“I got my Christmas tree at Emery Farm this year, and it was a great experience! All the trees were really nice and in really good shape, they sell cider donuts you can munch on, they had a cozy campfire going near the tree lot where you can keep warm while you're waiting, everyone is very friendly, and they are giving away a cute wooden ornament with a tree purchase! I wrestled it in my door and onto a stand, with minimal needle loss despite the manhandling. It may not be the cheapest option, but the quality is there and they make the experience worth it. If you are able to support local places instead of big box stores and corporations, it's really a good thing to do and it really does make a difference.
