“New to Wilmington and this place I was told I must try... I'm not an egg person, but these omelette's are KILLER!!!!!!!!! I recommend the western or veggie... My boyfriend likes the Spanish... I did try the salsa and it's very tasty... The home fries are fresh and my boyfriend killed a whole plate of grilled biscuits!!!! All the staff is friendly and fast... If your a small diner lover, like we are, this is a GREAT PLACE!!!!!”

I sometimes get supermarket sushi as Genki is not real close to me. I used to appreciate it was “just supermarket sushi” but after Genki (10-12 times) it’s real hard to get a quick supermarket fix. Actually right now I’m salivating!”

The Oysters Millionaire (that salmon mousse!!) and the Seacuterie board were the perfect start. I treated myself to the Surf N’ Turf with lobster thermidor and it was so decadent and delicious. It was exactly the high-end but laid-back night out I needed. Can’t wait for brunch!”

We ordered ahead and drove 30 minutes for: Cheese and pepperoni Mac and cheese Chicken bacon ranch Cinnamon Loaded baked potato The order was ready when I got there and smelled AMAZING. The outside of the pretzel looked great and when you broke into it, they loaded each pretzel with what we ordered. The only issue I had, 3/5 pretzels were not cooked thoroughly and were pretty doughy. May have just been an off day, but def worth trying.”

I would also like to say the Tres Leches Pancakes could use a little bit more Tres Leches, but it was Great! The Mimosas were Great! Great Customer Service, & No Communication Barrier. My wife and I each had an amazing pasta dish and split the largest piece of coconut cake we have ever seen. “I don’t usually leave reviews but they totally deserve one! We left the movies and my parents said “where are we having lunch?”. I said “right here! I looked at their menu during the movie”. Coquina did NOT disappoint. The “co’jito” and “café con leche” cocktails were perfection. The conch fritters were fantastic. In fact, we were shocked how many fritters come with the order and the size of them. Most restaurants we’ve been to that offered conch fritters come with (maybe) five fritters and always far smaller in size. And the actual amount of conch and size of the pieces: amazing. It was so nice to actually taste conch and not just breading/filler! And then the Cuban sandwich….. OMG….. My father and I always order a Cuban sandwich and judge a restaurant based on it if it’s on their menu. We both agreed that this was probably the best Cuban sandwich we’ve ever had! And we’ve tried them from Key West up to New England. The mayo balances out the mustard…. The melted Swiss cheese…. BUT the winner: the mojo-marinated SMOKED pork. Once you get through the creamy, savory, and tang, you get the smoke flavor and it’s just the perfect marriage of flavors. I know it’s supposed to be a fish-focused place, but do yourself a favor and get the Cuban sandwich!!”

But they’d never say that out loud because that’d be uncouth. Eating here is like eating in NYC, only much cheaper! Our server Reagan was so nice and attentive, and the food was elite. Normally I’m the type of guy who wants extremely sweet tea, but I actually appreciated that their tea was more tea than sugar. It was almost as if they were saying “settle down sir, this is a proper establishment!” I wish I took a picture of the omelette my wife got because it looked like something out of a Studio Ghibli film. Perfectly cooked and it tasted great. Don’t sleep on this place! It’s so affordable and the brunch is among the best in Wilmington. Oh, and if you’re a guy taking your significant other here, make sure you step your game up. Every older guy was a gentleman through and through. Lately though we've been getting it to go because I'm disabled and I hate to get in people's way; hopefully I'll be fixed soon but what I've found really aggravating is getting all the way home to find the order isn't all there. Granted we should have checked it before we left but we shouldn't have to and as is normal, you all were packed and we didn't want to keep anyone waiting. “The food was good overall. The bread served with the Alfredo sauce was the highlight and full of flavor, and the marinara with a five-cheese blend was also very good. The pasta with Alfredo sauce tasted great, and the shrimp was cooked well and very flavorful. The shrimp starter with bell peppers was delicious and crispy. The cocktails and sangria were refreshing and well made. The shrimp and chicken carbonara with white sauce was good, and the fettuccine Alfredo with broccoli was excellent. Dessert was also good and a nice way to finish the meal. The tiramisu was one of the best I’ve ever had. Overall, everything tasted great and the food quality was very good, although the dishes were quite rich and creamy , so it was hard to eat more.
This was our second time trying the same Shrimp Fritto starter, and it was really good. We also tried the Never-Ending Pasta, and the salad was much better than the soup.
The service was also really good and the staff were friendly. The only regret both times was the main course, I could only finish about half the plate. But the Watermelon Moscato Sangria has definitely become my favorite drink.
And the Sicilian Cheesecake was the perfect way to end. Overall it’s good.”
