“Delivery was fast and not delayed from the original time (like most places are now). Got the brick oven personal pizza and garlic knots. Garlic knots were the right texture and taste (can't beat the price either) and pizza was delicious. I've tried a lot of pizza places around the area and this is one of the better ones.“

“If you've been around NYC and vegetarian, you have almost definitely heard of Dirt Candy. It's the epitome of vegetarian fine dining in NYC.I will preface my review by stating that I have not grown up in the fine dining realm; there is probably some level of "appreciation" that I lack. That being said, the food here is great. Presentation, creativity, flavor experience are all on point. However, I couldn't justify the price for the food. I think if you are very curious and want to knock it off your bucket list OR you are someone into fine dining then this is perfect. Otherwise, there are restaurants that I think you get much better bang for your buck for in NYC.“

“?? We were the last party arriving at 9pm on a Monday night. We sat at the bar and were served by Sebastian. The place lets you bring your own bottle of wine for a $50 cork fee which is so unique and great for a Michelin Star restaurant, and they don't make you feel cheap for doing it either. From start to finish the food was just so so so good, the atmosphere and service were absolutely perfect. I'll remember that triple fish first course till I'm 100 years old, especially the trout. Just wow. The beef with the potato made you feel at home with a touch of uniqueness. The dessert was perfectly balanced with some of the best blueberries ever. So glad we picked this restaurant for our night out in NY.“

“Overall: 4.6/5 (take out)I tried to go here last time I was in New York since it's one of the best taco places and has stellar reviews, but the line was way too long. This time, our group came a bit before noon on a Sunday and lucky enough, the line wasn't too bad and moved quickly as well. There was no seating area so we ate standing near the front and saw the line grow as people started coming in for the lunch rush. They gave a generous portion of meat so I shared with my friend. We weren't that hungry so 1-2 tacos per person was good for us. If you love tacos, you have to check out this place!Vampiro Adobada/Marinated Pork: Vampiro is a tortilla that's grilled until it's crunchy which has the same texture as it being fried minus all the oil. It's not on the menu but I asked the cashier and she said they have it. The pork was flavorful and just so satisfying to eat. They melted a lot of cheese on the tortilla so it was hard to break it apart.Carne Asada/Grilled Steak Taco ($5.65): This was really good too and a close tie with the vampiro adobada, but the carne asada was a tad too salty. Other than that, the grilled steak was cooked nicely and seasoned well.Nopal/Grilled Cactus Mula ($6.05): A mula is like a sandwich taco. The grilled cactus was cut in big pieces and looked like aloe vera to me. It's very soft and interesting to try but I wouldn't say it would be something I reorder.“

Friendly knowledgeable, service, and some Uber fresh fish make for a great lunch or dinner. “I normally recommend this bakery to everyone. However, yesterday morning I went to your Brooklyn location to bring home bombalones for family. This morning the strawberry on top on one is literally covered in mold. This is absolutely unacceptable! Unfortunately I'm already back out of state so I can't even come back to get an exchange. They were all excellent tasting (see note below though). Service was great - sirloin sandwich was delicious and well priced. We were not rushed out and vibes were great. Note to the restaurant -- the espresso martini was great BUT please change the design, the coffee grounds on the top were cute but they ruin the drink halfway through and get in your teeth.“

Dante is a shining example of an industry shift towards lighter aperitivo-style drinking establishments. Original founder Naren Young says that customers often hang out for hours, sipping four of five of Dante’s sessionable drinks like the Garibaldi, Americano, Spritz or lighter versions of the Negroni.Dante is an Italian aperitivo hangout done well. Think Bar Termini but on a larger scale. A staff with positive energy, comforting natural lighting throughout the bar, and skilled and happy bartenders making a better rendition of the Garibaldi than in Italy. I had such a great experience at Dante that I was tempted to visit a second time the following morning before my flight back to Milano.“

