“I’ve been to Star Sushi several times now, and every single visit has been great. The owner, Anthony, and his staff are always super friendly and welcoming. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers — it’s the kind of place where they remember you and your favorites.

The fish is always fresh and the rolls are consistently delicious! My go to is the Star Tower. The amount of fish is very generous and it blends perfectly well with the rice, avocados, roe and sauces. It’s honestly one of the best sushi spots around, both for the food and the people!“

“Party of 3 ordered food via DoorDash on a Saturday evening in October. Food arrived in very nice green containers within 30 minutes - we were just a quarter mile away. Two of us shared the beef munchite tripes appetizer and that was really good. Third guy had the flavorful mustard greens and that was done really well too - I enjoyed little bites of it. I had the juicy lamb and it was okayish - too juicy in my opinion, which made the noodles all soggy and the lamb slices were too thin and too few. One person had the spicy chicken and really liked it.“

“Restaurant options in NYC are just about endless. But time and again, I come back to The Pho Lexington. Design and decor are simple, modern, and uncluttered. “The store's handmade ramen is the most famous. Its beef noodles are very good and is everyone's first choice. The peanut butter spicy oil noodles are also very tasty and are our second choice. The scallion pancakes are also fried very crispy. Their soy sauce is Sweet soy sauce. General Tso's chicken is a favorite choice for children. The food is served quickly and the service is good at a reasonable price. Will come back again.“

Today was my first time here at this restaurant and it was amazing. I literally took my time eating this because I didn’t want it to finish so soon lols.

“Food was great. But make sure to order non spicy if you normally do mild or medium. Their mild tasted like hot to me… affordable price with limited seating. But the rice noodles were amazing. Had to take one star off because of the extreme heat. I was sweating by simply sitting there and eating the noodles :(“

I ordered the Spicy Beef Noodle Soup ($13). The soup came with a huge variety of toppings, including beef, fish cakes, egg, veggies, and other things. The beef itself was tender and cooked well and the other toppings added to the overall tastiness of the soup. The soup itself was good, but a bit too spicy to drink a lot on its own. This place is located in New World Mall food court and cash only, so prepare in advance before coming. Overall, I would recommend this place if you want a quick meal in the Flushing food court.“

Worst food we ever had in our lives!! Bland and expensive. It came with none of the toppings we ordered!! Tasteless and dry. I suspect the food was kept in the heat for most of the day. STAY AWAY FROM THIS S...HOLE!!!! It should be reported and closed. I can only imagine the unsanitary conditions of the place. “Solid ramen if a bit inconsistent, but their broth is amazing. Ordered the EAK and the Zebra. EAK broth was sublime, some of the best I’ve had in the city. Noodles were fine and chewy, but the pork was VERY dry and disappointing.

Zebra broth was rich but not as buttery as I expected (in a good way) - the garlic flavor hits you over the head more than the butter. Noodles were too mushy, and the pork was a little more tender than in my bowl but still dry. If they could improve the chashu and maintain consistent quality across bowls, EAK would be a serious contender for best ramen in the city.“

“I have tried the other branch in LA and I like the NJ one better. The line here is much shorter and the food comes out really fast. The noodles are firm and chewy and the broth is rich and flavorful. The tsukemen was delicious and the chashu was tender with a nice smoky taste.“

“Great little fast Korean. You use a marker on a laminated menu and hand it to the cashier. Food was tasty and fresh and came quickly. Moves from crowded to empty due to the efficiently. Enjoyed the Korean bbq chicken with white rice and grilled edamame etc. Was very tasty - two sizes of bowls 24 and 32 oz and I was full even with the smaller one.“

“This place was delicious. The noodles were the perfect amount of chewy. The flavors were perfect. The dumblings we're so flavorful you didn't need dipping sauce. We got noodles in chili sauce and beef brisket noodles. Both were delicious, the meat was so tender in the beef brisket. I did wish the noodles in chili oil was a little spicer. But maybe I look to white for the full spice version, 🤣. The person who runs the place and takes your order is so kind. She was able to negotiate us a place to sit. I got the spicy stir fry cumin lamb hand ripped noodles for around $15-16.You have the options of adjustung the spice level and choosing less oil, less vegetable etc so thats nice. When my food was ready, I was called to come collect it.

The food was nice. It felt like non Chinese american food in the sense that it was not sweet at all and had a more mature taste (almost bitter in a way because of the spice and cumin). I enjoyed it. Its nit obvious in the picture but the dish itself has a lot of oil so its good they give you the less oil option.“

“We love Uyghur food especially Lamb Polo. The polo here is the best I had in NYC. We also ordered the lamb soup which is good but a bit too salty, however the lamb is very tender and tasty. The lamb kawaps were very good, juicy and tasty, but the lamp chop was tough and tasteless which I don’t understand. Shouldn’t they be marinated the same way? We also ordered thin-skin steamed mantas, the onion and meat one is very good, but the squash meat one was lack of flavor. Next time I’ll stick with the onion meat ones. Overall, the food is very good, worth a trip.“

“I wish I took a photo before I ate it. But, if you want something clean and delicious to eat for Korean food, this is THE spot to eat at out of the tri-state area. Usually Korean soup based foods tend to have either too much sodium and additives to make the flavor powerful, or not enough to bring the flavor out. Genuinely, you can NEVER go wrong with this place. I got 육개장 칼국수 (Spicy Beef Handmade Noodle Soup), and you can ask to see if you can add dumplings in the soup for extra.“
