“We were so excited to have Mr. Charles of Everyday Sundae be part of our wedding weekend. After we got engaged, we stopped by his ice cream shop that night for a treat, and from that moment, we knew we had to work with him for our special day. Having Everyday Sundae at our pre-wedding park day/cookout was such a fun and personal touch. Everyone was so surprised and absolutely loved the raspberry sorbet and Everyday Sundae’s signature bourbon truffle ice cream. It was a huge hit with our guests! Working with Mr. Charles was super easy—he’s professional, reliable, and was genuinely excited to be part of our wedding weekend. His warm personality and charm added so much to the event, and we couldn’t be happier to have included him in our wedding festivities. We love Mr. Charles and highly recommend Everyday Sundae for anyone looking to add a fun, personal touch to their event!“

“We were in the mood for some dessert and came across Grandma's Ice Cream and Waffles. I had the vegan chocolate milk shake and my friend had the vegan waffle ice cream...all topped with vegan cream. “In terms of food quality, this place is great. But the two times we’ve been there, it’s been within the last hour of closing and the smell is this place is TERRIBLE. Like truly awful. Smells like a mix of cleaning products and a portapotty. I’m not sure if they’re having plumbing issues or if it’s part of the end-of-day cleaning process, but hopefully they can address it. Yogurt and toppings are great though!“

“We come to Carmens regularly...and there is a reason for that...its fabulous! We love the gelati (ice with custard for those non Jersey types). The line moves fairly quickly and it's not overly expensive for a summer time treat. We typically get smalls and for the 4 of us, its less than $25. There are several locations. The Rockville location can be fairly busy, but the Olney location is generally much quieter, so if you are between the stores, this one may be a better option. Enjoy!“
“It’s hard to convey what a wonderful place this is. The ice cream is superb but that’s only a small part of what makes Lulabelle’s special. The people here are warm and friendly—the staff and the customers. It’s full of laughing kids and smiling couples. It really is a place for community and comfort food.“

“Loved this experience! We saw this place the first nice we were here there was a line outside the door and it peaked my curiosity. What was so good about this gelato! We cameback after dinner on Saturday. The inside was gorgeous I grabbed the most popular flavor the hazelnut crackle which was so delicious! Overall the portion size for the small was really good. Definitely recommend this place!“

My family and I stopped in here a couple of weeks ago and we are all completely hooked! This ice cream is absolutely nostalgic, texture of which resembles the hand churn ice cream from your childhood. The flavors and toppings are simply amazing. I love that the cream is of just the right sweetness. There is subtlety and delicacy in the flavor that would otherwise be very difficult to balance. Staff is so friendly. This is our new favorite dessert place! Can’t wait to go back again soon!“

“After dinner I was craving some delicious ice cream & my date surprised me by taking me to the cutest ice cream shop ever. I am a big fan of gelato and when I tell you this is TOP SHELF w/ a side of phenomenal customer service I mean it. The staff was super nice, they allowed me to taste different flavors before I made my decision. They also have the cutest little “I melt for you” sign to take IG worthy pictures. “I love the hot cocoa from Dolci Gelati at the National Zoo for Zoo Lights. I bought 1 for me and 1 for a friend & went back again for a second night for more on the last night of Zoo Lights. Whipped cream, chocolate & caramel syrup is added to the top. It’s the best treat on a cold winter night or day at the zoo. Thank you!! I’ll keep coming back & bring friends.“

“The first time I went to Levain Bakery ... I was in the Georgetown location, and I was concerned that this spot wouldn't be as good because you know, how could it be?
But let me tell you the Levain Bakery skills transfer ... These people can bake... I have never had a cookie like this... they are sooo delicious 🍪👩🏾🍳... I wish we had one of these in my town. The cookie is almost as big as a biscuit and the chocolate chip to cookie ratio is unbelievable.... It's quite amazing. I will never be afraid to walk into this store, no matter the location... Go there and eat all the delicious baked goods, you might need to hit the gym or fast the next day, but wow it's worth it no matter what!!!“

On the upside,I was with my daughter and the staff person was very patient and generous giving her samples she should come to a decision on her cone - which she loved. “I needed to order a cake for a birthday and ordered less than 24 hours before I needed to pick up the cake. I called and spoke to Mohammad. He was super helpful and told me he could have the cake ready when needed. He walked me through the steps I needed to take to order the cake online and still have it ready when I needed it. I ordered the pink floral stripe cake and it was perfect; pretty and delicious! Mohammad even texted me afterwards to make sure I was satisfied! Customer service was top notch!“
