“THIS LOCATION IS AMAZING! I work for an animal hospital, and worked a very long shift today. In this season of "COVID-19" we navigate a whole new world for our clients and their fur family members so sometimes by the end of the day we are emotionally done. Today was also the first day of "distance learning" for my 8th grader. After 3 phone calls that our internet has crashed, I told him to just take a break and I would pick up dinner. I pulled into this location, our neighborhood Jimmy's, looking at the clock it was exactly 6:58. The note on the door said they closed at 7pm. I was devastated. As I went to get back in my truck, I noticed the staff member unlock the door and allow me to order our dinner. That was a HUGE blessing for me. That was "essential" for me. Please give them all the praise the next time you go, they deserve it.“

“I came in 22 July, just minutes before they closed. The staff made me two BEAUTIFUL salads, and made it clear I could have it my way. I asked for a few extra vegetables and they just threw them on, no questions asked. Even the gentleman moping the floor gave me a big welcome as I entered the store. All smiles with this crew, and it was clear I was gonna be happy whatever it took. GREAT service, outstanding attitude, very good food, 5/5 stars in my book! Thank you for making me feel so welcome when I come in at the last minute. I left very happy!“

“great sandwiched and even better service! I was in to the Chan location. a bit ago and there was a mix up in Sammie between myself and another customer. I did not realize this until after a 20min drive home. I called the store and they immediately knew what happened. offered to comp my next meal. well, today I had the time to go back and I no more than walk in the door and they knew who I was and comped my sandwich. no questions! top notch customer service! “I have been going to Bo Diddleys for over 30 years and Bo Diddleys subs are the best except for the fact that they switched to Miracle Whip from the traditional Mayo. I remember them trying this switch years ago and they did end up going back to Mayo. At least give us a choice between Miracle Whip and Mayo. Remainder of menu is great.“

This establishment is decent, not too dirty but not perfect either... food was good as always and place was busier! Service was good but honestly the people barley spoke and definitely no smiles... didn't seem too happy to be there... in general I live Quiznos, think they're overpriced and smaller than they used to be ... but it's a nice treat when I'm in the area!“

“I had Potbelly deliver my turkey sandwich. I chose the wheat roll. Always toasted and crispy. Turkey with provolone, lettuce and onions, and I added bacon. Also mustard and mayo. Delicious. I love how customizable the sandwiches are. Great lunch spot for eat in or delivery!“

“I was having a really bad day and stopped to get a late lunch. The staff was immediately engaging when I walked in. They explained the menu, suggested how to order, and were on the ball. The gentleman that made my sandwich was funny and kind and said he was going to make me a “masterpiece”. He did! I got a turkey and provolone with all the fixings and it was picture perfect! The store was clean and inviting. The staff and their good attitude literally changed the course of my day and reframed my mood. They were the embodiment of good customer service. Thank you. ☺️“

“I had a subway coupon it cost me $7.62 FOR my sons meal this evening for dinner. They have a clean sandwich shop off of water street in Excelsior. There are tables with chairs available at the tables. So you can eat in thier sandwich shop. Its very nice and clean. My son wanted a chicken sandwich. WITH pepper on it some. And shredded cheese on it with 2 pieces of bacon. The employee cooked it up. And when she brought it out of thier oven. It was very nice and warm. With the topping s melted
And baking the bacon. Then she put lettuce on it along with spinach. It was better than buying a McDonald's meal. And my son wanted lemon aid. So for under $10.00 dollars for one meal. It was a very good price. And they have very nice clean bathrooms. Thank you.“

“Being my one Quiznos place closed down, I went to find other sub sandwich stores. Most are disappointing or average, but Jimmy Johns is quite good and love going there once a week.

“The Subway app and this place do not get along well. So I dont want to give this location a bad rating, because it could be a corporate thing. The food is solid every time. But the employees do t really know how to deal with the app issues.“

“I'd never been here before, and one of their employees recommended a turkey club. It was seriously SO good. I'm so impressed. You could literally taste the smokey flavor in the turkey, and the sandwich overall was seriously delicious. I also had a strawberry smoothie that was way better than the usual ice and flavor combination you get at many other places. I will definitely be ordering here more. SO glad I randomly decided to try it!“

“My husband and I live right by this subway and have come well over 20 times. Came in tonight with an employee we’ve never seen before, his name was Trey I believe. Hands down the best subway employee we’ve ever come across. He looked fairly young and most young employees these days aren’t very welcoming or in high spirits. We should have said this to his face but figured I’d write a review since we didn’t.
