“We had yet another fantastic dining experience at The Exchange, and this visit truly exceeded all expectations! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was vibrant and inviting, setting the perfect tone for a memorable evening. Our server, Angela, was an absolute gem, her enthusiasm for the menu and her attentive service made all the difference.

She went above and beyond, sharing her favorites and suggesting delightful pairings that enhanced our meal. Angela’s warm personality and genuine care made us feel like we were the most important guests in the restaurant.

We decided to try the Cuban sandwich, and it was nothing short of spectacular! The combination of flavors was harmonious, with perfectly grilled bread and succulent fillings that danced on our taste buds.

As we dined, the atmosphere buzzed with laughter and the clinking of glasses, adding to the excitement of the evening. Each bite of food felt like a celebration, and we savored every moment.

“Honestly, really flavorful and unique food for a decent price. Google says $50-100 but for our table, we were closer to $30/each for entrees. Alot of options as low as $15 though. And the burger is a super good deal for the money ($16), it's super cheesey and fantastic. I will be back!“

“Very low key place with elegant but simple decorations, really nice and easy vibe in a small dining area, that feels open but intimate at the same time. The courses are bigger than expected so you do get your money's worth. The food was excellent with a good variety of dishes coming your way and the wine pairing adds an extra layer of flavor that is just a chefs kiss.“

“We had a fabulous dinner with another couple. Food was great, table was great, service was very good. Disappointed that no staff told us that 26% charges were automatically included. My fault for not inspecting the itemized bill closer i would have expected staff to share that a 21% gratuity was already included (not to mention an additional “administrative “ fee was also included) before I added an additional 20% gratuity.“

We had a large party for a friends pre-wedding dinner and the staff handled it great. From the apps to the desert, you can’t go wrong with anything you pick off the menu. We were all tasting each others food by the end of the night wanting to try EVERYTHING! Some have stated a smaller menu and prices, but then say the food blew them away…I for one like to pay to keep amazing food and ingredients an option. Can’t wait to bring my wife and other family members in the Twin Cities to do it again.“

“We were here for dinner over the weekend and everything about this place was phenomenal we tried multiple things off of the to share or not portion of the menu and loved every bit of it. The whole grilled fish our waitress mentioned rotates depending on what is available fresh and it was cooked to Perfection and probably our favorite thing all weekend. The cocktail menu is unique and everything that we had the opportunity to try was delicious I highly recommend doing the cocktail flight to anybody who doesn't have a favorite spirit. Staff was incredibly friendly and knew what they were talking about if you had questions. To those looking at going here reservations are a must!!!! Great atmosphere as well“

“-Vinai MN- My friend and I wanted to try Chef Yia's restaurant due to being homesick and wanting hmong food. We were met with such great service and sat where we could see the work area. Chef Yia was so kind and started us off with a complimentary appetizer, rice Curry balls. We ordered and the food came so fast. As soon as I took a bite, my eyes started to get teary because it tasted like food from home. I started fanning myself to not cry which Chef Yia saw and asked if the food was too spicy. We then started to explain that we were not from MN and were feeling a bit homesick and how the food reminded us of home. Chef Yia then said, here let's do this. He returned with a pot of beef soup that consisted of mushrooms, bamboo shoots, beef and green onion and white rice and shared that this dish was one of those dishes that we would eat at gathering and events. We we so shocked and so at loss with his kindness and compassion. We both took a bite and immediately lighted up. It tasted like my mom's cooking 💓. As we were nearing the end of our meal, Chef Yia told us not to stuff ourselves too full and surprised us with a complimentary dessert which further awed us. We were so lost at words for Chef Yia's kindness, generosity and comfort. We chose the Lava Cake and it was soooo good! I normally don't like sweets but we devoured this 😋. 1000/10 would recommend.“

“Just spent the most wonderful evening at Breva Bar & Grill! We had their pre fixe Thanksgiving dinner which included a turkey breast filled with stuffing, a fantastic sweet potato casserole, and green beans. We also were treated with the most incredible server, Dahlia. What an infectious smile and warm welcome. She definitely made out dinner fabulous. Can't forget the pumpkin cheesecake! “Amazing! We stopped here for our first time for pre-event drinks with our friends. We anticipated having one cocktail and being on our way, but were instead treated to something more akin to an experience! The GM greeted us and took our order and made sure we got to try more than just our drinks. A whole story about finding someone to re-tie my husband’s bow tie turned into a hilarious challenge for most of the staff. Even to the point that the assistant GM was going to drive to Von Maur while we finished our drinks (we declined..but wow). What kind of place does this!? Our cocktails were amazing, the charcuterie plate was delicious (the jam, honey, and cheese…just wow). But most of all, the staff made everything so memorable. We’ve never experienced anything like this! We will be back soon for a full dinner. Thank you for making our night so enjoyable!“

“Edit: I finally dined there. The food was fantastic, my wife loved the onion rings and the careful service that we were given. Burgers were great. Coleslaw was actually refreshing, and not mayo dumped. Matt and his staff gave us a wonderful time on New Years Day. I will be back, with a bottle of heinz which is a small complaint.

