“Absolutely fantastic taste, we already had lunch then saw this bbq chicken we thought of buying it for evening dinner, when the food came its smell/taste made us eat the whole order. Like I said unbelievable taste. Same taste they have in South Korea. Spicy Sweet combination is craving feature.“

They change the sides up and it’s always delicious! Imagine all this for 12 bucks!!!! Spicy pork and the other is the beef bento Box“

“Nice modern Korean restaurant. We ordered Gujeolpan for appetizer, and Neobiani and Branzino sotbap for main dishes. Everything was delicious and neatly plated, but I think they’re a bit overpriced compared to other contemporary Korean restaurants in the area. Bring cash - thank me later.“

“I've been coming to this location for around 4 years now. Used to come once a week or so for dinner.
Recently my girlfriend and I decided to dedicate every Wednesday to hotpot, during lunch. Not only is the lunch menu more affordable, it doesn't take away from the experience whatsoever. Whether it's dinner, or lunch, we enjoy this location especially!
For our last few visits, we've came a little bit after opening, and have been sat with Damian as our server. Not only is he very friendly, he's also very patient and polite! Service with Damian is great!
Whenever we need something, hes very quick to get to us, and help us with whatever we need. The drinks he's recommended us, have been awesome as well. -- From what Ive experienced, he's been very understanding and makes sure we're comfortable throughout our stay.
He always takes our finished plates when he makes his rounds, and overall is very pleasant to be served by. I hope our next visits also allow us to be sat with him :)!
Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant has very spaced out rows of booths, allowing room for a wheelchair to attend a table without getting knocked into, or being in the way in any case.
Lovely to see!“

“After not coming for a long while because of our experience… I am so happy we decided to come back! Damien was our waiter and he was PHENOMENAL!! The last time we came the service was not great, Damien completely changed how we feel about Kpot Englewood. He was very attentive, changed the grill every time it even appeared dirty, refilled waters regularly and checked on us numerous times. He had lots of tables but made us feel like we were the only ones he was taking care of! Food was great!“

“The food is delicious and the service remarkably and memorably friendly and attentive without being overbearing. We started with the brussels, which have a sweet vinaigrette dressing and are cooked perfectly. The ribs were meaty, not fatty, with flavorful spicing. The corn and cheese is a surprise --- on the cob, but with chili powder. But the highlight was the kimchi fried rice, a uniquely delicious and satisfying dish topped by a perfectly poached egg. We closed the main courses with seafood kalguksu, a slightly spicy noodle soup with all kinds of seafood. Best seafood broth ever. Period Every other table had the black sesame bread pudding, so we decided to try it. They were right. Don't think about the huge volume of butter involved. All in all, small plates with huge flavors served by a wonderful wait team. Thanks Gurumé.“

“Solid handroll spot from the team behind Mari.
After a great dinner at Mari, I had high hopes for this sister concept. Came in for a late weekday lunch and the counter still had plenty of open seats.
I went with the 5-roll set and a yellowtail sashimi app. Everything was fairly priced and the handrolls were solid, but not the best I’ve had in this range. One detail I loved wasn’t the fish, but the sauces. Every seat came stocked with four house-made options, and the mustard soy and chili soy really added the flavors I wanted for the rolls.
Not sure I’d pick this over some of the city’s lower-cost lunch omakase spots, but if you’re after something more filling than a poke bowl and less of a commitment than omakase, this is a great option.“

“This restaurant specializes in Seoul-style bulgogi, which has a delightful sweetness that really stands out. The service was fantastic, and I especially appreciated the generous refills of banchan, which added to the overall dining experience.“

“Brilliant Korean spread at Cho Dang Gol in midtown Manhatten. Specializes in tofu dishes so we plumped for the spicy tofu hotpot but also ordered some tasty beef and zucchini pancakes and spicy gochujang chicken. This eatery features on the Michelin guide and is always packed, and rightly so! Maybe a little on the sweeter side for my taste but isn’t everything in the USA? 😜 Regardless, it was stupid tasty and we inhaled everything“

“Got the half mozzarella, half beef dog with the potato coating and it hit the spot. Super crispy on the outside, cheesy and juicy on the inside. It is one of those things where you take a bite and immediately want another.
Edit: I wish it came with a full beef dog instead of just half, and the kimchi fries didn’t include enough fries or kimchi for what we paid.“

