“Just went through the drive through for dinner and I was extremely hungry. There was somebody at the speaker right away and I got my food within 2 minutes. Everybody seemed to be in great spirits too I even saw a worker inside dancing which was awesome. Sandwhich is delicious. This seriously turned my night around so thanks to everybody who works here!“

“Had the Cuban and the Zamboni Dip. The Cuban was one of the best I have had in years, perfect bread, generous meats, and great taste. The Zamboni was also excellent. A bustling little place with a few counter spots to eat. Lots of hockey memorabilia, fun environment. Worth a bit of a drive. Prices are reasonable considering the quality.“

“I arrived a few minutes earlier than my online order was to be ready. After standing there for a couple of minutes and watching how busy the employees were, one of them communicated with me and apologized for the wait. I could clearly see one was slicing meat, one was cleaning, one was tending to taking orders and two were prepping and assembling the sandwiches. “I came in 22 July, just minutes before they closed. The staff made me two BEAUTIFUL salads, and made it clear I could have it my way. I asked for a few extra vegetables and they just threw them on, no questions asked. Even the gentleman moping the floor gave me a big welcome as I entered the store. All smiles with this crew, and it was clear I was gonna be happy whatever it took. GREAT service, outstanding attitude, very good food, 5/5 stars in my book! “I have heard many times of JMS. But on this one occasion when driving my Lyft and I picked up an employee of JMS . During our conversation I had asked him of the difference subs and he told me about the “ Mikes way” . I promised to try. I called my wife and said “ I am bringing home dinner”. I did stop at JMS and ordered just the recommended sub. We were not disappointed at all. I have made a pledge that if We have to had sub for dinner, JMS is where we are going.“

“I was having a really bad day and stopped to get a late lunch. The staff was immediately engaging when I walked in. They explained the menu, suggested how to order, and were on the ball. The gentleman that made my sandwich was funny and kind and said he was going to make me a “masterpiece”. He did! I got a turkey and provolone with all the fixings and it was picture perfect! The store was clean and inviting. The staff and their good attitude literally changed the course of my day and reframed my mood. They were the embodiment of good customer service. Thank you. ☺️“

Parking: Strip mall location. Not alot of business at this mall so easy to park.“

“My daughter and I got sandwiches to go. She got the steak flatbread and I got the tuna on Italian. We expected Subway and we got Subway! The bread was fresh and delicious and the veggies were fresh as well. I wish Subway’s proteins were a little better (the tuna is the cheap brown flake stuff), but our food was good! The store was clean and the employees were friendly.“

“We ordered DoorDash today and the driver delivered the wrong order, blaming the restaurant and it being busy. DoorDash gave us a full refund and I called the restaurant to let them know about the mix up in case the other person called wondering what happened. Ms. K answered and was nothing but kind and patient, offering to bring us the food herself once the lunch rush died down. 30 minutes later she arrived at my house with the food, and extra cookies! I cannot stress enough how much we appreciated her going above and beyond. What an amazing manager!“

“I have been there 5 times and left 4 of the 5 because of the lines. With that being said, last week I stayed and waited almost 2 hours between ordering and getting my food. I try to support all black owners business however you all have been opened for a few weeks now, you see what kind of lines you have and yet you still only have 1 cashier and 1 person on personal phone calls and passing out food. While I waited in that line for over an hour just to order, after I ordered a friend of the girl who does nothing but talk on the phone and pass out food came in and she allowed him to bypass everyone else who was waiting and gasp she actually rang him up. This is horrible. I will not be back but I do wish you much success“

“In Minneapolis skyway close to Target Store. Had Philly cheesesteak and it’s very good. The price for the large sub was $14, still cheaper than the overpriced and unethical Subway in Northeast Minneapolis on Central. Really, the skyway location most likely has higher rent.“

“I’ve been to many Subways in my life, and this one takes the cake (cookie?)! They are true artisans who take their sandwiches seriously. I’ve never had a bad sub there, and they’ve even renewed my appreciation for this chain! The customer service is fast, high quality, and efficient from each artisan I’ve had the pleasure to meet. Plus, the sandwiches are always fully loaded, which I appreciate as a veggie lover. And they brought soups back! Yay! No other Subway can compare to the delicious food you’ll find here.
