“Excellent coffee. I had the batch brew, which was roasted by Regalia.

I think this is the best coffee in midtown - best batch brew at least. Black fox alwaus goes for such high extractions the coffee tastes a little “thin”. This tasted like something in the 1:16-17 range, and had a lovely body & sweetness, in addition to bright clarity.

They have several roasters on retail: Onyx Coffee, Sey, and another I didn’t recognize.

Oh, and the passion fruit curd brioche was excellent as well.“

A cafe right next to Times Square, which gives you the opportunity to calm down and relax from the noise of the street. The coffee is very good. Prepared with passion and the highest craftsmanship.
