“Only losing a star because of my experience today. I just walked in after placing a pick up order, one of the people in line asks me “Are you Harmony”? I say “Yes”, she responds “Okay they just called you!” I’m thinking okay great I am glad my order is ready quick because I just clicked “I’m Here” on the app. Not thinking it’s a issue. Until one of the workers says in an annoyed tone “I called your name like 3 times!” Well okay! I wasn’t here to hear them any of the three times smh. The cake was still bomb tho!”

I called the Bridford location in error. I got Anthony, the manager on the phone. He was very polite and understanding and offered to make my daughter's order. This is amazing customer service! We won't be going back to the Kernersville location. They need a class in customer service. Niceness and making it right speaks volume.

My husband knew what I had a taste for. He called and the call was answered. 🙌🏽 The squash casserole is perfection and the chicken and mushroom is an added bonus. 💥.The squash is Not oily nor mushy. We need a whole pan. 😊 The casserole is purrrrrfectly seasoned. 12 out of 10 ~ The only thing that is needed is a 🍴 fork. New customer here. Definitely recommended if your looking for a great squash casserole.”

“We just had such a wonderful experience at Waffle House! 10 New Yorkers who are stranded here in the snow showed up at once, ordered tons of food, and were met with the warmest smiles and hospitality, plus quickly delivered, absolutely delicious, reasonably priced food! The smothered hash browns and the waffles with various fillings and toppings will always be part of our sweet memory of a snowy swim meet weekend trip in January of 2022!”

“When I arrived here around 6 something am, no one came out to greet me. A young lady by the name of Ameris I believe came in shortly after. She greeted me as she came in the door. When she returned from the back, she asked me did anyone come out to help me. I said no. She took my order and another customers order. She cooked and gave us our order to go. She apologized for the wait and thanked me for my service. Kudos to that lady! Shame Shame for whomever didn't come out to help Waffle House Customers! Also the facility was a mess, and the restroom was very disgusting!”

“I had a great experience at this McDonald’s today around 12 PM. I got my food quickly, and the guy at the front was really on task—he was making sure orders were going out promptly and checking in with customers to see if they’d been helped.
There’s plenty of space to sit inside, and I noticed they really keep up with cleanliness. The drink station looked clean and organized, which isn’t always the case at other locations.
I also used the $6 app deal (Big Mac, fries, and a Coke), and it was a great value. Solid experience overall—I’d definitely come back to this location.”

AND THEN I got the perfect bite with a salt flake that brightened the cookie even further. So unbelievably happy and utterly disappointed I have to wait until Thursday until they open again. “Steel Hands Brewery is the BEST! Great food and drinks but most important - great people! Our family recently held a fundraiser/ awareness event at the GAC called Plunge for Elodie in honor of our grandson Brooks. This Plunge raised money for research into finding a treatment/ cure for a rare disease called Epidermolysis Bullosa. About 40 people came to Steel Hands Brewery afterwards to enjoy delicious pizza. Royal and Thomas were great!! They featured a “Plunge Pilsner” and donated a dollar from every beer sale to our donation goal and put us OVER OUR GOAL!! Thank you!”

However tonight's experience was unfortunate and I want to share this story in hopes that this doesnt happen to another patron and doesn't cascade into similar experiences ruining the reputation of the host (Joymongers). I hope the owners part ways with the bandito burrito food truck. I was trying to order while standing in rain this evening and was completely ignored. Awkwardly I tapped on the glass... twice... to ask if they were closed for the evening. The women in the window stared right through me and just carried on talking to the cook. Never felt so invisible. Digging through Reviews, I believe this might be the same women from the negative reviews at the bodega location.
I really enjoy the existence of Joymongers in our city. I wrote this review in hopes that something like this doesn't stain the experience of others here.”

“Everything was great except the bill. Received two copies in your little folder. One for guest and one for restaurant. Neither one had a breakdown of charges. Are you hiding something? Each and every time a guest receives the bill, it should have a complete breaking down of all charges. Plus, once again, and it's happened 8 out of 10 visits, we are seated in the back at the smallest table in the restaurant. When we asked last night if we could move, since there were 2 larger tables already available, we were told no unless we went back through to wait line. This is not right. That little table isn't large enough for one person let alone two.”

The service and hospitality was very nice and the food was amazing. You gotta get the jerk chicken and Philly cheese steak egg rolls to start. You also gotta try the uptown henny lemonade they have 4 different flavors to choose. The lamb chops are very small and wont fill you up but very flavorful. The bourbon salmon was amazing as well as the beef flank. The gratuity is already added into your check which was unusual but whatever my bill was $240 minus the gratuity but the server was patient and friendly. Ill definitely be back for this good food on my next visit.”

Only complaint is the wild Alaskan smoked salmon Benedict. My boyfriend wanted to be healthier today and ordered it. It was terrible and he couldn’t stomach it. :( We assumed it was be smoked salmon slices which is very common, but we think this was definitely from a can. English muffin wasn’t toasted either. We didn’t want to make a huge issue of it, but I did let our waitress know that we really didn’t like it and if it was possible to just charge us for the hashbrowns he did eat. She was really nice and said of course. They took it off the bill which I really appreciate.
