“A friend lives here, he recommended this place to me. Being from Texas, and reading reviews of this restaurant, I had to try it for myself and see how it compares back home. Rodrigo served us and was super sweet.
So far, the homemade sweet tea reminds me of Texas, so we're off to a great start!
Our appetizer came by, which we ordered the jumbo mushrooms with horseradish sauce. Very presentable with micro greens on the top, crispy and flavorful. Even the horseradish sauce added an extra layer of kick and flavor, and not too overpowering.
I ordered the Kansas City Combo with Beef Brisket, Smoked Sausage, fries and potato salad. My friend ordered the BlackBerry Salmon with fries.
The salmon was very flavorful, had a nice char on the bottom, and the sauce was smokey. The Kansas City Combo looked very presentable, slices of sausage and brisket arrayed like a charcuterie board. The sausage was smokey and had a lot of different flavors going on, however the brisket is a different story. The BBQ sauce adds flavor to the brisket, but without it, it can be tough to chew. This is my first time having sausage sliced this way, whereas I'm used to sausage LINKS. The potato salad was very good, along with the fries. Had a lot of flavor and didn't need ketchup
Overall, this was a very good experience, and if it ever in the area again, and am missing my hometown, I will come back.“

“Excellent food the meat was exceptionally seasoned and very tender I would rank there barbecue top notch I was truly impressed with the amazing flaver. the cracked pepper to season the meat is amazing its so good. im not a fan of the barbecue sauce but to me if the meat is tender seasoned well ya don't even need sauce this team has skills. The prices are fair and the food was arranged in the to go container so neat they took pride they were professional,kind we will be repeat customers“

“As a Gluten Free customer I want to highly recommend this restaurant. The waitress, Hailey was great! She got a special menu for me and made suggestions for GF food. I got the McCoy with pulled pork, GF bun and potato salad. The bun was amazing! The pulled pork delicious! I didn't care for the potato salad because it had a slight tang. Otherwise I can say this BBQ riveled ours in NC!!“

“We visited Meat Mitch back in December and unfortunately had a disappointing experience, which led me to leave a negative Google review at the time. Shortly afterward, manager Becca Stout personally reached out, apologized, and provided us with a gift card, inviting us to return and give them another chance. I’m very glad we did. Our recent visit was excellent — the food was delicious, the service was friendly and attentive, and the overall experience was outstanding. Becca’s professionalism and commitment to customer service truly made a difference, and we appreciate the effort the team made to turn things around. We look forward to coming back again.“

“Six of us had dinner here yesterday and we were too busy enjoying the food and company to take photos. We did the meal family style to taste different dishes. What we ordered (we are not big in to lot of meat); Appetizers: Rangoons, 2xTiger Cry Beef and Papaya salad Drinks: Bottle of wine and cocktails Main dishes: Drunk noodle, Crab fried rice, Burnt end red curry, Seafood curry (cannot recall name), White rice (came along) Dessert: Bread pudding with ice cream Everything was so delicious! Cannot wait to go back.“

“Been awhile since been back to BB'S. Used to be a monthly must stop back in tge day for the Blues a Q. Lindsay Shannon was the best!!New ownership and patio renovations wanted to go back to check it out. 3 headed out for lunch on a Thursday. WOW. 2 of us had The Daily Special Texas Sweet (Pulled Pork, Scimecas Italian Sausage, Onion Straws piked high on huge bun. 1 SIDE. I had some green beans son had some of the huge famous beer battered potato wedges. Hot, fresh, tasty for $11.99. Both of us took decent amount home as well. Been too long and we'll be headed back soon. Staff was amazing and accomodating!! Do yourself a favor and check out this longtime BBQ staple. Hat Tipped BB's...“

“Came for my son's request Birthday dinner. Felt rushed, server kept trying too remove my wife's plate even though she wasn't finished. Called at 12:30pm and asked for a table ahead of time was told that the person that took my call would speak with the manager on that shift and would take care of the table request. Even said the time we would be attending. Didn't get that table that was requested. I understand that it is a first come first service situation. But was not told that when I called. I can say I am never disappointed when we come here. But this time Didn't feel the same way as we usually just show up. Food was great and my son was not disappointed.“

“We stopped in during our trip to see family for the holidays. The food is AMAZING, the portions are huge, the prices are on par and the staff is incredibly friendly…great service all around! “Went in today and order some food. Service was good but the kitchen turned it out very slow. The one question our bad mark i can say is why don't they clear the table of old things. We had 6 cups, 4 small plates a appetizer plate on our table before our main course Evan came out. This is what cost a star. Just don't understand that...“

“They are rude and yell at you just because but dont let that freak you out Karen...If your from Texas chances are you not gonna like this joint. But you get so much for your money. This place contributes to the waistline of the locals. Some big people are in this fly-over town. The red bbq sauce SUCKS they would hang you in Texas for serving that mess. Overall they do a pretty good job!“

“We had a wonderful experience at LongHorn Steakhouse. From the moment we arrived, the service was friendly, attentive, and professional. Our server made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us regularly without being intrusive.
The food was excellent and arrived fresh, hot, and exactly as ordered. Every dish was flavorful, and the portions were generous. The restaurant was clean, welcoming, and had a great atmosphere for a relaxing meal.
Overall, we were very impressed with both the quality of the food and the outstanding customer service. It's clear that the staff takes pride in providing a great dining experience. “We were seated immediately. Our server, Heather S., was very attentive and kind. Our orders came out in a timely manner. The food was phenomenal! So good we forgot to even take any pictures of it. It was my daughter's graduation and she was very happy with this meal.“

“Found myself in Grandview working a service call on an extremely cold Saturday morning. After I got that furnace fixed I found this awesome spot for BBQ! Highly recommend making the time to stop in, ribs were perfect tender, pulled pork was delicious and not smothered in sauce, I love the beans again flavor of the ingredients not over powered by sauce. 💯“
