“This restaurant is fantastic on every count: high quality ingredients, healthy (no guilt) eating and positively delicious food. Love the soup and salad which puts the whole dining experience on a higher level. This food makes tummies happy. It is true comfort food. Atmosphere is nice, but carryout works well too. Portion sizes are generous. I love opening my refrigerator and seeing great meals made by the chef at this great restaurant. They will make any house feel like a home. I am so glad we found this place!!“

“waited 15 minutes after being seated while wait staff just ignored us. we finally asked the hostess if we could place our order. a waiter came out finally, no apology for our wait. we placed.our order the he never came back. we waited 15 minutes after ordering and never got our beverages. it wasn't super crowded, only the patio was full. it's a shame because they do have good food but I will not be returning. Do not recommend if you ever want to eat. I have never walked out of a restaurant like that in my 42 years. it was terrible“

“Came in exspecting hot just fine on some chicken fish gyros salad with the Chicago flavor maybe,since I am from Chicago,not only did Malik and family match the Chicago flavor swag.they made me feel like a family member coming over to have a family meal. “We went there as out of towners from Indiana. We had the strip steak sandwich, with waffle fries . It was Great! Nice atmosphere , the food was really good. It was a full house , our waitress Grace was busting butt and still gave us great service. The staff was really nice. We asked for a table , then changed our minds and wanted a booth instead, and the staff still was really nice about it. I give 5 stars.“

Monday karaoke is always a good time, and the crowd is always supportive no matter the song or the singer. All the other days are full of good drinks and good laughs. “I have curiously wanted to try the Pointesaurus 28” pizza for a couple of decades. Its a novelty, but it completely delivered. I came here for good pizza and a great experience. The crew: Jarrod/Jared, Dan, and a third man I did not catch the name of were very helpful and sweet to me and my family. They took their time, and indulged our questions. My young kids were flabbergasted at the size and the competition aspect of people eating it. The staff went above and beyond, even finding Pointer’s Pizza balloons, tiny blue dinosaurs for them, and searching to find the right size t-shirt for me to take back home as a souvenir.

If you read negative reviews, remember, those people may be searching the country for ⭐️ ⭐️ and ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Michelin restaurants. The food was great, the staff were excellent. I only took a star away for atmosphere, to let people know I not a doe-eyed moron, the place only has 3 high tops with a couple chairs each, so it doesn’t fit dine-in, save for small parties like us. Again, great fresh pizza.“

“We come here once a month & have always had great food & service. Today we had a horrendous experience with an employee! My boyfriend found a hair underneath his chicken & fries, he took it up to the counter & told the guy working the front counter. His response was, "What do you want me to do about it, I'm not the cook!!!!" We then asked him his name & for the manager, but he refused to give us his name or the manager. He proceeded to "mother f***" us even. Then starts in on another customer. I could not believe he treated us that way! He wouldn't give us his name so I took a photo of him. Completely disrespectful & Canes needs to get rid of any employee that treats their customers like that when the customer has a valid complaint like we did. We did call corporate so they will be looking into it. Shame on that kid!!!!“

“The fish and fries were really good, but the gyro salad wasn't very good at all. It has just plain ice berg with raw green peppers and tomato slices with meat (not sure what type of meat it was). Everything was in huge pieces which is hard to cut up with a plastic knife. The lettuce included a lot of the center which was quite bitter. I'm not sure what the dressing was, but I had a couple of other people try it and it was not edible. I would eat there again, but I wouldn't get a salad for sure.“
