This location has the drive thru which honestly makes driving out of the distance a million times worth it sometimes when you really don’t want to get out of your vehicle and they are super fast. I spend $120 literally every time I go and tip $20 since they usually have like 6 people working.“

“10/10 would recommend! I had seen this place all over my social media, and I had to give it a try. The sandwich was made to order, so it was hot and fresh when I got it. My order was the Tuscany, and I was amazing. I love how customizable every menu item was. The flavor and the freshness won me over. Will definitely be back for a future brunch order.

After standing there for a couple of minutes and watching how busy the employees were, one of them communicated with me and apologized for the wait. I could clearly see one was slicing meat, one was cleaning, one was tending to taking orders and two were prepping and assembling the sandwiches. “I have heard many times of JMS. But on this one occasion when driving my Lyft and I picked up an employee of JMS . During our conversation I had asked him of the difference subs and he told me about the “ Mikes way” . I promised to try. I called my wife and said “ I am bringing home dinner”. I did stop at JMS and ordered just the recommended sub. We were not disappointed at all. I have made a pledge that if We have to had sub for dinner, JMS is where we are going.“

“I am very impressed! They have sandwiches simple as PBJ and up to hot sandwiches such as Rubans and Cubans. They are amazing and be sure to accompany it with their soups. I personally love the wild rice but the loaded potato is a close second! The staff are very friendly, fast, and excellent at their craft. “I came in 22 July, just minutes before they closed. The staff made me two BEAUTIFUL salads, and made it clear I could have it my way. I asked for a few extra vegetables and they just threw them on, no questions asked. Even the gentleman moping the floor gave me a big welcome as I entered the store. All smiles with this crew, and it was clear I was gonna be happy whatever it took. GREAT service, outstanding attitude, very good food, 5/5 stars in my book! “I'm so glad there is still a Quiznos around, this one is a great, cheap lunch spot. Last time I got a "foot long" at Subway it was $18 for just the sandwich, and it was crap. Here it's $12, and I usually get the 8" which is $8, and it's delicious every time!“

The freshy slice meat cheese is always fresh and delicious.
The bread is always soft with a slight crusty outer texture which I love.
The one criticism is the employees need to pay attention a little bit better.
I always ask for my sub not to be cut into four pieces several times and they still cut it into four pieces.
It was still a fantastic sub.“

Parking: Strip mall location. Not alot of business at this mall so easy to park.“

“I was reminded of this today, so I wanted to note that maybe 6-12 months ago, I ordered delivery from this location via a secondary delivery service and the driver brought completely the wrong order. I called the location to see if they could correct the issue with the driver and the manager - who had actually already realized the issue - told me to keep the food that had been accidentally delivered and then drove me my remade order herself. Way above and beyond the call of duty and great service!“

I am from WAY out of town and couldn't find the pharmacy in U of M maze, despite having a gps & address. The crew went above and beyond to get me in the right direction. “It was a quarter to 9pm when we got there. 3 of us. The guy seemed like he was done with everything, I get it I would be too at the end of my shift and 3 come in for a footlong... But other than that shit was cool.. the sandwich seemed smaller then I remembered subways used to be, kinda saddened“

“This very hard working beautiful young woman named Maya, gave me the best service I have ever had at any subway, I've been there a couple times before that and she's been the best employee that has worked with me. “My husband and I live right by this subway and have come well over 20 times. Came in tonight with an employee we’ve never seen before, his name was Trey I believe. Hands down the best subway employee we’ve ever come across. He looked fairly young and most young employees these days aren’t very welcoming or in high spirits. We should have said this to his face but figured I’d write a review since we didn’t.
