Ordered curbside, sat there for no more than 4-5 mins. Pop had ice, hit the spot with the fries on the drive home. Nuggets, were fresh, golden, crispy & I enjoyed every dunk on my Hot Mustard. Bag had a straw & napkins. No complaints.“

“Went here for the first time with my daughter, who is a coffee aficionado. We both loved the decor of the place. It’s quite beautiful and the menu offers so much variety that I wasn’t familiar with, I know I’ll be back. Our coffees were unique, and the pastries were tasty. I’ve seen others complain about the price but we paid about $20 for two coffees two pastries and that includes a tip. I don’t think that’s unreasonable in today’s world and it’s so much better than chain coffee shops.“

“I had my first visit on a Saturday and the Cafe featured live music! I stayed way past the last note. The musicians, Mike ? and Greg Mathis (not the judge, but the horn player), did a wonderful oldies but goodies show that took their responsive audience back to our young selves — great job! It was great fun being with my neighbors - they were funny and added so much to the stories Mike and Greg told around the music. The breakfast was just as memorable. My turkey sausage egg sandwich was moist and delicious and the cinnamon roll was so fresh and light, it tasted like it was made an hour ago. I tried my first ever latte - creamy and good. Overall, this is a 5-star cafe with a warm, welcoming owner who creates a warm lovely Real Detroit experience!“

☹️ Negative/Cons - not ideal for work meetings some days - staff play loud music some times and they didn’t used to blast it this loud. It’s loud by meeting standards. Some people do work here at this shop and it’s hard to do customer calls some days depending on the staff and the volume of background music.vThat’s the Only reason I didn’t give it a 5/5“

“Went to this Tim Hortons before a show and Jamie was amazing. She was very quick, polite, welcoming. I returned after the show for a coffee and donut and the manager Crystal made sure everything was taken care of in a very quick and efficient manner. When my specific donut was not available and I was disappointed crystal apologized and offered to go make me one in the back. This is by far my favourite Tim Hortons even though I don’t go there often.

The quality of the food was fantastic, and every dish was delicious; people are still complimenting it to this day! The servers were super attentive and great to all guests. We really appreciated the all-in-one service of setting up at our venue, catering the food and providing servers.

“I ordered a London fog and had it with a dark chocolate cookie. The tea was very flavourful, I had it with oat milk, and the cookie was soft and not too sweet. I THEN had a miso caramel latte and a yakgwa (traditional Korean honey cookie). The latte came with vegan tofu black sesame marshmallows and they were soooo good and cute. Love how they try to make interesting flavour combinations, it went very well together. Servers were friendly and informed, very well oiled machine of a team. Thank you“

“If you want the worlds best coffee this is where you should go. (No seriously) Anthology Coffee is a really great place. Its has a chill vibe, covered in plants, outdoor seating, its really cool. The Coffee is amazing. They roast it right there in the cafe and get it from small farmers all over the world who don't use any pesticides or GMO's. The pastries are great and they are all gluten free and they usually have something savory on weekends (It goes fast, so be there early). The baristas are really great and its kid friendly. Anthology Coffee is wheel chair accessible, there is a lot across the street with free parking, its great for groups, really anyone. Its located on 1948 Division St in Eastern Market which is really great cause you can head over to the market after or go for a nice walk on the Diquindre Cut. My sister lives in Detroit and every time I visit we always go to Anthology Coffee, I really love going there. Anthology Coffee is an amazing place, the people there actually care about the quality of coffee and where it comes from, they don't exploit their employees or customers, and really make a difference. The Anthology Coffee family is even better than coffee itself. I would definitely recommend checking it out.“

“This location is a block away from my parents house and my Dad goes in 6 times a day. When they found out my Mom had a heart attack on Thursday they sent her a bouquet of flowers. Also someone from there dropped off a bowl of chili and bun for my dad for dinner since my Mom couldn't make him dinner. This store went above and beyond. Awesome workers at this Tim Horton's.“

“Their drinks are soooo delicious! Honestly my fav tasting latte in midtown. I love the cinnamon roll latte, cookie butter latte and the chai latte They also have a yummy caprese sandwhich. My only complaint is that they put quite a lot of ice in the drinks and not enough actual liquid. Also, usually hard to get a spot, but that’s just because they are so popular :) also their rewards system is nice!“

“Ive had some tacos before, but Never an Arepa. food is delicious. I got one Chicken Arepa, one bowl, and Definelty was worth popping in after seeing on Chow Down Detroit reviewed. They were out of beef, but definitely gonna pop on here and there. They also have a nice food truck for bars or events looking for vendors or food trucks. definitely one worth trying if you see the truck 💯 Juicy, flavorful and definetly filling with just 1.“

I love that they have so many vegan options, as well as gluten free seed bread that you order any of their sandwiches/toasts on. The seed bread is good but quite chewy. “I really enjoy this bubble tea spot but it's the fact that the good drinks are extremely delicious but there are a few misses.

Pros: a huge selection of toppings including pudding (!!) which is awesome, and a very cute atmosphere with lots of seating. Also if you don't want to interact with people it is kind of nice that they have many kiosks so you can use one even if the shop is packed. Plus, I myself prefer the kiosks because there are many drink options and you are able to peruse through them all.

The one con is sometimes the drinks are just a milky mess. I find the milk teas incredibly milky with not a strong enough of the tea flavour. The fruity drinks and taro etc are delicious, but last time I got a brown sugar milk tea with boba I was so disappointed in the fact it tasted like I was drinking some good old Canadian milk with some boba balls thrown in.

Also, there is Thai milk tea coffee- but not plain Thai milk tea so that's a thing the owner should lowkey add to the menu since ts is gas.“

“Wonderful Coffee! The hand made syrups were probably the best I ever had. I tried two lattes, one with vanilla lavender and the other with honey cinnamon and they were great! I recommend both of them with oatmilk. The owner was super friendly with my party and I and we had a very nice conversation with her while she made our lattes. Down Under is only FOUR minutes away from the TCF, walking. There is NO reason to ever get Starbucks again while I am in Detroit for Youmacon. A definite must for all the con goers to give them a try!“

“Great view that kept me inspired while I worked. I visited for their Friendsgiving event and the staff made me a Hibiscus Tea the way she liked it and it was AH-mazing. I will definitely be back to have that again. I'm hoping Tunde from Peloton visits the Detroit location soon. That is one of my bucket list items. I she speaks and hosts events at the cafes.“