“This place is GREAT!
We were craving for some ttukbokki and kimbop, decided to try for a new place.
Their kimbop is delicious, great fillings and well seasoned seaweed.
Ttukbokki came out nice and hot. Rice cake was nicely cooked and seasoned. But come on, look at the boiled egg, it’s not one of those overcooked yolk!!
Ramyun and udon was also delicious, noodles were done jussssssst right. I will admit that I was a little thrown off by mixed greens on ramyun.
Donkatsu was one of the best as well. Pork was just the right amount of thickness and crispy.
I also don’t feel like crap after eating the food there, not over seasoned with high sodium or MSG.
People were also great there, highly highly recommend it!“

I even went back into the store to let Gary know 1st hand that it was awesome. Thanks again and DEFINATLEY looking foward in having this again.Since I couldn't add another review cause I just came here again for the 2nd day in a row. I'll just add to this review. Gary again shows he's a stand up person . This food is ABSOLUTLY INCREDIBLE. I came here again today and haven't stopped coming since day 1. This is over the 30th time now that I came here“

“I’ve tried this restaurant a couple of times so far. Raw foods, especially crab and shrimp, is not to everyone’s liking, and two people I was with only had the cooked foods as raw shellfish is a health risk for anyone who can’t take the risk (eg pregnant or with autoimmune deficiencies). I didn’t like the spicy crab, just too much spice/sauce overtaking the crab itself. I love the soy marinade though, it’s light yet flavorful. I am really getting accustomed to the texture of the raw crab so I intend to return again. I would love to try the salmon bowl. Staff is friendly and accommodating, I had to change the amount of people for my reservation once at arrival and they accommodated me without a huff or puff.“

This chicken was insanely good. Every bite was crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor. Honestly, it was so delicious it should be illegal. I've had a lot of chicken in my life, but this one? Next level. Absolute flavor explosion. 10/10 — would fight someone for the last piece.“

“Cozy, modern seating area. Menu was not overwhelming. Several dishes are moderate to very spicy, but full of flavor. Great, friendly service; our server gave us specific recommendations to help is choose dinner. Big portions, most of the hot bowl meals could be shared between two people“

“Phenomenal. I can’t get over how sweet the lady who attended us was. This is the first restaurant I’ve been to where i felt as if the food was truly made with love. The food itself was absolutely delicious, and the price was very reasonable. My friend and I ordered the fried chicken, tteokbokki, and bulgogi kimbap. The portions were perfect, we finished ALL of it (and licked our fingers clean). Their plates are also so cute if I may add. I will definitely bring all of my friends here when they visit Teaneck.“

“I wish I took a photo before I ate it. But, if you want something clean and delicious to eat for Korean food, this is THE spot to eat at out of the tri-state area. Usually Korean soup based foods tend to have either too much sodium and additives to make the flavor powerful, or not enough to bring the flavor out. Genuinely, you can NEVER go wrong with this place. I got 육개장 칼국수 (Spicy Beef Handmade Noodle Soup), and you can ask to see if you can add dumplings in the soup for extra.“
“Raon NYC offers one of the most thoughtful Korean tasting experiences in the city. Kimchi is the heart of the menu, not the soloist but a quiet star that adds depth, balance, and beautiful acidity to each course. The aged soy and doenjang from Jeong Kwan bring a deep, earthy flavor that makes every bite memorable.
My favorite dishes were the foie gras mandu with duck broth and the uni and caviar with tofu and winter gamtae. Raon feels like a calm, confident celebration of Korean flavors and tradition.“

“The samplers was fantastic, we tried none with hot sauce, all the the other sauce were sweet, yet very tasty. Crispy fries, my wife had the spicy monster chicken sandwich, and she said it was amazing. The employees were knowledgeable, they said all the chicken is halal, no halal sign, but the employee said it was. I would ask the owners to advertise it. It would be most helpful to many others looking for halal. Either way, I'd recommend this place.“

“We had korean bbq. It was pretty costly, but the meat, as far as I can tell, wasn't cheap meat, so all was good.
They also give you a good variety or banchan and they'll make fried pork belly rice if you leave some pork belly pieces after having the kbbq (add. charge)“

“This is the spot for $12 Korean Fried Chicken! It’s such a good deal and the wings are fat and juicy. The snow cheese is a must order flavor 🤤 We also ordered the kimbap, army stew and rice cake skewers. Great find for casual Korean bites at a good price“

