“Jim and the team there care, a rare commodity in this day and age. A friend of mine accidentally left behind his son’s teddy bear, 6 waitresses and Jim studied the picture and took down our numbers. Jim was in the back, one of the waitresses (wish I knew her name) said to hold on that Jim would want to be involved. Think about that, a waitress willingly involving a manager, and the manager CARED. 10/10 would recommend, good food, better people. I wish this business nothing but the best. 🙏“

“My husband and I had the best experience at this restaurant. The food was good as always. During our meal my husband had to use the rest room. He has some dementia and can’t walk very well. Unfortunately we were sitting at a table which was on the complete opposite side of the restaurant from the rest room. The server noticed our dilemma and said she would guide him over to the restroom. She was back immediately. I said, “Oh, he won’t be able to find his way back to this table.” The server told me not to worry about it. The restaurant manager had taken him over and would wait and bring him back. “Truly the most exceptional customer service I have ever encountered. I recently purchased a bottle of wine from them. The cork shattered when I attempted to open the bottle. I took the bottle back to the winery. They replace it with a comparable bottle. Then one of the employees opened the bottle. I offered to return the replacement bottle they said no they had agreed to replace the bottle. Blew my mind. I always loved this winery now I love it even more. Such wonderful people.“

“My Husband and I had Hannah and company help with our wedding that took place at the Lux. Hannah made our food and cake/ cupcakes for our big day. Everything went perfectly and she planned our wedding perfectly. On top of that, everyone was kind and professional. Every time we are down in Weston, we stop in for a wine flight and to see what goodies are paired with each wine. We did participate in a murder mystery event the last time we were down and it was so much fun!“

“Pirtle Winery is the real deal. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance pulled us in completely. The space is immaculate, the atmosphere warm, and everything about it feels like exactly where you want to spend an afternoon.

Our server Ava was an absolute gem. Attentive without being overbearing, genuinely friendly, and honestly just a delight to have taking care of us. She made the whole experience feel personal.

Now, the food. We started with the Brie starter, which was outstanding. Perfectly paired, beautifully presented, and gone way too fast. The panini was equally impressive, and the Fraser salad was fresh and flavorful in all the right ways. This is not your typical winery snack fare. The kitchen is putting in real work.

And the ice cream? Do not skip the ice cream. I cannot stress this enough.
The wine speaks for itself, but the full package here is what sets Pirtle apart. Great food, great service, beautiful setting, and a staff that clearly takes pride in the experience they deliver.

“My wife and I stopped in for the first time in a few years. We were seated after a bit of a wait. It is after all a Friday night in a shopping district. Our server was bright and cheery. She had a warming smile and happy persona. we placed our drink order. Shortly thereafter our food order was taken. I ordered a flat iron steak and a baker. My wife ordered soup and salad. Our dinner was served fairly quickly. Unfortunately my steak was quite a bit overcooked, so I requested one that wasn't over done. When the replacement steak was delivered, it was a bit overdone as well. I was hungry so I kept it. The manager came by to talk to us. I've spent time in a kitchen or two and I understand a dinner rush. The manager stopped at our table and wanted to assure us that this was not acceptable. She made things right, but wasn't needed or expected. I felt bad for our server because she probably feared she wasn't going to get tipped for a fairly big check. She was pretty wrong. I tipped correctly and arguably better than normal. Our return visit ended up being a great experience. We met a couple of wonderful human beings. Had some pretty good food. And, of course, my wife and I got to connect.“
