I got the smoked wings, ribs, and collards. The meats has a nice REAL smoked flavor, seasoned to perfection, and the collards were on point. I look forward to trying more food items from the menu. I’ve been coming to 193 Barbecue for over ten years, and it’s still my favorite spot. The quality has never changed — it’s always consistent, always fresh, and always hits the spot. Their steak is honestly the best I’ve ever had, perfectly cooked every single time.

“This Fried Chicken is unlike anything I have ever tasted. The boneless wings are SO PERFECT. They have a light and airy Ness to them and yet are ao wonderfully crispy. We always get the honey garlic boneless. They are truly amazing every time. I have never had anything like this, and will happily be coming here for years to come. Use scissors to cut up the chicken and get some rice and pickled radish to make it truly a taste perfection.“

My first time here I brought the chicken wing lunch special and never made it out the parking lot with it.
