“I've ordered from this location several times over the years. A few times I thought the burgers were too salty, or the portion wasn't worth the price, but the friendliness and professionalism of the staff was never an issue. About a week ago I noticed the Korean chicken sandwich wasn't available. I checked online one morning and noticed it was in stock, so I placed an online order. Turns out they were still out of stock when I came to pick up my order (order placed before they opened). That day Eli was working the grill and was very helpful. Keith came over to apologize and fix the situation. I'm no one special, but that's not how Keith made me feel. Today I ordered the sandwich again and McKenzie was working the register. I saw how friendly and professional she was, which I believe to be a direct reflection of Keith's professionalism. I managed bars and restaurants for nearly 30yrs, so it's refreshing to see customer service still being given at the level I was trained to give. Keith is a great example of positive leadership, and I'm sure Eli, McKenzie and the rest of the staff are better because of Keith.“

“My family and I love having Jersey Mike’s close by in Waxhaw now. The staff is always very friendly and the store is always clean. I do have to say that dependent on who is cutting the the deli meat at the time you order your sandwich, you may have a normal amount of meat or hardly any. I know at some locations they weigh it to make sure it’s the correct amount. I wish they’d do this every time. I just have a hard time justifying paying almost $16 for a Giant Sub with such little meat on it. If they could improve this area then they’d for sure be 5 stars in my opinion! And yes, if I’m there and ordering in person then I make sure there is enough on the sandwich or ask them to weigh it. 😊 Pictured below are 2 of our sandwiches from tonight (my husband went and wasn’t paying attention at the amount of meat being put on the sandwiches). “I had a coupon for two for $7 gyros. I got two Greek style gyros and they were delicious. Loaded with meat, the right amount of tzaziki sauce, lettuce, tomato on a soft pita. Chefs kiss. I'm not a big fan of the roast beef sandwiches but I don't particularly like roast beef so thats not surprising. However, the french dip and the greek gyros are worth the visit. I'll be back to use a similar coupon on the French Dip sandwiches.“

“Came back from the park to get Jersey Mike's for lunch with my son, friendly staff excellent food we got a mini 13 using my shore points by entering my number and it was filling and flavor was perfect made Mike's way few additional condiments. Seating by the window with a high chair was great and my son enjoyed the environment and felt safe which is a major bonus for me.“

My family loves firehouse subs and always will choose to eat here over basically any other restaurant. The current management and employees are doing doing a wonderful job. “I recently had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Domino’s Pizza on 1310-H Wesley Chapel Rd in Indian Trail, NC (often referred to as the Sun Valley location), and I can’t say enough good things about it! My pizza was hot, fresh, and loaded with toppings—exactly what you want from a Domino’s order.

What truly made this experience stand out, though, was the manager, Sam. He went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. His genuine care for customers was evident, and it’s clear he’s doing an amazing job running this location. Sam’s efforts put a huge smile on my face, and I could tell he takes pride in making every order special.

Sam’s communication and customer-first attitude at this Wesley Chapel Rd store really makes it a cut above the rest!
