“I have been going to Bo Diddleys for over 30 years and Bo Diddleys subs are the best except for the fact that they switched to Miracle Whip from the traditional Mayo. I remember them trying this switch years ago and they did end up going back to Mayo. At least give us a choice between Miracle Whip and Mayo. Remainder of menu is great.“

Parking is sort of meh, with very little spots and not much room to back up if it gets full. The best sandwich fast food chain in Golden Valley for sure.“

“great sandwiched and even better service! I was in to the Chan location. a bit ago and there was a mix up in Sammie between myself and another customer. I did not realize this until after a 20min drive home. I called the store and they immediately knew what happened. offered to comp my next meal. well, today I had the time to go back and I no more than walk in the door and they knew who I was and comped my sandwich. no questions! top notch customer service! Cheers!“

This establishment is decent, not too dirty but not perfect either... food was good as always and place was busier! Service was good but honestly the people barley spoke and definitely no smiles... didn't seem too happy to be there... in general I live Quiznos, think they're overpriced and smaller than they used to be ... but it's a nice treat when I'm in the area!“

“Had a great experience at Firehouse Subs in Maple Grove. The staff was very friendly, the service was quick, and everyone had a great attitude. My order came out just how I wanted, and the whole visit was smooth and easy. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location!“

“Music is so loud that you cannot hear the staff and communication is non existent. I have had to send back every single hot sandwich i have ordered because they never ask about adding cold toppings. A certain manager on duty is very belligerent and rude (male, i did not get his name). The tables are never clean without being asked for them to clean them.
Updating my review. THEY CONTROL THE SOUND OF THE MUSIC NOW! It is wonderful! Take all my money now that I can tolerate being inside your business!“

“I had Potbelly deliver my turkey sandwich. I chose the wheat roll. Always toasted and crispy. Turkey with provolone, lettuce and onions, and I added bacon. Also mustard and mayo. Delicious. I love how customizable the sandwiches are. Great lunch spot for eat in or delivery!“

“It was a quarter to 9pm when we got there. 3 of us. The guy seemed like he was done with everything, I get it I would be too at the end of my shift and 3 come in for a footlong... But other than that shit was cool.. the sandwich seemed smaller then I remembered subways used to be, kinda saddened“
“Being my one Quiznos place closed down, I went to find other sub sandwich stores. Most are disappointing or average, but Jimmy Johns is quite good and love going there once a week.

“Have been here several times. Always clean, plenty of parking.
Today (4/9/26) only one person was working when we came in (5:30ish). A couple was waiting and we were in line.
The single working person did very well staying calm and managing multiple issues — the store was out of Parmesan, there were online orders, customers in real life, the waiting couple.
It quickly became apparent that the waiting couple had an online app order issue/complaint of some kind and the single employee was too new to know how to service the issue. The employee was calm and polite and apologetic, clearly trying hard. The couple did not seem to understand the response that this employee did not know how to process the app issue. The employee did reach out to an off-site supervisor who did call back. A second employee came in for their shift and also spoke to this couple.
No matter all of that, the original employee steadily worked and the store was calm and functioning. Employee reminded us of sub of the day, mentioned that avocado was extra, recommended that we get three cookies instead of two because it would be cheaper. They knew their stuff. Hats off to this person (Alexis) who did not get rattled or frustrated.
Food normal. No Parmesan, but really, who cares? That’s fine.“

“I love Potbelly! It always satisfies my hunger and it defies my expectations every time! The sandwiches are always cooked to perfection and the vegetables are healthy and perfect. I recommend coming here if you like warm sandwiches, quick food, and good service as I’ve always been extremely happy. Just be sure to check their hours as they have been frequently changed during the past 3 years.“

“My husband and I live right by this subway and have come well over 20 times. Came in tonight with an employee we’ve never seen before, his name was Trey I believe. Hands down the best subway employee we’ve ever come across. He looked fairly young and most young employees these days aren’t very welcoming or in high spirits. We should have said this to his face but figured I’d write a review since we didn’t.
Don’t ever quit Trey!
Also besides this great experience, our experience here is usually just fine but today exceeded our expectations.“

“I know, Subway. This place was clean and the service was excellent. Lady behind the counter was a machine, and she was working by herself. “I'd never been here before, and one of their employees recommended a turkey club. It was seriously SO good. I'm so impressed. You could literally taste the smokey flavor in the turkey, and the sandwich overall was seriously delicious. I also had a strawberry smoothie that was way better than the usual ice and flavor combination you get at many other places. I will definitely be ordering here more. SO glad I randomly decided to try it!“

“THIS LOCATION IS AMAZING! I work for an animal hospital, and worked a very long shift today. In this season of "COVID-19" we navigate a whole new world for our clients and their fur family members so sometimes by the end of the day we are emotionally done. Today was also the first day of "distance learning" for my 8th grader. After 3 phone calls that our internet has crashed, I told him to just take a break and I would pick up dinner. I pulled into this location, our neighborhood Jimmy's, looking at the clock it was exactly 6:58. The note on the door said they closed at 7pm. I was devastated. As I went to get back in my truck, I noticed the staff member unlock the door and allow me to order our dinner. That was a HUGE blessing for me. That was "essential" for me. Please give them all the praise the next time you go, they deserve it.“
