“From appetizers to dessert everything was amazing. The food was cooked perfectly and staff was great. Loved the calamari and the steak was cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was inviting unlike larger restaurants. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The owner came around and made sure everything was to your satisfaction. “We lived in nyc for 30 years. Recently moved to DE. God only knows how much we miss the nyc culture. Nothing holds a candle to it. Thank you Aaron for such a delightful lunch today at your restaurant. Best Manhattan I’ve had in a long long time! You were so attentive and accommodating. Service the best! “Absolutely Outstanding Experience! From start to finish, the service at Empire Steakhouse was nothing short of exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make our wedding anniversary celebration truly memorable. Albert was phenomenal—his attentiveness throughout the entire evening and his spot-on recommendations made our dining experience even better. Our server Q was equally superb, ensuring everything was perfect without being intrusive. The food was exceptional, each dish prepared to perfection, and the drinks were expertly crafted. “Visited on Wednesday night to celebrate mine and my husbands wedding that day and as soon as we walked in we were greeted by lovely friendly staff. We were seated quickly and were introduced to our server. The atmosphere was amazing and the food was fantastic. We opted for the Korean bacon to start and we both had the butchers feast. Outstanding. The steak was beautiful and the dishes that came with it were amazing too. The short rib and egg soufflé were my favourite. Thank you for letting us celebrate our wedding day in your restaurant.“

“This place is dope, good DJs, food is sooo good, owners are amazing. We did the brunch & The waiter seemed overwhelmed & wasn’t happy when I kept asking for another drink but it was busy. The bartender was the absolute best, such a vibe here we stayed all day and had dinner. This dinner I’ll be dreaming of it, it was sooo goood omg. They served steak on a salt block I never had anything like it so so so amazing.“

“We ordered the porterhouse. Perfect for two people. The meat melts in your mouth and fries are perfect! The steak came out so fast, we thought they’d made a mistake.
Chocolate soufflé was so light and fluffy and not overly sweet.
Staff was so nice and attentive. Atmosphere was also very nice.“

“Parking wasn't as bad as I expected for the area, that's one of the main things for me. Dinner was good, that was expected. We ordered an egg roll appetizer, shrimp, thi k cut bacon sloves, a few different cuts of steak, salads, mashed potatoes, and creamed spinach. Bacon was impressive but there was nothing bad on the table. Staff was very friendly and pleasant.“

Holy Schlitz! This is the best pastrami I've ever tasted including Katz's, Carnegie Deli (70s-90s), & Harold's of Raritan (80s-2010s)! If you've not gone, GO!!! I won't steer you wrong. It's tender, juicy, fresh, and has so much flavor! It's the Kobe of Pastrami! Sorry, didn't try the corn beef or knish but maybe next time. I got the $15.95 sandwich plus one Lb of pastrami $26.95. Tax is 6.625%. I paid cash but they do take cc. Just GO!“

“Had an incredible evening at Cuerno. The complimentary drinks/chips made us feel immediately welcomed into the space. Our server Jillian was relaxed and professional while also giving us some fun recommendations that ended up making our experience perfect. The Taco Richi is one of the best first bites Ive ever had and the Clamachelda was the Tejano fix I’ve been looking for since moving to NYC. Can’t recommend this place enough. Five stars all around.“

“Nice place with big portions. The staff is great and they will constantly check on you and make sure if you're well or need anything. As I stated before. The portions are big. The price tag matches it, but coming to establishments such as these, it is kind of to be expected. As for the food, the Canadian bacon was very juicy and flavorful, the heart of lettuce salad was divine and light. The apple and bleu cheese complement the salad perfectly. The steaks come out on sizzling hot plates. I got the porterhouse for two with my partner, and we could barely finished half. They are quite hefty pieces. But cooked to perfect medium rare as we asked with a nice char on the outside. Loved this place and it was a great experience.“

“Went into the City to see Hell's Kitchen, the play written by Alicia Keyes (highly recommend this entertaining, lively play). So, when in NYC, Sparks is at the top of our list for dinner. Arrived at the restaurant a bit early so we had cocktails at the bar. A “perfect” Manhattan for me and a martini for my wife along with a great conversation with the bartender. We split a Caesar Salad (crisp, fresh, tasty), I had the Steak Frommage (plenty of delicious Roquefort cheese) and my wife had the Veal Chop (large and perfect) plus we split a large baked potato. Both meals were top notch and only eclipsed by the great service we received (attentive, friendly, and unhurried). Sure it's a pricey experience but well worth it and if you go there you will be anxious to return.“

“I went here for my wife’s birthday. I heard it was a nice place , but I was not expecting it to be such a nice experience. From the smiles that greeted you when you walk in to the delightful atmosphere to the delicious food this place is a 10/10 in every single area!!!! The servers, waiters , chef, owner are all so nice and easy !! I have never had such a nice experience like I did here!! (And it’s really well priced) definitely recommend!!“

“As usual, the experience was wonderful, along with the food. Edward S. is an excellent addition to the restaurant. I always enjoy the staff, ambience, and amenities, along with the decor. The Capital Grille is an excellent choice if you're in midtown Manhattan. You can't go wrong. The salmon is superb. I enjoy going to the Capital Grille at least once a month.“

“This was a lovely experience. We let the restaurant know that it was our anniversary and they decorated the table specially and gave us a little card, along with their best wishes. The food, as always, was delicious with perfectly cooked steak and the Generous Pour was plenty of really good wine (and maybe a bit more than enough!)“

“This was my 2nd visit. The 1st was my birthday in January where my waiter was exceptional. Yesterday upon leaving and to pay the bill, the manager said to me, 'Thank you for coming back." I'm stunned he remembered me. He then tells my waiter, "Bring her a birthday shot." I drank the shot, thanked them for the special treatment and departed. When my friend comes to visit next month, I will take her there.“
