“I am new to the cheesesteaks here even though I was born and raised in South Jersey. I was today years old when I first had a cheesesteak with onions. Excellent moist but not soggy sandwich and love the roll! My first Donkey's sandwich will NOT be my last!! Yummy!!”

“No pictures because the food hit the table at home and we immediately forgot all about our phones 😂 On a whim I was craving fish tacos, searched Google, found La Ingrata and headed over. Let me tell you… absolutely worth it. The food was a solid 10/10. The taco pizza was unreal and the fish tacos were honestly to die for. Fresh, flavorful, and one of those meals you keep thinking about after you leave. We ordered takeout, and while we waited for our food, we sat down and ended up chatting with the family. The owners’ 4-year-old daughter came and sat next to us, and if you know me, you know I’m all about the kiddos. Holding her little pile of tip coins and her pack of stickers, we somehow got into conversations about trains, numbers, birthdays… and found out ours are one day apart. Clearly we vibed because Virgos do things like that 😂 The owners came over and talked with us about business, and as food truck owners ourselves, my boyfriend and I instantly connected with them. Beyond the amazing food was just a hardworking family trying to make it, just like the rest of us. Seeing the next generation sitting right there alongside their parents, learning and growing in the middle of it all, was really the icing on the cake for me. Support family businesses. Support people chasing dreams. And definitely go get those fish tacos.”

“If you’re looking for amazing authentic Puerto Rican food, Freddy’s is the place to get it. While I have been to a few other spots, Freddy’s has the taste of Puerto Rico in every dish I’ve tried. The mofongo, arroz con pollo and lechon asado and you can not leave without a mango smoothie! A must have if you want to know what it tastes like if you could stick a straw directly into a mango and drink from it. The only con I’d mention is the location and parking is limited in the parking lot. Although there is side street parking if necessary”

“I work down the street, so I come here for lunch very regularly. At this point, I've tried every sandwich and my favorites are the Cuban Midnight, Tuna Salad (with provolone, sweet peppers, salt, pepper, oregano), Reuben, and the Caribbean sandwich (same toppings as tuna salad). Always a good, fun atmosphere. I would recommend going around 11:30 or after 12:30 on days when there are a lot of people at the aquarium, because it gets very busy between those times.”

“Tried this spot on a Friday. Ordered the family meal full rack of ribs with 3 sides. Mac & Cheese, Yams , Seasoned Rice, with a drink for $35.00 Everything thing was Delicious, chef's kiss, including the ice tea and lemonade. Chris took care of me. “I DoorDashed a large margherita pizza from Yaya’s for the first time this weekend, and it might just be the only place I’ll order from. First of all, the large size is HUGE!!! When the dasher handed me the box, I was only expecting to be disappointed because sometimes the pie is much smaller than the box entails. NOPE! The pizza pie was huge! Now, the flavor of the pizza….AMAZING! It had a kick to it that I was not expecting, but nonetheless delicious! The cost of the pizza, without the DoorDash fees, was well worth it and I will surely be ordering again.”

“This is Rocco's ! What's there to say ? As always nothing short of fast friendly and deliciously fabulous. Over 50 years family business. What's there to say besides fast, friendly and caring community icons. It's Rocco's steaks delicious fresh high quality and the Italian Hoagie is the absolute best I have ever had.( Well, actually have had repeatedly over and over and delicious every time ) I just cannot bring myself to get one from anywhere else. High quality fresh meats made correctly. They also serve many other foods and breakfast items at good prices. A popular neighborhood staple but if you don't live in the direct area definitely worth a little ride for take out. ♥️ They are take out and delivery but they do have a small counter seating and both that many like to frequent.”

“It's definitely a sketchy part of the city but their food is really good, and they seem like friendly enough people. My fave thing to order here is the chicken and waffles. The chicken is never seasoned but still good somehow,just needs some salt and pepper (+). Their grits are pretty good as well, not lumpy like some other breakfast spots.”

“Victor’s Pub was the perfect stop before our concert at Freedom Mortgage Pavilion. We popped in for drinks, and I’m still thinking about their lemon drop shot — hands down the best I’ve ever had. Great balance, super smooth, and honestly the kind that makes you say “wait… we need another.”

The atmosphere was fun, welcoming, and exactly what you want before a night of live music. The food coming out of the kitchen looked and smelled amazing — we didn’t get a chance to try it, but everything we saw made us wish we had more time.

Overall, Victor’s Pub was a great experience with awesome drinks and a lively vibe. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in the area for a show!”

“Millie’s Kitchen is a hidden gem in Downtown Camden. I found it while searching for a place to eat before an event and was blown away by the experience. Millie herself greeted me, answered my questions, and made me feel welcome from the start.

The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and the service was exceptional. The fact that Millie personally came out to ask how I enjoyed my meal was the perfect finishing touch. Great food, great people, and outstanding hospitality. 5 stars! I highly recommend!”

Yes, this is in the apartment development and is open to the public. Make sure to park in one of the 5-6 spaces marked reserved for riverfront supermarket. It has its own entrance, so you dont need to go into the apartment building to shop here.”

When we checked in we had to call maintenance to have our safe unlocked and we got talking about a place for good Chinese food, and he recommended this place to us. Good choice we went over and found the place, did not look like much from the outside or inside, but we decided to try it. Glad we did, one of the only places down here where my husband can get Pepper Steak w/Onions.... Me, I went with chicken and broccoli. Both came with pork fried rice. Price was very reasonable for the amount of food that you got, only downfall is that they do not have much seating so we had to get it to go. Was plenty for lunch and we both had it the next day for breakfast heated up... Still was very good heated up. We will definitely return for take-out when in town.....”

The food came out fast and was absolutely delicious. To top it off, Riccardo came out to talk with us and offered his next level honey spicy garlic bread. I thought it was really flavorful but initially it was too spicy for my liking. But we took it home and I warmed it up in the oven this afternoon and I couldn't get enough of it! It gets better the next day! If you're at Fort Dix and looking for recommendations for pizza, you gotta order Riccardo's tomato pie. Oh and the wings? Top notch, trust us, you won't be disappointed.”
