“We have been driving ALL DAY and saw the sign for Five Guys and were starvin' Marvin' hungry... Went in 20 minutes before closing. Asked the cook if we would be hindering their closing and he smiled real big and welconed us in and said it would be no problem. Same with the young man who was busy cleaning up for the night. The cook recommended the patty melt and it was marvelous! Fries awesome as always. Great job, fellas! If we had a restaurant, we'd want y'all working with us, no doubt! “I visited CFA in Garner this week. I was truly amazed by the customer service. Ka-shi took my order and was very pleasant. On the way to the pick up window, I remembered that I forgot to replace the fries with the Mac and asked Asia ( I believe this was her name) if she could replace it. She responded with a smile and said she would take care of it! There was another young lady working along side Asia. All of a sudden (((HUNTER))) asked Asia to confiscate the kids fries…. I have never in all my visits to CFA had an employee to ask for the food to be returned…or passed back through the drive through window. I found that awkward. As I mentioned the young ladies appeared to enjoy their job! All of a sudden ((HUNTER)) demanded the third young lady to come to the office. ((HUNTER)) did not appear to bubbly, in fact she never had a smile on her face and just looked as if she was irritated with the young lady. I didn’t appreciate ((HUNTER)) treating that employee with no respect in-front of a customer. The employee didn’t waste anytime following a DEMAND. ((HUNTER )) work on your customer service and people skills. Parents check on ur children! Let’s not use authority to intimidate these young ladies!!!! Please feel free to inbox me if need be. And I forgot to add - While ((HUNTER)) was busy being rude! She forgot by daughter’s sauce for her nuggets!“

“I got a CookOut style cheeseburger with fries and onion rings-all hot, fresh, and tasty. Also, a Butterfinger milkshake which was full of chocolate and crushed up Butterfinger-excellent. Service was quick and cashier at the walkup was very friendly. This is a driveup or walkup and take food back to your car place, not a sit in restaurant, though there are about 5 outside tables you can use on nice days.“

“I walked over while my truck was being unloaded next door and the manager was kind enough to let me wait inside for my mobile pickup order before the lobby opened... Great Customer Service on top of freshly made Pico & Guac... I definitely recommend...“

“Been one of my go to spots for years especially when I'm on the road. The coffee is always great, sandwiches are great with fresh bread, services are great. Much to choose from besides getting gas which tries to stay below other competitors. All I want is one or two Wawa's in Johnston County NC near Clayton and Smithfield.“

“This location isnt bad, its just almost any night at 10 to 1 its busier than the gates of heaven, staff do their best but when a concert comes through its like a total traffic meltdown with sheetz and cookout traffic. But its cookout so that good drunk nights and simple meal days it will do the trick. Just be prepared to go a little stir crazy during weekends and concert days cause lord knows i done held my shouts at people blocking both lanes.“

“The food is outstanding. Such a good pizza. Everybody should try this place. Staff seemed a little unhelpful when it came to me asking questions. They could have been training so I'm not trying to down them. It was also lunch time so they could have been busy. But the food was so amazing I have to leave a five-star review. The inside has plenty of seeding for the space provided. Maybe about 10 tables. I would definitely come back here for how good the food was.“

Very patient and answered all of my questions with a smile and assembled the subs well. This is a very clean establishment, friendly service. I even forgot my sauces and she ran out to bring them! I will be back for sure!“

“My meal totaled $29.00 for 10 Chicken fingers, regular fries, large sweet tea and an order of cheesecake bites. The chicken, fries, tea were delicous but I was upset when I went to get my cheesecake bites only to find out that they forgot to put the strawberry sauce in the bag. I do NOT want to go back out just to get the sauce. SMH!!!“
