“Coolest atmosphere. Consistently delicious food (delivery, takeout or in-house!). Excellent staff. We've mostly been enjoying our Lucé at home the past few years, but had a teen visiting and wanted to give them the full Lucé experience. I made a reservation requesting a booth because of hearing loss and sensory sensitivities in our family. We were given a booth back in the corner and we haven't had an evening out that was so pleasant as a family in years! Staff was excellent - for us and the family at the next table with a high-energy toddler who had a spill that was cleaned by cheerful staff who assured the family it was no problem. We used to be that family, so I appreciated this! Everything was clean and the restaurant looks to be in great condition. The artichoke dip was the best ever (I swear we marvel this every time we have it). We tried two new pizza types - the Classic and Wild Mushroom - both were excellent, though Athena and The Lucé will still be our go-to choices. The greek salad was high quality and very fresh. The slice of cheese pizza we took home to our youngest was good (as always - it's the picky little dude's favorite pizza!) Another word on staff - We appreciated our host and server's clear communication; I'm unsure if they did this because of awareness of our noted hearing issue, but thanks to that and the booth placement, I don't think any of us had to ask for repeats. Thank you Luce for honoring the booth request and being consistent with excellent food and service - it made a world of difference for our whole family! ("Tubular" as our visiting teen said)“

“I work nearby this Noodles so I've come here plenty of times! Their food is super good and their staff is pretty nice! Service here definitely isn't out of this world, but it's a very nice average and doesn't feel pushy or desperate. The food is always good and the lobby is clean! Not much else to say. Great location!“

The food was outstanding from start to finish ( presentation, flavor profile, texture, all natural and full of character). “Came on a Saturday at 2pm and was a little sad to see that they didn’t have any of the vegan loaves of bread, but did get a baguette (contains egg) and it was realllllly good. Everyone knows that gluten free bread is not the same as gluten-filled bread, but this baguette had a nice amount of crunch to the outside and it was perfect with soup. Wish they had more vegan options available as not everyone in our family can have dairy and eggs. But absolutely will be back to hopefully snag some more gf goodies again soon!“

As a mom of a toddler, it can be really hard to expect my son to stay sitting while I try to enjoy a coffee with a friend but this place has incredible coffee and food, incredible customer service, and an amazing play area to let the kiddos roam while you enjoy time with a friend!! “THIS IS NO RUN-OF-THE-MILL, REGULAR-SHMEGULAR BAKERY!!! This bakery has the BEST pies and donuts you’ve ever tasted in your whole entire life. I know what you’re thinking, “How good can pie really be? Is it really THAT much better than a gas station donut?” Well, I promise you that the baked goods at this establishment are truly exceptional. In fact, we moved almost an hour away and still drive back to use this bakery for special occasions. I only wish their hours of operation were better (after work on weekdays and longer on weekends!) Try the strawberry rhubarb pie or crunch donut holes, but you really can’t go wrong here.“

“I had the chicken chimichanga and my partner had the shrimp tacos. He tried some of my rice & beans and immediately orders his own side! When we first got there, we were bummed out about no chips and queso… but everything following that seriously makes it worth it, forget the queso! The salsa was amazing as well. The service was awesome, I read somewhere that this place is owned by 3 sisters and you can absolutely tell they own the place. Not only can you tell they are happy to be there, but they really enjoy the restaurant. You’ll see them back there cooking your food before they bring it to you. And there is one ingredient in their food you will never taste at El Rancho Grande or any big name Mexican restaurant… LOVE!! We ate all our food and were definitely full, but it didn’t leave us feeling all gross and lethargic like you do after eating the greasy food at other restaurants. Come show this family owned business some love, you won’t regret it“

“Royal Grounds is an awesome neighborhood coffee place appreciated for is awesome coffee, meeting place and service from employees. Love meeting up with my daughters for coffee, tea and an occasional scone. Love that they consistently have heavy cream ! Love South Minneapolis!“
