“My husband and I were looking for a local place to have lunch.. he wanted a burger and I wanted seafood. Dune Street was the perfect spot to get something we both wanted. Our service was great, the food was delicious, and we were really happy with our dining choice! We will definitely be back next time we visit the area!”

“Went over to the pizza shop right beside this place which by the way the pizza is excellent!! Different review though... Heard the barker calling us to the bar to try a beer, usually I am not one at all for craft beers but gave him a shot. I ordered a sample of the kill devil scotch ale and was truly blown away!!! It was unlike any craft beer I have ever had and I am now searching to find where I can buy some for home!!!
Atmosphere was a nice little hole in the wall with a little bar and a good few taps of beer. You can sit inside or take your beer out on the deck to enjoy the beautiful view.
The taste of the beer was fantastic. Had a bit of a strong backing like scotch does but some earthy chocolate notes by me. I would love to try their other beers so I am searching for them online as I write this!!!

“Fantastic Birthday Dinner! Took my husband out for his birthday dinner and we had an amazing experience. He ordered the Red Drum special and I had the Tuna Steak, hands down the best tuna I’ve had on the beach! It was a super thick cut, perfectly cooked, and seasoned just right. We started with the hush puppies, which came out piping hot and were served with delicious honey butter, such a treat! For dessert, my husband had the lemon pie and I had the banana pudding. Both were the perfect sweet finish to a great meal. The atmosphere was casual and welcoming, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy. We’ll definitely be back!”

“Today I ordered a beer, was handed the beer for which I paid $5 which I had in my pocket. however while I was getting my wallet out of my bag, to get more money for a tip, apparently not fast enough, cause he quickly and loudly commented, "thanks I'll try not to spend the tip all at once. i was dumbfounded!! i wasnt even given the chance to tip. which I did... a $1. told him not to spend it all in one place. Despite this, other staff was great as was the food.”

“South Beach Grill is a staple during our annual OBX vacation. We order from there 2-3 times during the week. They are fast, friendly, and ordering is easy online. Dinner for our group of 9 was ready for pick-up in less than 20 minutes. Everyone has tried multiple things from the menu and everyone was extremely pleased with everything they’ve tried. My favorites are the southwest wrap, burgers, and Buffalo chicken Philly. Their fries are delicious… especially with their fry sauce or BBQ ranch. South Beach Grill is a must have on your OBX vacation!”

“The salads are fresh, my gluten free pizza was perfectly baked, and my husband enjoyed his regular pizza. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our new "go-to" for pizza when we're in Nags Head. And the positive messages written inside our pizza boxes made us smile. 😊”

Don't forget to leave a donation on the wall, ceiling or anywhere as it's for a great cause. Friendly staff when we attended and very helpful. Very organized layout as well. “Stopped for the ice cream fell in love with the cookies. The ice cream is from a NC creamery and I recommend the Lemon Crunch 🍋 But the cookies are a blessing for your taste buds. I got the coconut cookie and my husband raved about the white chocolate macadamia. I wish we had tried this sooner... but it's 10 miles down the beach 😆”

“I cannot emphasize enough how fabulous our wedding cake was!!! Absolutely gorgeous (beach themed), and the taste was out of this world!!!! (almond cake with almond buttercream frosting) Every one of us agreed that it was the moistest and most flavorful cakes we have EVER had!!! (Tongues were beating our brains out, seriously!) 😋To top it off, we were still eating the cake a week later, and it was still as soft and yummy as the first night that we cut it. If you want a cake that will blow your mind and tastebuds, look no further!!! Melinda will take care of you!!! 🥰”

“Out of all the great places my husband and I visited, this place was a must go to! We visited this place for their amazing shave ice TWICE. It would have been three times, but their customer lines can be very long. Can you blame them?!? The shave ice, no matter the flavor, captures the juice liquid so well, it melts in your mouth and is not overbearing. You don't even get brainfreeze! The ice is truly shaved. Not chunky or snowballed at all. Two thumbs up! We will visit this place AGAIN and AGAIN next year.”

“I had a wonderful omelette made with fresh vegetables and turkey bacon. The fresh pressed juice was so delicious. As a person with food allergies, Freshfit has many options for me. They offer vegan and gluten free items, plus turkey sausage or bacon instead of pork. We can’t wait to eat there again on our next OBX visit!”

“Our family discovered Coastal Creamery this vacation and will now be a regular stop every vacation in OBX. We went to Costal Creamery more than we went anywhere else. We tried to go to our normal ice-cream shop just once. The kids were not having it. So we left and went to Costal Creamery. Their ice-cream is the best! Plus the service was excellent.”

“This place is now called Forbes candies ice cream. It's a cute little store with a little shop of souvenirs, cables, fudge and delicious ice cream. Great price for the amount you get. Definitely recommend you coming here.”

“This restaurant has the classic outer banks feel. Formerly Owens Restaurant for several decades, The Captain's Table maintains the same charm and allure. The fried seafood platter was enjoyable. The Shrimp and Scallops were especially delicious. The collards were fantastic.”

“I could seriously live on the fried green tomatoes. Seriously. I mean, the shrimp is great, the key lime pie will curl your toes and make your eyes roll back in your head, but I could eat nothing but the fried green tomatoes (hint, they are tipped with crab) for the rest of my life and be happy.”
