Was told they were out and I simply asked why did it let me order on the app. Instead of being nice, he just kept saying smart stuff so I asked for a refund bc he told me it would be a hour until they made more. In order to get a refund he had to call the store manager so I stepped off to the side while he called. Came back and said the manager would call me when it’s done so I asked should I wait then. In a snarky tone He was like if you want but it will be 30 minutes bc he is running a business. With that and all the other smart stuff he was saying, I went off bc you’re not about to keep speaking to me any type of way when I’ve been nothing but nice. He finally went to the back and got someone with sense to come speak to me. Alana was very apologetic and got me right. The gentleman should have been apologizing as well. He needs more training on customer service and I can only imagine how many other people he’s smart with. That was my first time coming to this location as I just moved to the area and I won’t be back.”

I called the Bridford location in error. I got Anthony, the manager on the phone. He was very polite and understanding and offered to make my daughter's order. This is amazing customer service! We won't be going back to the Kernersville location. They need a class in customer service. Niceness and making it right speaks volume.

“I’ve been enjoying Village Tavern for over 25 years—whether celebrating with friends and family or simply stopping in for a casual meal. It’s one of those rare places where I know I can always count on a consistently great meal and warm, attentive service.

There’s truly not a bad seat in the house. The indoor dining area is cozy and welcoming, and I especially love the outdoor patio when the weather’s nice. The large bar inside is perfect for socializing or networking, with a lively yet comfortable atmosphere. It’s a spot that’s friendly to both families and singles, and the staff always makes everyone feel at home.

Some of my favorites include the fish tacos, meatloaf, and carrot cake—each one consistently delicious and satisfying. The restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and offers plenty of parking, which makes every visit easy and enjoyable.

Village Tavern has been part of so many memories over the years, and I’m grateful it continues to be a place I can return to with confidence and joy.”

My husband knew what I had a taste for. He called and the call was answered. 🙌🏽 The squash casserole is perfection and the chicken and mushroom is an added bonus. 💥.The squash is Not oily nor mushy. We need a whole pan. 😊 The casserole is purrrrrfectly seasoned. 12 out of 10 ~ The only thing that is needed is a 🍴 fork. New customer here. Definitely recommended if your looking for a great squash casserole.”

Omelets not on menu so she brought us a big sheet with everything on it. I chose a fiesta omelet with hash browns crisp and it was served hot! Seemed like a happy place ❤️”

“We just had such a wonderful experience at Waffle House! 10 New Yorkers who are stranded here in the snow showed up at once, ordered tons of food, and were met with the warmest smiles and hospitality, plus quickly delivered, absolutely delicious, reasonably priced food! The smothered hash browns and the waffles with various fillings and toppings will always be part of our sweet memory of a snowy swim meet weekend trip in January of 2022!”

“We decided to do the drive thru, that was the worst decision. We ordered our food. It took approximately 22 minutes to get 4 combos. This was our first time there, well first time at Whataburger ever. I think that 22mins for 4 combos is really to much for what should be a fast food drive thru. The burgers were okay. My bread was soggy, however the other burgers were okay. The fries not anything to write home about.
The onion rings on the other hand were absolutely delicious, made just perfect, the flavor was outstanding.
Over all I will give them a 5. Soggy burger buns no bueno!”

“I had a great experience at this McDonald’s today around 12 PM. I got my food quickly, and the guy at the front was really on task—he was making sure orders were going out promptly and checking in with customers to see if they’d been helped.

There’s plenty of space to sit inside, and I noticed they really keep up with cleanliness. The drink station looked clean and organized, which isn’t always the case at other locations.

I also used the $6 app deal (Big Mac, fries, and a Coke), and it was a great value. Solid experience overall—I’d definitely come back to this location.”
