“My girlfriend and I went on a mission to find the best Pho in Maryland. This is 100% it. You can smell it the second you enter the front door. The service is so quick and so kind. “I never write reviews but the banh mi was so amazingly flavorful, I had to let others know! The bread was crispy on the outside, chewy and tender inside. The sandwich was filled from end to end with cool crispy pickled veggies and warm sliced lemongrass beef. It came with a bonus large side of hot french fries which were crunchy and perfectly seasoned. Looking forward to trying the other menu items. Thanks for bringing deliciousness to Clarksville!“

“Came here with my partner to get some pho. These days I feel going to restaurants isn’t worth it unless it’s for food that is difficult to make — pho is one of those. The place had one or two other people seated for lunch on a Friday. We were told to sit wherever we liked.

My partner got pho with extra meat, and they brought the extra meat out in a small bowl, which was great to see that it was indeed extra. I got pho without meat (their only option for pho <$10). They gave plenty of the classic toppings (bean sprouts, Thai basil, lime, chilis). We also got the fresh rolls as well. The rolls were not as good as I’ve had at other Vietnamese places — there were no herbs in it which would’ve really improved it. The pho itself was delicious and definitely worth getting.“

Service- Service was fine but once my order was taken, I didn't really exist. I just got my food, ate and left. To be fair it's a very small restaurant and they get food out very quickly. So I'm in the middle on this. It's not like I need a red carpet or anything.

Atmosphere- I really appreciate the feel of this place. Tons of pictures of locals, tight little spot, people coming in knowing exactly what they want. I feel like this restaurant has been here for a long time and I'm just lucky enough to have found it.“

You can tell by how authentic the food is that it's a run by people with great care and appreciation for Vietnamese food. “I had a fantastic experience at Pho 25. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming and the service was efficient and friendly.
The food, however, was the real standout. I ordered the lemongrass beef with rice, and it was excellent. The beef was tender, perfectly seasoned, and had a great char that packed a ton of flavor. The pickled vegetables and fresh salad on the side provided a crisp, bright contrast that balanced the savory meat perfectly.

Delightful combination of finely cut crunchy fresh vegetables mixed with thin soft noodles and mixed stir fried seafood flavored with a delicious seasoning that complimented without overpowering the food. The serving was plentiful and I even took leftovers home to enjoy later.“

“I think this place has the potential to become a long-lasting establishment. The bread is baked in house and perfectly crispy. There is an incredibly diverse menu to appeal to everyone; vegan options, pescatarian, etc. The staff is incredibly kind and patient and informative. Generous portions and imo reasonable prices(10.95 for shrimp Bahn mi)

The issue for me is balance. The sandwich is great but a bit heavy on the pickles radish. Not really any carrot. Minimum cucumber, and a reasonable amount of cilantro and jalapeño but it’s drowned in the pickled onions.

I’ll definitely comeback. There’s an eggplant Bahn mi that sounds enticing. And i hope they grow and get that tiny bit better“
