My wife's Cubano was an Italian take on thus classic sandwich. Though the focaccia was equally delightful, this was a little mundane but still enjoyable.
This cute shop has limited seating at a counter and a few tables for 2 people. 4 or more in a group would be better served with takeout orders. This would be a great option for a picnic or lunch in the park.

The SriPraPhai drunken noodles with tofu was so-so. Its taste profile was more like Pad Thai than drunken noodles I have had from prior restaurants, so would not get this again. The taste wasn't bad, but not what I expected. Overall, I would still return and try this food concept chain again (similar to a food court in a mall with many restaurant options but with a small pick up window and assembly room in the back).“

Looked like they were making online orders and only servicing a handful of people so it should have been a quick in and out but it wasn’t. I observed this team led by James execute orders online and in person, with professionalism. James had a customer who demanded a refunded from the day before that he wasn’t aware of and assisted her until she was satisfied. Offered her options and provided excellent customer service. Aside from the normal hustle and bustle during the lunch rush which I assume can be a challenge daily, James made sure to take care of each individual customer ensuring the team was meeting expectations.
