“Chick-Fil-A is one of the last remaining places in the fast food business to not incorporate A.I into their service process, they also are one of the only fast food establishments to hold their employees to a respectful standard. THIS particular Chick-Fil-A… gave me the best experience from a fast food establishment in my 15 years of experience. Michelin star worthy off of service alone.“

“Well after my last visit to Macdonalds in monroe on 74 to bring me grandchildren to the playground which turned out to be a nightmare filthy dirty. I thought I would try Chick-fil-A in monroe on 74 what a difference clean good atmosphere the manager ever came to our table and filled our drinks there's a girl is on the floor constantly cleaning tables the manager even swept up, now I know where I'm going to bring my grandchildren for dinner and playground.

“My service face to face was fantastic, server really seemed happy to assist me. However, being a drive through customer, once I arrived home I was missing items from my order. It sucks, they are expensive and usually means someone is left without meal. Seems to happen often here.“

“This location is in the Whole Foods Plaza on Providence Rd. I ordered through the drive through, but our food was not ready when we got to the window, but our drinks were. We were instructed to park in a pick up spot with our hazard lights on and someone would bring out the food. We waited about 5 minutes. The food was good, but they only gave us 4 sauces for 3 orders of chicken minis, we had 10 count and 2 4 count. I asked for a frosted coffee but was g8ven an ice coffee. I went inside and they gave me the right drink. Prices were reasonable, considering the cost of everything is going up.“

“Outstanding service as always. My son has food allergies and the staff always goes above and beyond to accommodate our needs by changing gloves, using a new sauce and spoon and making his pizza the safest way possible. Couldn’t ask for any better service!“

“This is a fantastic restaurant, but what makes it great is it has a drive-through fast and efficient. You can have your food home and eat it hot,no trouble ! no matter how long the line is it moves fast. “This is one of the best pizza guys in the area. We drive past 2 others that are closer to go to this one. The pizza has sauce on it like it's supposed to, the orders are always 100% correct and the staff is amazing. Highly recommended.“

“I had a coupon for two for $7 gyros. I got two Greek style gyros and they were delicious. Loaded with meat, the right amount of tzaziki sauce, lettuce, tomato on a soft pita. Chefs kiss. I'm not a big fan of the roast beef sandwiches but I don't particularly like roast beef so thats not surprising. However, the french dip and the greek gyros are worth the visit. I'll be back to use a similar coupon on the French Dip sandwiches.“

“This was hands down the best fast-food experience I’ve had in a long time.
Shake Shack is usually a quick order, eat, and go kind of place, but this location felt more like a high-end restaurant. The staff didn’t just stay behind the counter. They walked around, checked on tables, asked if we needed anything.
That kind of attention says a lot about whoever’s running this place. You could tell the team actually cared. Food was great as always, but the service is what stood out.

“My family and I love having Jersey Mike’s close by in Waxhaw now. The staff is always very friendly and the store is always clean. I do have to say that dependent on who is cutting the the deli meat at the time you order your sandwich, you may have a normal amount of meat or hardly any. I know at some locations they weigh it to make sure it’s the correct amount. I wish they’d do this every time. I just have a hard time justifying paying almost $16 for a Giant Sub with such little meat on it. If they could improve this area then they’d for sure be 5 stars in my opinion! And yes, if I’m there and ordering in person then I make sure there is enough on the sandwich or ask them to weigh it. 😊 Pictured below are 2 of our sandwiches from tonight (my husband went and wasn’t paying attention at the amount of meat being put on the sandwiches). One was a Turkey and the other an Italian.“

“I live a mile away from this McDonald's location so I'm here all the time..... I'm really hoping that this review reaches whoever manages Miss f a y...... she was extremely sweet to me and help me with what I needed. I've actually got excellent service from her before. There are literally three or four employees here other than Miss Faye that are just kind as sweet as can be. This is without a doubt my favorite location of McDonald's to go to. They never mess up my frappe! You guys all take care and God bless“

“Had a new driver forget to grab our drink on the way out the door, the GM personally brought it to our house as soon as I let them know (literally within 10 minutes of hanging up the phone he was on our doorstep and we live on the opposite side of 74). You don’t see service like that anymore. Highly recommend this location.“

“Subway's the best I've eaten it a lot of places that make the subs. I have to go back to Subway. It's really great but I guess it's to each its own really. But I love them and they're very nice and they're very accommodating“
