I had chicken added to my power bowl and they offered to cut it up for me after I asked for a knife. Very polite, friendly and very cute interior. Will definitely be back! I love that they use real ingredients too.“

“My dog Cooper and I go to our TIM HORTONS in ROMEO every morning. Cooper gets his doughnut in a bag. The team is fantastic. Our Cooper is blind so the trip to TIM HORTONS is very important to us. The team members at our TIM HORTONS always make our day.“

“Wow! The Dubai Strawberry 🍓 Chocolate 🍫 Cups are amazing!!! The price was around $12 for the cup where some other places are $19-25 and this size was perfect! The flavor combination is something you have to try. The staff is so nice and all of the other food choices from beverages to sandwiches are delicious!!“

“The food was, without a doubt, outstanding. I was not a fan of the loud electronic dance music at 10am, and found the sound overwhelming. There was a family with a crying baby and small kids next to us, and we couldn't hear them at all, so that was a perk. Not the right environment for me, but happy that families with littles can go out for a nice meal and not have to worry about their kids making noise.“

“We were treated so nicely by the owner! She brought our flight my husband I and shared right over to us when it was ready. She even brought us some ice water a few minutes later without us even asking. Little did she know my father had just passed a few days prior and my husband and I needed a little break from the kids and every day life to just sit and be together. “I often come in to this location multiple times a week, since I work in the area. Everyone is always friendly and attentive. Very quick to receive order and it’s always correct. I recently changed from Tim hortons to Biggby and I am so glad I did. Way better quality food and drinks, and the customer service is great. Everyone here is extremely friendly“

“Can somebody please tell Lisa to keep her fingers out of the cups! She does it every time she's a cashier it drives me nuts! Get your fingers out of my drink! She went from touching the computer to wiping the sweat off of her forehead to touching the marker then she grabbed the cup by the rim and at least three of her fingers went in touching the inside of the cup, it was so gross! “I stopped in here for a meeting with college friend. I had an iced caramel latte. It was delicious. After my meeting I left not realizing I had left my backpack in the restaurant. Everything of importance to me was in the backpack; computer, external hard drive, planner, lesson plan book, and check books. I did not realize I had left it until the next morning. As soon as I realized I did not have it I called. The staff from the previous evening had discovered it and put it in back. When I retrieved it, everything was in it. “Tim's has good breakfast sandwiches and doughnuts are usually fresh. Filling in doughnuts is often minimal. We like their coffee too. Wish they sold a 24 oz. Workers could be a bit more careful when packing bags to go.“

“The service is always good here. They upsell and get me a lot. Coffee isn't consistant, specialty drinks are never done the same. Just wish they made sure they were giving the same product, everytime. Ik kids work here, but they can get it, I just think some training on the new staff would be a wise investment. Sometimes I get annoyed, I have bought a coffee from this location, tasted it is, threw it out and drove to 19/Hayes to get it done right. I go here bc it's close to my house. I just wish that they were consistent. Sometimes, they are locked in and make it to spec, and others, I'm not sure if they even know what the drink is supposed to look like. OK rant over. This is my Ted talk for the day. Oh and the food is mid. Sometimes hot and sometimes not. Again, back to that consistency. OK now I'm done.“

“I come here every now and then when I am headed to the airport or down M53. Always fast service and friendly. I normally only come during holiday's for the limited edition coffees but have started coming regularly and will continue to do so!“

“I go to various Starbucks in the area and up North but the kind and friendly gang at the Starbucks at Kroger on 18 Mile and Dequindre are tops in customer service. Every time I’m there I (and all other customers) are greeted with a smile. They work well together and their camaraderie level is always high. I have witnessed a few times where there is complaining customers, and the Starbucks employees handle up with class trying to resolve whatever the issue is. Most complex I have witness were customer errors and not employee errors, and they still handle all situations very well.“

“So I was at your Kroger store as you can see and I scanned my app and my four transactions were not in my account. At 10:07 I spent 9.22 at 10.09 I spent 5:78. At 10:11 I spent 5:78. At 10:12 I spent 5:78 and I didn't get my amount of sales and I was supposed to buy four eggs bite's before 11 am and I didn't get my extra 90 stars . The service was great and I appreciate the people that waited on me but I need my stars . Being that you sent me a survey you seen that I was there.“

They don't have lattes or anything like thatThis is a nadi, which means it's mainly for people that know each other, hang out, and play cards.It's not a "cafe" like a Starbucks, Tim Hortons, or another cafe where you bring your laptop and work.Nice group of folks, but don't come here unless if you were invited here.“

“Food and service are always great. You're just tired of coffee it's perfect but if you're planning to sit there and use your computer or do any sort of quiet time work, it's the inside of a Kroger so good luck with that.
