“I've gone to this Caribou so many times now and each experience has been amazing. The atmosphere is so cozy, I'm able to enjoy the scenery and focus on work. There are regular seats, but also some single sofas next to a fake fireplace that gives that good warmth in the winter time.
The service and food is a delight. The staff there are always so helpful with anything I might need. I don't feel afraid or anything to ask a question or two. The food and drinks there are so good, I typically just get the Strawberry Banana Smoothie, but I'm sure all their drinks are a 10/10!“

“I just wanna take a moment to shout out this Starbucks team because they seriously work their tails off. People forget how many drinks they’re making at once it’s not just us in the store, it’s mobile orders, drive-thru, and everyone running on caffeine. They’re doing their best, and it really shows. I’ll happily drive the extra few minutes to come to this location, and honestly… I’m always hoping Sabas is working. He just has this way of making my whole day better. His energy and kindness always stand out, even on the busiest mornings. People like him are the reason I keep coming back. Yeah, sometimes the wait is a little longer, but that’s because they’re taking care of so many people at once. And they still keep a good attitude through it all.

Shout-out to Ty for engaging in conversation with my son and I. He pointed out my son's hat (he collects Pokemon pins) and was so nice and hyped up my son so much. I got one of the refreshers and she enjoyed it very much so very tasty drinks maybe a little higher price and I’d like to pay but the ambience here if you wanted to sit and have coffee with someone or do some work plenty of space bright light from the sun and just an overall nice atmosphere bonus it attached to a Great Harvest bakery so you can get yourself some fresh baked goods to have with your drink. “I visited this Caribou as a meeting place to visit family. The employees were friendly, polite, and hard working. The drinks were made perfectly. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxing.
This is the second biggest Caribou I’ve ever been to. There was a large amount of seating options, which was perfect for the 6 of us. There were also several other groups of people, some visiting, some studying.
Everywhere I looked was a treat for the eyes. Cute little fake plants, beautiful large photography on the walls, little homey decor pieces, comfy seating, I loved it!
If I’m ever back in the area, I’d love to come back again!“

It’s like just eating a bagel plain. Price should come down if this is the size you are going to continue to have. Or you should throw two in there or at least ask. “I hadn't been at caribou in a year or more and so needless to say I forgot the lingo foe the drink wanted. She gwve me a couple minutes to describe it then said ohh. Yes you want a chocolate cooler! I also got a blueberry muffin. It was moist and tasty.

“The young man in the tie dyed tee shirt at the drive up window started the top notch experience from the time I pulled up to place my order. He was happy and downright joyful to help the customer (me). I told him I used to be a restaurant manager and he was great. I’m sure people are often rude, disrespectful, and rude. He was great!!“

“I stopped by Promenade Caribou Coffee to pick up a Caprese sandwich and an iced caramel Crafted Press for a good friend. When I got to the drive thru, the employee helping me was Hailey, I hope I spelled it right, if not please forgive me. She said Caprese which was the right way and I definitely didn’t pronounce it right, which gave us both a good laugh.

She was genuinely friendly, smiling, and easy to talk to. One of those quick interactions that actually sticks with you. I was disappointed they didn’t have my turkey mini’s but Hailey made my visit great even though they didn't have my sandwich. When I dropped the order off at my friend’s work and told her about it, she said that’s the only Caribou she goes to, and now I totally understand why.

“I love that this is not a franchise coffee shop. Their atmosphere is pretty unique and their coffee is really tasty! They extended working hours until 5 pm now. However, I would recommend to come for coffee in the morning as it is usually better. It depends who the barista is too! Last time I came at 2 pm and my cappuccino tasted exactly like brewed coffee with cream (why did I pay for my drink as a cappuccino? There was no foam whatsoever!) When I got to the coffee shop, the cashier was busy taking a phone order . Despite of 2 idling baristas, I had to wait for 5 min before anybody would start taking my order.“

“I stopped in here to catch up with a friend and we sat outside in the sun sipping on a very tasty black coffee. I haven't had Caribou coffee in years as it generally had a strange bitterness to it. Not anymore! I'll be back. It has a very quirky drive up. Quirky but efficient.“

I was very disappointed, as I’m a loyal customer and collect Starbucks cups from every special edition.

“I absolutely love coming to Hope Breakfast Bar! Every time I visit I have the hardest time choosing what to get because everything on the menu sounds so delicious, and I’ve never been disappointed by what I’ve ordered. They have a very creative menu which I really appreciate and it’s all very fresh to give you the best experience possible. I highly recommend visiting!“

These 3 have never disappointed me and they are seriously very efficient baristas... now I’ve gone to this same location after 3pm and it’s a complete disaster. I’ve had one employee literally ignore me for what felt like 5 minutes ... no lines.. and no customers before me.. still don’t know her name but because of that sole experience I will never trust going there unless the three that were mentioned above are working.“
