“I am not spot on where this Subway is located I was leaving High Point headed back to Greensboro therefore somewhere in between!
The sandwich maker/cashier was patient and polite to have been the only employee there. You can see that she got overwhelmed at moments but she did not become frustrated or aggravated throughout the transaction, she did well. I wish I remembered her name. Good job
As far as the food it was also fresh nothing looked old or in temperature danger zone. She did very well to be alone on all levels“

It definitely takes a while to get through the drive thru. However, even though it can be slow, the people are still very lovely and patient and the food quality is great. “Grill Cheese sandwich- $4.50 White sandwich bag- .45 cents. Tax- .35 cents = One grill cheese sandwich to go- $5.30. Or make 10 at home for $4.50 and save the bag and tax. I had a filet-o-fish two days ago that I swear they must have reheated that square piece of fish at least 3 times. The corners were hard as a rock! My fries were a cold, soggy mess. We only live 5 minutes from the store so my takeout order should not have been that cold, that fast. My husband's burger was not made like it was ordered on the app. I ordered four of the strawberry/cream cheese pies. We got two. They had the top of the bag folded down and stapled shut! That was a new experience there and I hope it's not a sign of new times. We're going to the new Cookout for our next burger meals!“

I’ve been here quite a few times, and have only had one issue with a coupon not working, which they swiftly and courteously handled for us. “Overall, this is one of my favorite McDonald’s locations. The drive-thru is usually very fast, the food is consistently fresh, and the accuracy of my orders has been excellent. Out of the hundreds of times I’ve visited, I can only remember one minor mistake, which speaks highly of the team’s consistency.

The only reason I’m not giving a perfect experience is that, on some late-night visits, the greeting at the drive-thru speaker can come across as annoyed or impatient. It may not be intentional, but the tone sometimes makes it feel like customers are inconveniencing the employee. Once I get to the window, however, the staff have always been polite and professional.

Aside from that small issue, this location is well-run and dependable. The speed, food quality, and order accuracy keep me coming back, and I would definitely recommend it.“

I don’t know her personally, but I called to ask about placing my order online and then calling back to make sure everything was prepared exactly the way I wanted it. NIYA answered the phone and was so kind and patient with my questions. After I placed my order, I called back to double-check a few details, and when I tell you she WOWED me, I truly mean it.

She made my order perfectly, exactly how I asked, and even went above and beyond. NIYA included a special handwritten note that touched my heart so much, I drove back to the store the next day just to speak with the manager in person and let them know how much she exceeded my expectations.

I eat out often, but I have never experienced someone being so genuinely nice, accommodating, and warm. It honestly felt like she put love into making my order.
