“New to Wilmington and this place I was told I must try... I'm not an egg person, but these omelette's are KILLER!!!!!!!!! I recommend the western or veggie... My boyfriend likes the Spanish... I did try the salsa and it's very tasty... The home fries are fresh and my boyfriend killed a whole plate of grilled biscuits!!!! All the staff is friendly and fast... If your a small diner lover, like we are, this is a GREAT PLACE!!!!!”

The dishes were all plant-based absolutely delicious. Even if you are normally a carnivore, you will not miss having meat. The restaurant space itself is beautiful and very tasteful and relaxing. All the staff were super friendly and hospitable. Felt like I was saying good-bye to friends when we left. Looking forward to my next trip to Wilmington!”

I only order sushi but my husband always gets a cooked dinner and he says they are amazing as well! The staff is attentive and the sushi chef (I believe owner) is fantastic. I sometimes get supermarket sushi as Genki is not real close to me. I used to appreciate it was “just supermarket sushi” but after Genki (10-12 times) it’s real hard to get a quick supermarket fix. Actually right now I’m salivating!”

The Oysters Millionaire (that salmon mousse!!) and the Seacuterie board were the perfect start. I treated myself to the Surf N’ Turf with lobster thermidor and it was so decadent and delicious. It was exactly the high-end but laid-back night out I needed. Can’t wait for brunch!”

“First off, if you are staying in one of the hotels near Chicken Salad Chick, for god’s sake, do not trust Google Maps to get you there. It was a completely miserable failure.
Now, on to the restaurant itself. Delicious. I got the classic chicken salad on croissant with bacon. I felt like the bread overpowered the chicken salad, and the classic chicken salad is amazing. For my side, I had a scoop of the southern chicken salad; I liked the classic better. The sweet pickles tasted too store bought.
My husband had the turkey club on toasted white bread. It was exceptional. And huge! He had a scoop of the apple-pecan chicken salad. He couldn’t tell it had anything other than the classic. I got a mild pecan flavor and would be willing to give it another try.
The white chocolate cake was screaming at me when I walked in, so I tried a piece. It was goodish, but not really worth seven bucks.

They musubi was kinda small compared to normal musubi’s but was good 😊, tried the Lava flow which was supposed to be like the spicy ahi poke was didn’t get the habanero stuff but got everything else. Tasted FRESHHHHHH which is very hard apparently for other places around here! So that’s a big winnahz!!!! FRESHHHHHH FISH!!!!! besides the adding of the eal sauce it tasted just like the regular spicy ahi poke you would get from Foodland back home. Or actually no it’s Tamura’s quality and if you know they got the best!!! So that’s says a lot. The furikake had a bit too much sesame for me but you know how they do. They are limited on the aloha juices but they got the good ones. They get hawai’i kine beer too. But overall was nice and good food, the dude that makes the stuff is nice he showed me the ahi and answered any question I had bc when you first see the menu it is VERY CONFUSING….. it’s not like back home at all. Very different but once explained you’ll get it! Nice ppl and Onolicious food! Not bad on pricing for da bowl either was normal size! Not much Hawaiian quality food this way or kanaka ran places but this one is good! 🤙🏾🤙🏾🤙🏾 and they got merch too! Not like haole style food it’s kanaka style!!!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥”

My buddy and I tend to go on Wednesday nights (1/2 price bottles of wine) and get a Caesar Salad and one of the most delicious pizzas in town. The Molto Carne pizza is out of this world! DID YOU KNOW...they also have a cool side room that would be perfect for rehearsal dinners, small parties, corporate events etc. Yeah, I own an event space myself Belle Vue Wilmington but I never look at people as competition but rather as options. “I don’t usually leave reviews but they totally deserve one! We left the movies and my parents said “where are we having lunch?”. I said “right here! I looked at their menu during the movie”. Coquina did NOT disappoint. The “co’jito” and “café con leche” cocktails were perfection. The conch fritters were fantastic. In fact, we were shocked how many fritters come with the order and the size of them. Most restaurants we’ve been to that offered conch fritters come with (maybe) five fritters and always far smaller in size. And the actual amount of conch and size of the pieces: amazing. It was so nice to actually taste conch and not just breading/filler! And then the Cuban sandwich….. OMG….. My father and I always order a Cuban sandwich and judge a restaurant based on it if it’s on their menu. We both agreed that this was probably the best Cuban sandwich we’ve ever had! And we’ve tried them from Key West up to New England. The mayo balances out the mustard…. The melted Swiss cheese…. BUT the winner: the mojo-marinated SMOKED pork. Once you get through the creamy, savory, and tang, you get the smoke flavor and it’s just the perfect marriage of flavors. I know it’s supposed to be a fish-focused place, but do yourself a favor and get the Cuban sandwich!!”

My wife and I each had an amazing pasta dish and split the largest piece of coconut cake we have ever seen. I was surprised by the black bean side with onions and celery that really complemented the tacos!

Not knowing what to expect as usually any Me I can food I have ever had here in New England has all tasted the same. Got a plate of nachos and I got something based on a picture on the menu so I’m unsure of the name but it was 2 slices of bread with shredded steak and it came with a small bowl of broth and a piece of meat (like an au jus gravy) for dipping. BEST nachos my wife and I ever had hands down. Every nacho on the plate was covered not just on top. My sandwich type item was great too especially with the broth. And like some other reviews have said just the plain tortillas given with each meal are great, the dip is mild and I can taste that it had a taste of paprika in it which is a magical ingredient. I never leave reviews but for this place I had to.”
