“The staff is so friendly and sweet! We felt so welcomed! We started out with ice cold Red Stripe beer (our favorite) from Jamaica. My husband ordered the special of the night, Oxtail, and I got the jerk chicken. Both were perfectly done, falling off the bone delicious! The sides were huge portions and also so delicious. We order beef patties to go, and ate them later, they were soooo good! Made me feel like we were in Jamaica! It wasn't busy so we got to meet the owner, super nice guy. I honestly couldn't believe the place wasn't packed! This place is a hidden gem in Leavenworth! The prices were reasonable, the food was perfection! We will definitely be back and will recommend this place to all of our friends!“

“An average place that does the job if you cant get down to the city. The burnt ends don’t have the bark, or the bite… it’s just brisket… the jumbo wings are average sized at best, tough skin from the smoking with a good range of sauces. Big price tag however for just ok wings. The ghost pepper sausage has a little spice, not enough to have ghost in the name. Had to get it in a taco for some reason but I think that improves it, on its own it was a little dry. Granted I went late afternoon but that shouldn’t degrade the quality of things that much. The service was great, very friendly. Free cookies were being handed out left and right due to the lack of brisket, turkey, sausage, aaaand the caramel drizzle cake. Overall it won’t wow you but it’s better than airport food.“

“We were there earlier this week. Split a brisket/pulled pork platter with mac/cheese and baked beans. Love the broccoli salad, but I will wait until next time we go. Enjoyed the food and the staff took good care of us.“

“My husband and I had the best experience at this restaurant. The food was good as always. During our meal my husband had to use the rest room. He has some dementia and can’t walk very well. Unfortunately we were sitting at a table which was on the complete opposite side of the restaurant from the rest room. The server noticed our dilemma and said she would guide him over to the restroom. She was back immediately. I said, “Oh, he won’t be able to find his way back to this table.” The server told me not to worry about it. The restaurant manager had taken him over and would wait and bring him back. That is undoubtedly the kindest thing that has ever happened to us in a restaurant. Thank you to the wonderful people at the RoanRidge Texas Roadhouse.“

“We reserved a larger table a Noah's Cupboard to celebrate my mother's 70th birthday. We chose a four-course meal with the chef ahead of time and the process was so smooth.When we arrived, we had the whole bottom level to ourselves! Our servers were very knowledgeable and personable. They were just the right level of attentive and friendly. They even filled us in on the history of the historic (and haunted!) building.The dinner itself was a phenomenal experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely some of the best we'd ever had. Each dish was hand crafted from scratch right before serving and everything was farm fresh and locally grown when possible.We started with the butternut squash soup with local apples, chai-spiced house made marshmallow, and toasted walnuts. Second course was the SUPER fresh bowtie pasta in bechamel sauce with pork sausage. Main course was the beef short ribs with potato gratin and carrot top pesto. Dessert was the AMAZING sticky toffee pudding with bourbon toffee sauce and the thickest, creamiest, homemade whipped cream ever.I could have died happy right then. Everything was absurdly good. I will be back, as soon as possible.“

“This place is unapologetically greasy, cheesy, and down right good. I understand why it has been around for so long. I loved my tacos and burger pocket. “Very loud restaurant, the food was decent but charging $6 for the same exact coffee you pay $2 for at any gas station is crazy. The prices here are not budget friendly...We ordered 2 coffees, 2 pancakes and an omelet and it came to $50... how? idk.“

“Our family loves getting pizza from here, even though it's cooked at home, the care, speed and friendliness of the people there are awesome! We sometimes have difficult orders (switching toppings because we don't eat pork/pork bi products) but they do a fantastic job making sure to get what we order, thank you for being so great! We will be back soon.Vegetarian options: They have many different pizzas, salads etc that are vegetarian or keto friendly. Doing better often to include different diets, food allergies etc. great job!“

“A great joint for pizza, sports, and friends. Minsky's has all the charm of a place run by people who love their restaurant and love their customers. The food is good with a wide variety of specialty pizza styles from California to Detroit to (unfortunately) St. Louis. The service is even better: quick from the kitchen with servers who are friendly and unafraid of sharing their opinion.“