“Wooga really hit the spot. Came in with a group of four and we ordered the Miyazaki Wagyu Rib-Eye, which was unbelievably tender, rich, and buttery. We also ordered the Pork set which came with pork belly, shoulder, jowl, and marinated rib. Each order came Steamed Egg and Kimchi Jigae. The spread of banchan was fresh, varied, and balanced the richness of the meat. They serve beer and Soju as well. The service was attentive and friendly, making sure the grill was handled smoothly without ever feeling rushed. It is walk-in only and usually busy, but the wait is more than worth it for the quality and experience.“

“The foods (ingredients) is very well prepared and presented.
I am a tough critic about bibimbap; I can definitely say that the dish was very exquisite. The bibimbap plate was composed of quality raw strings of beef and fancy herbs.
A place to return with friends if you wish to impress them with your local culinary knowledge!“

“Great food and service.
I ordered Mul-Naeng Myeon+ BBQ Galbi. It was delicious.

“Jangkalguksu was delicious. The moderately spicy and moderately rich taste of the soybean paste soup went well with the chewy noodles. The soup would have been delicious even when eaten with rice. I didn't add rice because I thought I would be too full. To be strict, I was a little disappointed that jalapenos were used instead of Cheongyang peppers because of the greenish smell of jalapenos, but considering that it is not easy to find Cheongyang peppers here and that jalapenos are an excellent ingredient for adding spiciness, I can fully understand it. It was part.“

“I came here one night to try for dinner with a group of friends. I really enjoyed the noodles here! My friends ordered the clam soup with kalgusuk, and the noodles are at a perfect texture and the serving size was a lot. I would say good to share! I ordered the mandu soup with rice on the side, flavor was perfect! The fried dumplings was also nice, and it was great to share. Great kimchi as well!“

“Home of arguably the best wings on planet Earth… and this is coming from a wing snob. The wings are consistently a general size, and always incredibly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The K-Ramen is nice and spicy and delicious! Michin dumplings are a go to dish. The bulgogi and bibimbap and perfectly seasoned, and very tender.“

“SB K-BBQ was recommended to me by a close friend, and it absolutely delivered. After visiting Seoul and Jeju this past April, my family and I had been craving authentic Korean BBQ—and this place brought us right back.
The quality of the meat is outstanding. The moksal (pork neck) and samgyeopsal (pork belly) are cut thick—just as thick, if not thicker, than what we had in Korea. Grilled over real charcoal, the flavor is rich and smoky, enhancing every bite.
They also offer perilla leaves for your ssam wraps, which is a detail I truly appreciate and rarely find at K-BBQ spots in the U.S.
Even though we live in Philadelphia and it’s over a 2-hour drive, we’ve already made the trip twice—that’s how good it is. If you’re craving a taste of Korea, SB K-BBQ is more than worth the journey. Highly recommended!“

“Great spot for pork kbbq in the city! We came in Monday night with a reservation for three and got the tasting menu with a bottle of the chestnut makgeolli (which was delicious). The tasting menu was great value and I appreciated that the servers helped to cook, though they weren’t the most attentive. (For instance, we had to ask for a bib as well as refills for water and lettuce.) Meanwhile, the pork was great - especially the dry aged versions - as were the egg soufflé and kimchi soup. Also, special mention to having wasabi on the plate as a dipping option! Would definitely stop in again.“

“They are known for making their own tofu. Their tofu soup is pretty good. They have this powder, which I think is perilla powder, that gives it a unique broth flavor. Bibimbap is good as well; the pork is marinated very well and is tender. I don't really like the service here tho. I asked which dish do you recommend, and they said everything and just walked me through the items in the menu lol. Food also takes a while to come out.“

“Tried this new Korean fried chicken spot through Uber Eats, and it did not disappoint! The fried chicken with Korean spicy sauce was amazing—crispy, flavorful, and addictive. The tteokbokki was on another level too; it’s been a long time since I’ve had one this delicious. The only downside was the donkatsu, which was a bit too thin and dry for my taste. Still, overall a great experience, and I’m definitely looking forward to trying more dishes from their menu.“

“This place has been around for over two years, but I finally got to visit. Honestly, it’s been a long time since I’ve had a Korean spot where even the kimchi impressed me this much. The fresh kimchi tasted just like something my mom would make!
I thought the prices were a bit high compared to spots nearby, but the food was so good that I’m glad I came. After enjoying the gamjatang, I even came back for the ajusshi gukbap because it was that good!“
