“Well established restaurant only open from 5-9 pm so get your reservations in or you will miss out on the quaint ambiance and phenomenal service that is a staple here. Salads are crisp and fresh and the bread is warm and tasty. Chicken Parmesan is a large portion and crisp, with a tangy sauce and plenty of cheese. Seafood linguini was good and filled with lots of seafood. Tiramisu was moist , flavorful and loved the addition of fresh fruit on top.“

Her recommendations were spot-on! What impressed us most was Simona's attention to detail. Our water glasses were always full, courses were timed perfectly. It's this level of thoughtful service that elevates a great meal into a truly memorable event. Simona went above and beyond to ensure we felt like VIPs. We can't recommend Il Bel Lago enough. “I arrived here around 2:50pm with my sons to grab some lunch. We are visiting STL from out of state. It wasn’t busy and we were the only ones there. I ordered around 3pm. We got the feliz navidad calzone, 5 piece pepperoni basil bites, and the taste two (calzone and buffalo chicken bites).

All the food came at 3:15pm. I was expecting the bites to come out first. This was the experience at a different location we tried 2 days prior.

Nonetheless, the food was just as delicious! It was made fresh. The mini is the perfect size. I got a regular size last time and I only ate half and took the other half home. My teen son (big appetite) couldn’t even finish the regular sized one. We ate at this establishment twice during our vacation, so that should tell you how good it was! If it was up to my teen, we would’ve eaten there a 3rd time! The food is great.

As a side note, After ordering and bringing the food, interaction with staff was very limited.“

“Late dinner - we were in the mood for something Italian - food is fabulous - we choose lasagna and risotto - both dishes were yummy and plenty left over for lunch tomorrow - FYI: Their salad are the best!! Kayla and the house staff were fabulous as well… we will be back soon…“

“Food is amazing, atmosphere is very nice, service staff are wonderful! Recommend the asparagus & prosciutto, pistachio goat cheese, bruschetta, their antipasti plates are all good! Also the house mixed greens is fresh and delicious, and they have amazing pastas and entrees. Our favorites are the Ragu alla Bolognese, fettuccine tres amici, tortellini with cream, the salmon is the best ever, and their steaks are fantastic. And you have to have an espresso martini. Definitely recommend. Sit on the patio if it’s nice out, it’s beautiful.“

“Robin and I ate here Friday night (5/3). We were immediately seated outdoors in the lovely courtyard, flanked by a large, ivy covered wall. Every bite we had from the salad, Brussels Sprouts, Burrata, Wild Mushroom Risotto, and their award winning Amaretto Pie was better than the last. “We were in St Peter’s Mo. and were going to go to Olive Garden for my Wife’s birthday, when I told our clerk at the hotel she said she would recommend the Pasta House over the Olive Garden. We went and had supper. Everything we had was great better than the other place. We took desert back to the room and it was great. I would recommend to anybody.“

“I used live in Mississippi and I would drive up from Mississippi just to get Faraci pizza and I liked all of their pizzas and salad. All of Faraci’s food on their menu was yummy. That I live in the lake of the Ozarks it’s a lot closer for me and I would drive up and order pizzas And bring them back. The Faraci special, the hamburger bacon, and the pepperoni and pineapple or my favorites but I will eat just about anything from that restaurant. Prices are reasonable and if you don’t think they are, that’s not faraci fault , that’s is JB fault.“

“When I walked in, I realized the place was packed, but we were hoping the wait wasn't too long, they quoted 45 minutes, which was a little too long for us. There was 5 of us and we decided to sit at the bar. And I'm sure glad we did. We had a bartender, I forgot her name, but she had purple hair, she was the absolute best. Not only did she make amazing drinks, she made sure our food came out right and hot. She also entertained us the whole time we were there, by engaging in conversations. You don't see that very much these days. If there was a word better than perfect, that's how I would describe it. I'll definitely be sitting at the bar more often.“

“Celebrated our grandson's 11th birthday at Bugatti's. Sarah (I believe I'm correct) was our main waitress. When she found out it was a child's birthday she came with balloons to put on the table to make it festive. She gave us (a party of 9) a great table kind of off by itself. The food was served hot and was very good. They had special child sized steaks with fries. The wait staff was very patient and attentive and made us feel welcome even though with three 11 year olds it got a little boisterous at times. We enjoyed our food and birthday gathering. “I had trouble ordering a gluten pizza on line. When I went in to order one, they were very helpful with the app. The gluten free crust is really good! Thingng is you can only order a small. Still delicious! The one drawback for me was it was a little salty. I don't normally eat alot of salt.“
