This place is for beautiful, delicious food with personalized service that will leave you with warm memories.We held a party and all the guests were praising food and all 19 members of our party chose different entree. Broad menu , delicious cocktails ( drinks were amazing - we were competing / challenging bar- and were so excited to receive beautiful composition of flavors). Big servings - enough to feed 2 people! They were very accommodating- they offered to open for our party an hour earlier - just for us to have some personal family time - WHO WOULD DO THAT!?! Once we walked in - we were offered to take off and hang our outwear. Warm welcome made us feel especially important! Only thought kept our servers away from us. They were on their toes above our table - and some moments were felt - they are reading my mind.Great for special occasions and beautiful food to have !! “The service was amazing! Our server Jay went above and beyond what was expected. The onion soup was delicious. The perfect amount of cheese and the perfect saltiness. I ordered the 2 course plat. I had the soup and the beef tenderloin and fries. Delicious. The special dessert of the day was their bourbon bread pudding with butter pecan ice cream. All I can say is Yum!!“

“When you travel, you seek to find outstanding restaurants. Sometimes you win, other times, you don't. The Hudson House is a great find, a winner at every turn! From our initial greeting by the owner, Matt, to the great staff who didn't miss a beat, to the most critical part, the food, there wasn't a moment of regret. We started with a couple of tables shares. We had cheese plate with 3 cheeses, homemade fig jam to die for, fresh thinly sliced honeycrisp apples, delicious grapes, and an oil-infused crustini. Perfect start, followed by the burrata and pumpkin seed salad with carmelized pears and sweet potato chunks. I didn't think it could get better after this. I tried the sweet potato and fennel soup, very warm and hearty on a cold night, and the taste was just as I hoped! A beet and farro salad with radishes hit the mark! My partner had a fresh halibut that was cooked to perfection, served on ramen noodles and baby bok choy, with an array of fresh mushrooms, with a gentle but flavorful broth, but not enough to be called soup. To me, one of the best fish dishes I've tasted in a long time. Our guests, the wedding couple, ordered duck breast confit, and hanger steak. The duck, one of her favorites, was tender, most, cooked properly and seasoned well. It was a hit with her and her mother. The hanger steak was the choice of the groom, a very picky eater. He couldn't stop reaching about how amazing it was! Sadly, we were so full, we couldn't eat dessert. All the desserts are homemade by the owner, and they sounded unbelievable. But I'll have to return another time to speak to them. Finally, ask to sit in the jail cell. The pictures tell only some of the story. It's a wine cellar, a hidden romantic getaway, a reprise of days long gone. Or have a seat at the bar with the locals. Or just come and see the beautiful tin ceiling and walls. No matter what you do here, you won't be disappointed.“

“Due to circumstances, I can't go and eat there, so I've had Uber delivery for 3 days in a row now (trying various things). The quality of the food is incomparable to other restaurants. It's on a different level. Each and every sauce is made with care. They package it well. I had a question about the menu, so I called. When I did that, the female waiter (not Korean) was really kind! She explained it to me while shouting a little and said that she was sorry for yelling at the end because the store was too noisy. Even though she was busy, the waiter explained things so well! “I had one of the greatest dining experiences at this restaurant a few weeks ago. Everything I expected from a great restaurant was available here. We were greeted at the door. Decided to sit at the bar. Bartender was very friendly and professional. The menu had a ton of options. We decided to go with the mussels and skirt steak. Just amazing. Mussels with fresh and steak was cooked exactly how we ordered. The bread was so delicious we ordered twice - slightly toasted and warm and soft on the inside, perfect for dipping with broth. Sangria is perfect and very refreshing. This is the type of place I will be returning to very soon!“

“I found myself here after leaving a leas than stellar event in the area. Small intimate and not overly loud myself and my colleagues set outside and enjoyed cocktails and the pleasant NYC weather for a few hours. Happy hour was going on while we were there which was a nice selection of cocktails and beers. Service was attentive Nd the drinks were fantastic. It was great to be able to sit have music in the background that wasn't so loud we couldn't carry on conversation. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and seated promptly.All of the Dishes are tasty, I've had the beef which was tasty, the chicken and pasta was delicious, it felt as if I were in a NY steakhouse.Their event space is super Instagramable, bottle prices are reasonable, all and all in my opinion it's one of the top places in Paterson. “It was a nice place to have a meal. Kind of mid-lit trendy place. It was comfortable and our waitress was really friendly. Come to think of it, the hostess was really nice too. That set a good tone for the evening and we all loved our food. The Waygu burger in particular was amazing and cooked to perfection. The prices are a little high in general, but I would say they are about normal for Ridgewood. They have good cocktails for $18 each and they also have some nice local beers. There is a small side room that it looks like you could rent out, and it looks like it holds like 15 people or so.“
