“THIS LOCATION IS AMAZING! I work for an animal hospital, and worked a very long shift today. In this season of "COVID-19" we navigate a whole new world for our clients and their fur family members so sometimes by the end of the day we are emotionally done. Today was also the first day of "distance learning" for my 8th grader. After 3 phone calls that our internet has crashed, I told him to just take a break and I would pick up dinner. I pulled into this location, our neighborhood Jimmy's, looking at the clock it was exactly 6:58. The note on the door said they closed at 7pm. I was devastated. As I went to get back in my truck, I noticed the staff member unlock the door and allow me to order our dinner. That was a HUGE blessing for me. That was "essential" for me. Please give them all the praise the next time you go, they deserve it.“

I did not realize this until after a 20min drive home. I called the store and they immediately knew what happened. offered to comp my next meal. well, today I had the time to go back and I no more than walk in the door and they knew who I was and comped my sandwich. no questions! top notch customer service! “I have been going to Bo Diddleys for over 30 years and Bo Diddleys subs are the best except for the fact that they switched to Miracle Whip from the traditional Mayo. I remember them trying this switch years ago and they did end up going back to Mayo. At least give us a choice between Miracle Whip and Mayo. Remainder of menu is great.“

“The Food was good and hot when I received after ordering. The staff who I consistently see when I go there are for the most part prompt and professional when Interacting before and after I order. “I came in 22 July, just minutes before they closed. The staff made me two BEAUTIFUL salads, and made it clear I could have it my way. I asked for a few extra vegetables and they just threw them on, no questions asked. Even the gentleman moping the floor gave me a big welcome as I entered the store. All smiles with this crew, and it was clear I was gonna be happy whatever it took. GREAT service, outstanding attitude, very good food, 5/5 stars in my book! “I'm so glad there is still a Quiznos around, this one is a great, cheap lunch spot. Last time I got a "foot long" at Subway it was $18 for just the sandwich, and it was crap. Here it's $12, and I usually get the 8" which is $8, and it's delicious every time!“

“Had an absolutely fantastic Super Sub here at Jersey Mike's Subs.
The freshy slice meat cheese is always fresh and delicious.
The bread is always soft with a slight crusty outer texture which I love.
The one criticism is the employees need to pay attention a little bit better.
I always ask for my sub not to be cut into four pieces several times and they still cut it into four pieces.
It was still a fantastic sub.“

“Stopped into this location with an online order promotion for footlongs for $6.99, the food was great fresh and fast was ready when i arrived and the cashier was busy but didn't make me wait, he grabbed my sandwich while he was taking another customer order at the register loved that accommodation great job!!!!!

“I messed up and ordered a big party order for the wrong day. The store was really busy on a summer Saturday and the employees were amazing in accommodating my order for a quick turnaround round and took it all in stride. Thanks for the great service!“

“The process for new customers was very confusing. I had to wait several minutes for them to remake my sandwich. Register lady tried to help but was a bit embarrassing as 5 customers went ahead of me.
Next time I visited had a much better experience. Spoke with the manager who was kind and listened to my 2 cents worth. Love the sandwiches there. Gets real busy at lunch time understandably.

Parking: Short on spaces to park nearby.“

Parking: Free parking lot plus an outdoor cafeteria here with a roof over it for good cover if it rains. Picnic tables and a bike rack too for anyone riding by for a quick bite on a bike.“

“I'd never been here before, and one of their employees recommended a turkey club. It was seriously SO good. I'm so impressed. You could literally taste the smokey flavor in the turkey, and the sandwich overall was seriously delicious. I also had a strawberry smoothie that was way better than the usual ice and flavor combination you get at many other places. I will definitely be ordering here more. “My husband and I live right by this subway and have come well over 20 times. Came in tonight with an employee we’ve never seen before, his name was Trey I believe. Hands down the best subway employee we’ve ever come across. He looked fairly young and most young employees these days aren’t very welcoming or in high spirits. We should have said this to his face but figured I’d write a review since we didn’t.

“Stopped in and inquired with Heather about making subs for the Minnetonka U19 girls hockey team's bus trip to Madison. She recommended a variety of 45, 4", individually wrapped subs in a cooler on ice. The sandwiches were perfect for a group event. The kids and adults loved them! 5 stars to Heather and her team.“
