I'm going to give it another chance My wife said the wonton soup was a little dark maybe burnt but I didn't see anything wrong with it was good to me. “The Dearborn, Michigan, restaurant has been a longtime fixture in our community, with employee longevity guaranteeing great service and consistent taste. On this visit, I had the signature lettuce wraps, which were plentiful and tasty. The pork egg rolls were still hot when they arrived at the table, and the dipping sauce had a bit of a horseradish-y tang to it. My chicken fried rice entree was large and had great flavor, and all three dishes were fresh. Dan, the manager, came to my table to check on our order and he was most gracious and friendly. I'll be back again soon.

“Their food is very good place used to be around on Michigan avenue they close for a while after the grandparents passed. But the grandchildren open it back up using the same recipes in the food and quality is just the same. Smaller building there for less or lack of an atmosphere but the service is excellent and so is the food quick service too. Usually a little bit of a wait but that's just cuz they're busy because their quality is so good

“Yun's Village offers fantastic food with a friendly atmosphere. The dishes are flavorful, the service is attentive, and the staff is always welcoming. It's a great spot for a satisfying meal with a pleasant dining experience. Definitely worth a visit“

“I've been going here since I was a kid, I am 28 now. The food is cooked very well, not too salty. The almond chicken is my favorite, but the noodles and other dishes are fantastic also. They have the best jumbo egg rolls compared to any other restaurant. Try the Hot and Sour soup!“

“Really nice folks and beautiful interesting interior. Been on my list opening 4 months ago. Ordered Pupu Platter, Chinese Scallion Pancakes, Large Chinese Veggies Soup and Chicken Egg Foo Young. Surprised when eating inside no plates or silverware. Everything brought out in to go containers that's okay. Absolutely fantastic Delicious Scallion Pancakes not found in many places. The quart of Spot packed full was good except broth zero flavor like water. Chicken Egg Foo Young nothing like ever had weird crunchy patties with very small amount of gravy. The very good Rice and a mega amount. Egg Roll spot on Wonderful. The bad absolutely worse ever Pupu Platter Chicken Wings dry, Crab Rangoon Yuk, Shrimp heavy batter couldn't taste Shrimp. Ribs just ok, Spring Rolls a winner and what they call Teriyaki Beef I know as Balamaki was great. I'm willing to give them another chance to change my 3 star rating. Great effort by cook just not up to par with dozen other Chinese restaurants in the area.“

“There was a faint non food smell on the noodles, almost like flower scented air freshener. So I was not able to eat that. But the rest of the food tasted fresh, was filling and was really good! I definitely need more spice in the spicy dishes, though. Will order again but will stay away from the noodles... unless that's not normal... then I will order noodles again. “Got the General's Tso and Beef Chop Suey dinners. Both were amazing. First time ever having yellow rice(it came with both orders). It was delicious and even had goodies in the rice, like onions and green onions. It was great! The spring roll that came with the dinners was also delicious. “It's hard to review a Chinese restaurant as everyone has a different take on what the food is supposed to taste like. However, the food was fresh and delicious. I got the Almond Chicken with beef fried rice. The chicken was crispy, moist, seasoned great and did not taste like dirty oil, and the gravy was homemade. The beef fried rice was fried but not dry, tasted of beef with lots of chunks and had lots of bean sprouts. The egg roll was huge, full of bean sprouts and again, did not taste of dirty oil, also came with homemade plum sauce and not the cheap duck sauce packets. I would have knocked them a half star for high prices but you get what you pay for so 5 it is.“
