“I've gone to this Caribou so many times now and each experience has been amazing. The atmosphere is so cozy, I'm able to enjoy the scenery and focus on work. There are regular seats, but also some single sofas next to a fake fireplace that gives that good warmth in the winter time.
The service and food is a delight. The staff there are always so helpful with anything I might need. I don't feel afraid or anything to ask a question or two. The food and drinks there are so good, I typically just get the Strawberry Banana Smoothie, but I'm sure all their drinks are a 10/10!“

“My 10 year old is on the Starbie's bandwagon so we are here a lot these days. I do love the many vegetarian options for food.

Vegetarian options: There are sandwiches, a cheese and fruit tray, etc. Pretty good variety.

“I visited this Caribou as a meeting place to visit family. The employees were friendly, polite, and hard working. The drinks were made perfectly. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxing.
This is the second biggest Caribou I’ve ever been to. There was a large amount of seating options, which was perfect for the 6 of us. There were also several other groups of people, some visiting, some studying.
Everywhere I looked was a treat for the eyes. Cute little fake plants, beautiful large photography on the walls, little homey decor pieces, comfy seating, I loved it!

“I love that this is not a franchise coffee shop. Their atmosphere is pretty unique and their coffee is really tasty! They extended working hours until 5 pm now. However, I would recommend to come for coffee in the morning as it is usually better. It depends who the barista is too! Last time I came at 2 pm and my cappuccino tasted exactly like brewed coffee with cream (why did I pay for my drink as a cappuccino? There was no foam whatsoever!) When I got to the coffee shop, the cashier was busy taking a phone order . Despite of 2 idling baristas, I had to wait for 5 min before anybody would start taking my order.“

I was running late for work, and without a second thought, the gals working were quick to offer to make me whatever my order was, free of charge (given that I had paid through the app, just to the wrong Starbucks!) They had my exact order to me (food and craft drink) within 3 minutes!!! This is my new favorite Starbucks and I have never had such great service. “This is a convenient place for people taking the bus or train to the mall to get coffee during the daytime. It opens at 8 am for people who work at the mall or do mall walking before stores open. The downside is that it closes somewhat early at about 5 pm, so it doesn't work for evening visitors.

Parking: There's tons of parking here, but this location is best accessed by people taking transit or using the bike racks nearby. If you want to park here, use the elevator within the parking structure to access the transit level, as there isn't direct stairway access, and going into the mall and back down to the transit center can be confusing“
