“Great Italian food and a decent menu, not much choice but not too much. It's located next to Post Office 34 and is very trendy. The view and service are great, but it's noisy as there isn't much to absorb the sound. We ordered focaccia, roasted peppers and pasta. Everything is great and super fresh.“

“This was a fantastic experience! From the moment we stepped inside, the staff was courteous, engaging, helpful and knowledgeable. We had a party of 3, and ordered 6 dishes. Each dish came out as it was made and each dish was absolutely delicious. A person in our party had a gluten allergy which was no problem and accommodated with ease. We come to NY every year and this will absolutely be a place we revisit again and again! Vegans, vegetarians and omnivores alike will appreciate the dishes and be amazed with the taste! Each dish had its own layer of perfection with unique flavors and exquisite presentation. I’d say a restaurant on its way to becoming Michelin…..bravo! “Here's the review Spencer wrote for you: My family and I just visited to celebrate my grandsons birthday- we like to get a bunch of plates and share family style and this menu was perfect for that. You have to get mezze and extra bread (must try the kubane). We also ended up getting three orders of the shishbarak for the six of us, it is way too good! I got the salmon for my entree which was cooked to perfection and beautifully seasoned. Spencer our server recommended the silan and the cheesecake for dessert so we shared those and boy were they something special- I can’t pick a favorite! He brought us a candle and we got some great pictures. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough.“

“I typically avoid writing restaurant critiques, given my years of experience in the industry. However, my recent visit to Gramercy Tavern compelled me to share my thoughts due to the disappointing experience. I was excited to dine at the bar after waiting half an hour for a seat. I ordered my usual drink, appetizer, and main dish, knowing the restaurant’s reputation for excellence. However, things took a turn when I stepped away to use the restroom. During that brief moment, my belongings—two bags—were removed and given to the coat check staff without my knowledge. When I returned, I was unceremoniously escorted to the exit, which left me confused and uncomfortable. At the reception, I tried to express my concerns, but the staff was dismissive. I requested to speak with a manager, but the coat check attendant firmly stated there was nothing to discuss and closed the door in my face. This treatment was not only unprofessional but also disheartening, especially after spending $145 on my meal. It’s unfortunate that a great dining experience was overshadowed by poor service and a lack of accountability. I hope the management reviews this situation to prevent it from happening to others in the future.“

“Because of the many options, it was very hard to decide. We had the Philadelphia Roll (not on the pics), Chefs choice Roll, Sweet BBQ pork bun and pancake combo. The kimchi pancakes were labelled spicy, but really are not! We liked everything, the least the Chefs choice Roll. The sizes were as expected, but for lunch fine. Really nice staff, and nice atmosphere. Highly recommended (but pricy).“

“we loved this place - meat eater and vegan approved!! tons of options and different vegan meats. however if you prefer to go all veggie that is possible! i enjoyed the mushroom bao bun and the dan dan noodles. the crispy tofu was delicious but be warned - there are some spicy peppers in there i had to avoid😄“

“This is my favorite Thai spot in the city!

I went there a couple of times and tried a lot of different dishes, they all exceeded expectations.

My favorite dishes are the green curry and the pad thai, they also have a delicious Thai ice tea slush.“

“My most anticipated stop in nyc as I found this place months ago on instagram and it greatly exceeded my expectations! Every dish was exceptional. I got there and immediately ordered the green mango salad. I was recommended the tasting option which meant I got served 3 smaller portions of dishes from the menu picked by the chef. Each one that came out was a surprise! The first delicious one was the clay pot glass noodles, the second was the massaman curry, and then the pad Thai. Each dish had their own beautiful flavors. I was also served the black sticky rice with mango and banana. The rice was warm and the fruit was so perfectly ripe it was absolutely divine, don’t skip this dessert. 100/10“

“This restaurant is built on a philosophy I want to applaud. Vegetable-forward dishes. Farm to table freshness. Clear expressions of flavour in each dish. And it works. This is fine dining that also puts you at ease as a customer. Service is polite, prompt, but never overbearing. The dishes like being reintroduced to old friends. “Ended up here accidentally on a layover: Hands down, the best ramen I’ve ever had (springy, slurpy perfection), amazing cocktails (if you like gin the Japanese 75 is a must try!), and whatever the whipped cream, creme brûlée’d banana dessert was tasted like heaven. I even ordered another tonkotsu ramen to go (all the way to Florida) to bring back to my fiancé. They separated all of it, packaged it so it wouldn’t leak, and wrote directions on specific timing for heating up each item! Very impressive service. I’ll be back again!“
