He was super helpful and told me he could have the cake ready when needed. He walked me through the steps I needed to take to order the cake online and still have it ready when I needed it. I ordered the pink floral stripe cake and it was perfect; pretty and delicious! Mohammad even texted me afterwards to make sure I was satisfied! Customer service was top notch!“

“I was searching the universe for lavender honey ice cream as a special treat for Valentine’s Day. My wife and I had it a million moons ago in Palm Springs and we loved it so much. I came across Moorenkos and met Susan who is so, so nice. She was able to get me a nice supply of the lavender honey ice cream and we also stocked up on cinnamon cappuccino. Omg! “We love Carmen's Ice, even more than Rita's. Last weekend on Jaden Day, we arrived at 8:40 pm and joined the long line with our out of town guest. We reached our turn at 9:03 and were reprimanded because they closed at 9:00. I finally mentioned that we were in line at 8:30, and she continued to rattle on and on.

Repeatedly the staff told customers, "we don't have that because we truned our oven off", even before 9:00. Poor customer service, which is unusual.

However, after dinner the next day, our guest wanted to return to get another grape with ice cream. She said the grape was the best she'd ever had. We made sure we avoided the bewitching closing time.“

If you're just visiting the area and aren't sure if you'll come more than once, you absolutely have to get one of the Ethiopian pizzas, you're not getting that combination of flavors maybe anywhere else. The price of the Ethiopian pizzas is fair because of the amount of toppings that go on them and how filling they are. Even on an empty stomach I get stuffed from three slices of the Addis Ababa and have to save the rest for later.
