“Coming from nyc and discovered this on the go and it was just delicious. Kimchi burrito was incredible (must get) and so was the brie sandwich. Came in a second time and got the pork katsu and was also amazing. I observed this team led by James execute orders online and in person, with professionalism. James had a customer who demanded a refunded from the day before that he wasn’t aware of and assisted her until she was satisfied. Offered her options and provided excellent customer service. Aside from the normal hustle and bustle during the lunch rush which I assume can be a challenge daily, James made sure to take care of each individual customer ensuring the team was meeting expectations. The team was friendly and polite even when I witnessed a customer being rude and disrespectful. When folks are making your food, it’s not a bad idea to be kind.