“I absolutely love these cookies. The line was down the block on a nice fall Saturday afternoon but it moved so fast. 15 minutes from start to finish. Amazing cookies, by far the most unique chocolate chip cookie. They are massive, 1 cookie is like having a large piece of cake with icing. They are not the “grab a handful” type of cookies. They are baked crisp on the outside and gooey melty in the middle- all the time every time! Extremely worth it!!“

At 10am on a Sunday they were packed.I was solo so I got seated quickly at the bar (which was also fairly full).Service was quick, water was refilled often and fast.The Green Shakshuka was great. The portions are huge though, so two people can easily share a cup. * Ferrero Rocher I was dead set on ordering this flavor, and it was everything I imagined it to be. Sweet, smooth, rich, and creamy, with blended Ferrero Rocher bits. I found an almost whole Ferrero Rocher piece at the bottom of my cup and loved the added crunch. * Caffè Absolutely divine and exactly how I like my coffee. This flavor perfectly balanced the sweet and creamy elements of gelato with the rich and subtle, bitter notes of dark roast coffee. Highly recommend!“

“This continues to be the most authentic tasting Egyptian street food restaurant I have ever eaten at. Nowhere outside of Egypt have I tasted the authentic flavor of true tameya made with the proper ingredients. When I had the first bite of my first sandwich from here in May of 2022, I instantly cried happy tears of nostalgia for the memories and flavors of my childhood from growing up in Cairo for most of my formative years. I recently had their koshari and it was also truly fantastic and delicious. Additionally, I have not been anywhere else in the city where they have authentic baladi bread cooked like the way it is made in Egypt. My girlfriend’s parents, who had never tried Egyptian food previously, were also pleased with the food. Thank you Zooba for giving me a little slice of home. Five stars.“

“What can I say about this place?!? It is beyond adorable! My friend and I were roaming around in the rain and stumbled upon this gem! We had a couple of glasses of bubbly and a snack to share, gambas! The shrimp were sooo fresh and perfectly seasoned. The space itself is soooo cute and rustic! The service was impeccable. “In my opinion, Brick+Dough has the best pizza in NNJ. Now, obviously, I am a bigger fan of rustique-style pizza than traditional (NY Style or otherwise). But the pizza is always, always on point and the staff is both courteous and extremely helpful. The baked ziti was really delicious, reminding me of my grandmom’s Italian cooking and much better than standard catering fare. The salad was very fresh with strawberries and a yummy tangy dressing, and the cheesecake was some of the best I’ve ever had. “I have been craving sesame-flavored things, so I had to go here when I saw that it has sesame ice cream. It was good--not too sweet, a good combination of sweet and savory, and subtly fragrant. Although I stopped tasting it after eating it for a while. It did feel expensive for a scoop of ice cream on a cone ($6.30) but at least the scoop was pretty big. There are a lot of cool flavors so I hope to go back sometime.“

Holly was such a pro with knowing how much food for the group would be appropriate while also taking into account many different allergies. She made the entire process so easy. And delivery/setup on the day of the event was seamless. I would highly recommend Deborah Miller Catering and plan to use them again for all my client catering needs!“

Started with amazing calamari (since I don't eat gluten, I hadn't had this in decades) served with side of tomato sauce, branzino (couldn't be any better and we shared molten cake with ice cream and an Eclair. “Really impressed! We asked Stuff by SJ to make a custom cake for a pizza-themed birthday party. Working with them (Drew) was super easy and stress free. They were helpful, responsive, well priced and even delivered our cake to the restaurant ahead of the party. Everyone complimented the design and taste of the cake so it was a big hit. I’d definitely go back to them for our next cake.“

“A very cute spot for dinner. There was a very loud party going on in the loft area; I felt badly for anyone who came there looking for a quiet dinner out. The food was delicious. I ordered something off the specials and was brought a similar meal off the main menu. When I explained the mix-up I was told they were all out of the special, but they offered a free dessert to compensate, which was fine.
