“All employees were really nice and professional. 3 stars on service was because we were asked to pull forward to wait which was no biggie, but it was like they forgot us. After awhile a young man came out and said you still haven't got your food? Said no and although he had just got off he went back in with our receipt and came a couple minutes later with our food. Now that's an employee that went above and beyond“

“We visited on 8-30-25. I stopped by with my youth group to get a bite to eat after a day at Carowinds. Shatel was the manager working that day. We had around 25 kids and I stopped by without calling ahead(I know shame on me) but I had confidence in this place as my family eats here almost every Sunday. Let me tell you, the staff working that day was on it. They worked hard and took all of our orders and got the fresh, made when you order delicious food out in a timely manner to all of our youth. They were so nice and respectful and did not act the least bit flustered with us. They did all of this while taking care of other customers as well. I just wanted to come on here and brag about how well they did. We love this Culvers. This isn't just an ordinary fast food restaurant. They make you feel right at home when you are here. The managers are fantastic and so are all of the staff. I have never had a staff member be rude to me. Go and support this Culvers if you are craving delicious fresh made food. I promise you won't be disappointed.“

“Omg. I am putting JJ's on the curb!! First time UBER priority $80 order from Albemarle Rd Charlotte!! Subs were awesome!!! Fresh tasting with good tomatoes (not the case with JJ. Theirs are hard and not ripe!) The roast beef was moist and meaty tasting (not the case at JJ. Theirs is slightly dry!) And the tuna!!!!! Yummy fresh. I will order again for sure.“

“I love this place! Service is always great and it’s decorated like a 1950s diner. The food? Fantastic, fresh and is ready fast.
Superboy (get it as is) and fries are my “go to” but the fried chicken, onion rings and the chicken salad plate are also terrific. They also have a delicious mustard-forward potato salad that slays. You won’t be disappointed!“

“Saw this place from the street after leaving a deli around the corner . Decided to get some to bring home . Had a bite to sample and was delicious ! Loved that they had a freezer section so could bring those home to sample at another time ! Also saw door dash delivery so after trying all we ordered I’m sure I’ll order more in the future ! “I had a coupon for two for $7 gyros. I got two Greek style gyros and they were delicious. Loaded with meat, the right amount of tzaziki sauce, lettuce, tomato on a soft pita. Chefs kiss. I'm not a big fan of the roast beef sandwiches but I don't particularly like roast beef so thats not surprising. However, the french dip and the greek gyros are worth the visit. I'll be back to use a similar coupon on the French Dip sandwiches.“

Everything is sliced fresh, in front of you. And the Philly Cheesesteak is everything that you want. Roll is crunchy on the outside, giving the sandwich body and stability. Soft and chewy on the inside, sopping up the grease. And everything was seasoned to perfection.

The ladies working the line did not have a sense of urgency at all and we're super slow while the guy working the fries killed it, those ladies need to be retrained or replaced.“
