Bruster’s in Odenton is one of my favorite places to grab ice cream. The staff is always friendly, and they do a great job even when there’s a line. The ice cream tastes super fresh and there are so many fun flavors to choose from.

I love that they give free baby cones for kids and even little treats for dogs. It’s just a nice place with a good vibe. Definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area!“

“Today me and my husband decided to stop pass Jenis to get some ice cream before we go to an outing i was greated by staff member right away. She was helping out a lady who was having a hard time serving customers and scooping ice cream she was remaking a group icecream I cant belive how busy it was at 7pm I watched her take care of customers/ help staff members and still acknowledge me and my husband and the fact that we was waiting once she got to me she was so pleasant she offered me samples and told me about some new ice cream bars but we kinda already knew what we wanted when I ordered my ice cream she told me it was her favorite ice cream too the butter almond is so good I finally didnt feel rushed when it was busy at this location she made my experience at Jenis fun I asked her name she said tyesha or something we love her energy so much that my husband reminded me to write this review about our experience. final note..I will say the price is a bit pricey for pints that's 9 dollars in the store it could be cheaper if u ask me“

“I went there today with my 7 year old son for a banana royal for me and a scoop on a cake cone for my son, the ice cream was superb! If you ever go I would recommend the banana pudding with some cookies and cream it won’t disappoint. For my son he chose little blue panda on a cake cone and he loved it he still hasn’t stopped saying how much he wants more. On top of that the customer service was amazing the lady had a little conversation with us about our day and even gave my son some Oreo’s. On top of all of that the price was just 12.58! Was way cheaper than baskin Robbins. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

Kid-friendliness: I went there with my 7 year old son for some father son bonding and the lady there was incredible, she was very kind and friendly, had a little conversation with him and gave him some cookies too I loved how she treated him and will bring him again very soon“

“This place is great. Ordering process on the device is simple and easy. The milkshakes are super high quality. They’re very thick. I’ve tried the Oreo funnel cake one and also the final chocolate one. I’ve tried the smoky classic BBQ burger and the smoke shack. Both were great. Definitely recommend this place if you’re ever in the college park area.“

“The owner, she has the most selection of icecream cakes of any BR anywhere, and I’ve been to all of them! She especially makes sure that she stocks mint chocolate icecream cakes for me and about 4 other regular customers, even though it’s not the most popular flavor. It is obvious this store specializes in cakes. Her custom writings on the cakes are always done with care and great calligraphy. All flavors and sizes of icecream cakes are always in stock at this location, which is why I always return to this store. Thank you owner!“

ZERO stars if this was an option! I ordered using the Cold Stone app. They used GrubHub to deliver. It took an hour from order to delivery. Upon delivery one of the scoops was half melted and the one pictured arrived EXACTLY how you see it. No, we did not dive in and eat any first. It was completely melted and only half filled. It was supposed to be a kids scoop but instead we received a full chunk of brownie with no attempt of mixing in and a faint white liquid in the bottom I am assuming they were passing off as the ice cream. I hate this location. It looks like they did not place it in the cooler while waiting for the driver to pick up. Every time I say I will NEVER return I always go back and almost immediately regret it. To add injury to insult concerning this experience, I called the store and was passed on to another employee without warning after explaining in great detail. 2nd person said she was the manager, she appeared to be unknowledgeable on how to handle the situation and unwilling to offer a customer recovery resolution. She offered to look into it and call me back. When she did get back with me, she stated I would get a refund for the one that was completely melted. No apology that it arrived that way or not any remorse for one person having to go without ice cream while the other was able to indulge. I have no idea how this place manages to stay in business because they have the worst employees ever. Right across the street Rita's has staff in the same demographic and they offer excellent guest service.“

“I love the hot cocoa from Dolci Gelati at the National Zoo for Zoo Lights. I bought 1 for me and 1 for a friend & went back again for a second night for more on the last night of Zoo Lights. Whipped cream, chocolate & caramel syrup is added to the top. It’s the best treat on a cold winter night or day at the zoo. Thank you!! I’ll keep coming back & bring friends.“
