“I was pleasantly surprised that the food was very good. I had the filet, and it was cooked perfectly. The filet was juicy, tender, and delicious. I also enjoyed the vegetables that came with it, including the fingerling potatoes. Everyone else at the table enjoyed their food, including the steak bites, steak salad, and the walleye. It did take quite a long time to get our food, but luckily, it was worth the wait. The dining room was a bit chilly, but was clean and comfortable. The server did a good job.“

I wasn't sure what to expect from this restaurant within the Hilton, but was I ever surprised!\nI ordered the Seared New York Strip with fingerling potatoes, asparagus and broccoli, and it was PERFECT! The steak was cooked to order, with seasons that kept me (a definite salt person) from ruining it by putting salt on it! It didn't need it. \nThe wait staff were great, and so nice, even after I spilled my water all over the table and floor. I wish I could have sampled some of their wine to go with the steak, but unfortunately, that wasn't possible. Honestly, the food didn't need it. Would highly recommend them to anyone in the area!“

“Everything was good great atmosphere. Steak and sides were also great. My one complaint is on menu and online offer japanese a5 wagyu which they do not have. I settled for the filet, they need to remove that since they do not have what is advertised. That is what I wanted to order until we were in restaurant and found out that they don't have a true japanese a5 steak to offer.“

The jerk chicken was really good with a perfect balance of heat and flavor. “Oh my gosh. This was the best meal I’ve had in a while. The food was great, and you get sooooo much food per dish. Some of the largest steamed dumplings I’ve ever seen and everything was timely and delicious. Very happy with my experience. Everyone was attentive and made sure our water glasses were full. He was attentive, friendly, and took the time to walk us through the menu and explain each item he brought to us. My husband and I had such a wonderful dinner — it was one of the best, if not the best, filets we’ve ever had. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Highly recommend! “Im surprised by the number of negative reviews. Ive eaten at Crystal Jade so many times and the food is always amazing. Very low prices for what they serve, in my opinion they have the best chicken wings for local takeout. You can get a ton of food for well under $30. Food is always hot, never had an issue with quality. Ive only done carry out but never had an issue with service in that regard.“

Apparently they dont do buffet anymore which is a bummer. We did dinner there tonight at 6pm. Too over an hour to get our main course and about 30 minutes to get our appetizer bread. Food was fantastic, quality and quantity was fantastic.
We just moved to the area so this place will likely be a go to for us when we arent in a rush.“
