral stripe cake and it was perfect; pretty and delicious! Mohammad even texted me afterwards to make sure I was satisfied! Customer service was top notch!“

“I tried their seasonal banana spiced iced Matcha and it was delicious. Also try their apple cider and their pumpkin chai. The parking was perfect. It was close to the location as well as the space. It was very clean and welcoming. Maria was very nice and friendly and allowed me to try different flavors of the gelato I love the pumpkin pecan gelato. I also purchased some gelato to go. They actually have really great tasting coffee. Definitely will be back again.“

“As someone with numerous food allergies, Ian Mendoza helped create a safe environment for me to eat without any worry or stress. He took the time to show me the nutritional for each flavor that was safe for my food allergies. On top of that he would go the extra mile and get a new pint with a clean spoon to make sure there was no cross contamination. This stood out the most because he truly cared about the safety of my health. For 26 years I’ve had these allergies and always had to be on my toes on new places to eat. And for the first time having Ben and Jerry’s, I am extremely grateful to Ian and his team for being so insightful and safe with my dietary restrictions.

“I really enjoy the extensive variety of tropical flavors that this place has! The ice cream portions are pretty big in comparison to amount you are generally served in other ice cream places. The ice cream is high quality and icrediably tasty! Also the customer service is really good . Definietly my favorite ice cream place!! If your thinking of going I would recomend trying the passion fruit , piña colada , or rum rasin.“

“Oh the memories!! I can remember my Mom taking me for ice ream here back in the 60’s and 70’s. It was a special treat. My Mom loved their Coffee Flavored ice cream.“

“In terms of food quality, this place is great. But the two times we’ve been there, it’s been within the last hour of closing and the smell is this place is TERRIBLE. Like truly awful. Smells like a mix of cleaning products and a portapotty. I’m not sure if they’re having plumbing issues or if it’s part of the end-of-day cleaning process, but hopefully they can address it. Yogurt and toppings are great though!“

“Definitely a nice place to grab a sweet treat if you're ever in the Rockville area. You have the option to pick the toppings you want on your rolled ice cream. I wish they had specialty choices but overall it's good. The parking lot is a bit tight but there is street parking as well.“

I am a big fan of gelato and when I tell you this is TOP SHELF w/ a side of phenomenal customer service I mean it. “I came in last week to get a treat for my family. Service was a bit hands off but pleasant enough. Four folks with yogurt and minimum toppings came out to right $25 bucks. This isn’t cheap but about what you should expect for 4 people getting a treat.

They have lots of different yogurt options with the vanilla, coconut, and mango really standing out. The toppings are plentiful as well.

This place has a good selection of sweets for all the different preferences in a family. It is worth a visit.“

I got the regular chocolate chip, which has a lot of chocolate chips. I also got the rocky road and Caramel coconut chocolate chip cookie which were both also great. High price but even higher quality and value. Highly recommend this place if you’re in the area.“

I feel like I’ve seen her before maybe a few years ago and she had the same demeanor. Please keep her on and employed, even move her up if you can. But her demeanor should be one that is looked at for customer service! “This place is great. Ordering process on the device is simple and easy. The milkshakes are super high quality. They’re very thick. I’ve tried the Oreo funnel cake one and also the final chocolate one. I’ve tried the smoky classic BBQ burger and the smoke shack. Both were great. Definitely recommend this place if you’re ever in the college park area.“
