“I came in for some wings and was made aware they didn’t do tap to pay unfortunately at the time that’s all I had as an option since I’m waiting on my replacement card from my bank && they went above and beyond they paid for my whole order and to top it off it’s my birthday !!! It was my first time trying the food at this food trailer located in a parking lot at a busy intersection. My mom told me about it and she wanted me to try it.

It was raining the evening we went. After initially ordering the rice and falafel, I sat in the vehicle and waited for our food to be prepared. A few minutes into waiting, I decided I’d rather try both the falafel and chicken, and went to ask if they would accommodate a half & half plate instead. (There was a nice amount of people waiting at the time, both at the trailer and inside their vehicles).

The overweight guy, with the receding hairline immediately says“ it’s already done.” ONLY because he wasn’t willing to make accommodations to me. Which was a big FAT LIE. The other guy quickly intervened, asked for my request, and said he would do it, no problem! Thank you to that guy!!

I’m glad that he did honor my request, because I did not enjoy the falafel and would not order it again. Let’s just say, I’ve had better. But, the food was fresh, made to order, so you can’t beat that. The pricing was fair too.

I also own/operate a QSR. It’s never an issue making special request for people, because the likelihood of me going out of my way far outweighs any possible negative feedback. Bottomline, take care of your customers, and they just may become repeat customers to keep you afloat!“

“Well done! This was my first visit to a Culver's restaurant. I was impressed. The food was fresh and hot. I requested extra-crispy fries and that's exactly what I got.

The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. And best of all, all of the employees were very polite and friendly. A rare thing to find a fast food restaurant. Keep up the good work!“

“Yes we definitely recommend Lee's Hoagie House in Charlotte. Always consistent with their food. We drive from Chester County for their Philly Steak and the Fries are always hot and crispy. “Food was a absolute 10 out of 10! Hot fresh, made right then and there. Wait wasn't long at all! Highly recommend! But....the area it's in scared the lady I was with lol. The men shooting dice in the parking lot, smoking, drinking and wearing ski mask didn't help. Think of it as a waffle house after the club, spectacular food but the atmosphere is....you get it lol. Im from the area so it doesn't bother me, but for those from better areas like her? Just go through the drive through lol.“

Theirs are hard and not ripe!) The roast beef was moist and meaty tasting (not the case at JJ. Theirs is slightly dry!) And the tuna!!!!! Yummy fresh. I will order again for sure.“
