“Just went through the drive through for dinner and I was extremely hungry. There was somebody at the speaker right away and I got my food within 2 minutes. Everybody seemed to be in great spirits too I even saw a worker inside dancing which was awesome. Sandwhich is delicious. This seriously turned my night around so thanks to everybody who works here!“

“Had the Cry 'n Eggy and it was delicious! All the flavors blended wonderfully together and the egg was like a souflee and the bun was fluffy and tasty. It was at once a hearty and light sandwich. Didn't feel greasy at all yet it was appropriately gooey and messy, which I enjoyed. And the price point is not bad. I want to have Egg on a Roll permanently in my life and I'm willing to bump a close relative to make this happen.“

“I arrived a few minutes earlier than my online order was to be ready. After standing there for a couple of minutes and watching how busy the employees were, one of them communicated with me and apologized for the wait. I could clearly see one was slicing meat, one was cleaning, one was tending to taking orders and two were prepping and assembling the sandwiches. “I have heard many times of JMS. But on this one occasion when driving my Lyft and I picked up an employee of JMS . During our conversation I had asked him of the difference subs and he told me about the “ Mikes way” . I promised to try. I called my wife and said “ I am bringing home dinner”. I did stop at JMS and ordered just the recommended sub. We were not disappointed at all. I have made a pledge that if We have to had sub for dinner, JMS is where we are going.“

“I am very impressed! They have sandwiches simple as PBJ and up to hot sandwiches such as Rubans and Cubans. They are amazing and be sure to accompany it with their soups. I personally love the wild rice but the loaded potato is a close second! The staff are very friendly, fast, and excellent at their craft. I tried this place yesterday for lunch and today no doubt I came back again. Highly recommend!“

“I came in 22 July, just minutes before they closed. The staff made me two BEAUTIFUL salads, and made it clear I could have it my way. I asked for a few extra vegetables and they just threw them on, no questions asked. Even the gentleman moping the floor gave me a big welcome as I entered the store. All smiles with this crew, and it was clear I was gonna be happy whatever it took. GREAT service, outstanding attitude, very good food, 5/5 stars in my book! “I was having a really bad day and stopped to get a late lunch. The staff was immediately engaging when I walked in. They explained the menu, suggested how to order, and were on the ball. The gentleman that made my sandwich was funny and kind and said he was going to make me a “masterpiece”. He did! I got a turkey and provolone with all the fixings and it was picture perfect! The store was clean and inviting. The staff and their good attitude literally changed the course of my day and reframed my mood. They were the embodiment of good customer service. Thank you. ☺️“

“Was super quick went during non peak meal time. Greeted immediately. Food was quick. Prices are getting soo much higher unless you have a coupon then they are reasonable.

Parking: Strip mall location. Not alot of business at this mall so easy to park.“

“It was a quarter to 9pm when we got there. 3 of us. The guy seemed like he was done with everything, I get it I would be too at the end of my shift and 3 come in for a footlong... But other than that shit was cool.. the sandwich seemed smaller then I remembered subways used to be, kinda saddened“

Reason for 4 star vs 5: stopped in other day and staff was a bit short/slower than needed/and store oura was not top notch.
I will return but hopefully this store dteps up and fets back to 5 star in my book.
