“I recently stopped at this location after picking up some items from the Amazon warehouse nearby. I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't have any weight and I was greeted the moment I walked in. The cashier I spoke with was very understanding about my lack of knowledge of the new menu items and was able to make some good suggestions. The quality of the food was excellent and better than I normally experience at other subways.
When I went to pay for my sandwich the gentleman that processed the transaction did so quickly and smoothly. I was happy with everything that I experienced while visiting and will definitely stop back in the future.“

“My mother delivers catering for this location, and today I took the risk of asking for a little extra kindness for her today as she is in bed sick like she's never been before. I ordered via doordash, spoke with the manager, and explained her predicament and she knew exactly who I was talking about. Admittedly, I didn't ask for anything specific aside from taking extra care of her order. They went above and beyond by upgrading her order from two soups to adding a drink, salad, and a cinnamon roll, as well as a small note to get well soon. Thank you guys so much, this has not gone unnoticed!“

“They have recently been under new management and honestly there has been a big difference! Employee actually wear their uniforms, change their gloves, and their fountain drink machine is finally working! I hope people look past the 3+ year old reviews and focus on the new ones.“

“Yes but the bread the last 3 times was so hard couldn't eat it. They have the best subs in town when bread is fresh. if the bread doesn't improve we won't be back. Need fresh bread more often.“

“I was ordering via DoorDash but didn’t see gluten free bread as an option. I called the store and they confirmed they did have it and would let the kitchen know to look out for my order so they would know to substitute the regular bread with gluten free bread at no extra charge.
10/10 service, thank you so much for being accommodating! I believe the guy who answered the phone was David. Great customer service!“

“All I can say is Substation 2 has the best subs on the planet. Add in the winning attitude of the crew, and you have a very successful restaurant. when I tried Substation 2 ten years ago, I realized they weren't a copy cat Sub shop. The number 19 with the works, no mustard is the best sandwich on the planet. Chasity Metz is the kindest, most cheerful sandwich maker ever. She can turn my bad day into a great day just by her positive attitude. I am not trying to get coupons or any free food, I just wanted to let you all know, you have a winning team with Chasity as team leader. I want to make sure she we gets the credit she deserves because most young people these days barely do the minimum requirements for the job. She exceeds that by a long shot. You better hold onto her.“

“I visited this location on Labor Day and it was so busy but the staff did an outstanding job keeping up with orders and customers. They were organized and communicated well with their customers that were waiting. The employees worked well under pressure together and had great attitudes even though they had a lot of online orders as well as walk-ins. I was very impressed with the staff and this location. The dining room was clean. Job well done!“

“I was at the beach this morning and my app did not change (my error) away from the Stanley store. As soon as I realized my mistake (approx 3-4 minutes), I called and canceled the order. The lady was very friendly and I noticed that my order and money was refunded right away.“