Edit: The manager was very very prompt in responding to my email in resolving this year. In prompt it was less than about 30 minutes when I reached out via email. Which is actually, pretty darn impressive nowadays to take responsibility instead of passing the buck. They get five stars now.

I made Christmas reservations only to learn less than three days before Christmas that they weren't actually open. Their site allowed me to make a reservation. I called them to confirm if they were closed as I found out not from them at all. They did confirm it, and then laid blame on my insisuating that since they've never been open for Xmas, I should of known. Okay, then tell that to your reservation page.Pathetic service right before the holidays.

Even after I called and said it was taken down. It's still up allowing others to book a reservation. I hope there ain't some family that shows up expecting a reservation thay never should of been placed.“

Highlights were the rock shrimp tostada, the chicken shawarma satay and the beef sliders
Some of their other new fall items were not my favorite
- but I would def come back for HH as they have decent deals and even on a Saturday!
Also would like to try some other menu items
Service was good-they seemed to have a lot of staff at the time this event
Decor was cute and trendy
Parking - can be difficult- need to use the parking ramps nearby“

“We had Crave do another one of our yearly April Gala + Award Shows. This year they did our open bar at Union Depot's Red Cap Room in St. Paul. They were EXCELLENT! The bartenders were personable and professional. They provided a signature cocktail for our event that was great. Having them at our event was exactly what we were looking for and they executed it perfectly. Five Stars.“

“We held our company Christmas Party at their beautiful restaurant and had such a great time! The staff were so attentive and wonderful to interact with throughout the whole evening! We ordered an array of food and our employees couldn’t stop talking about how fantastic the prime rib and KFC (Korean fried cauliflower) were! The talk around the shop about this event and the delicious food went on for days! We all had such a great experience from start to finish. They made it so easy to plan, set up, host and tear down. We would highly recommend anyone looking to host a party to come here! Now if you are just looking for a bite to eat for a date night or family night out, they also have you covered. “So 49ER Day party at Crave Rooftop was a lot of fun and the food was delicious.

I was pretty surprised at how extensive their menu was. Oftentimes, when restaurants have a lot of items and different types and styles, it isn't always good.

But when I tell you my bison burger and wings were very tasty. There was lots of flavor and made just the way I wanted. I don't like my wings swimming in sauce, so I asked for light sauce on my wings, and they listened, and it was just how I like.

Their menu even has a gluten sensitive menu as well as a plant based menu. I was impressed with their options.

If you find yourself in downtown Minneapolis, you should definitely check them out. You will not be disappointed!“

“Every valentines day my husband and I try a new steak restaurant. We love steak amd I couldnt cook it

In 2021 we could not go out for steak due to covid. Sample room had a take and bake meal with clear instructions. It was a great meal with baby steaks and veggies etc. But since that day I am not afraid to cook steak because of the precise instructions. They gave me what I needed.

It's now 2024 and I rock at cooking steak.

Dinner was a baguette and a roasted bulb of garlic and a bottle of wine. theater in the back with story tellers and fringe artists that kept this transplanted nyer here in the twin cities for 30 years.“

“Did the Halloween experience in the Basement Bar and can't wait to go back. They are right - you don't get a meal, you get tickets to the show! Super creative and fun. You can tell they enjoy it . Very yummy.

One thing our group didn't love that we were forced to do a "pairing" of beverages ( NA or not)with our experience. And then service fees were added. So the price is not very transparent and become a contention for our group and some backed out.“

“We have been to the bar once before and this food wasn't the best. We had hair in the potatoes (waiter kindly apologized and gave us a free drink which was perfect, thanks!) but the the lasagna was burnt and a few other not great food bites here or there. However, that being said the trivia was fun, the atmosphere and acting really gave us a good time. In the past the food was better but I'd still go back because they constantly change their menu and the staff really is kind. I highly recommend any pop up themes they do. Halloween was still better and food more inventive. Overall, please go and have a dinner and show with some friends.

Parking: Minimal parking shared with the gym in back, about 10 spaces and only 1 handicapped spot. There is street parking around the block though.“
