“Had a very enjoyable dinner there on a Friday night with my wife, son and his wife. No problem parking within a block and was seated right away for a 630 reservation. Restaurant was only about half full. For appetizers we split the tempura mushrooms which was one of the highlights of the night—very enjoyable. For entrees, we had the fish special, two ducks and the risotto. All were excellent with the fish probably being the best. The desert menu is not huge and we ended up wandering down the street for ice cream. Very enjoyable night out.“

“We finally got a chance to try the burgers here (via delivery) and they did not disappoint. I got the black bean burger and my husband had the green chile cheese burger and both were cooked perfectly and delicious! Added bonus are the fluffy on the inside but crispy on the outside perfectly salted fries. Yum! We will definitely order from here again and I think it took some creativity to come up with all of those menu items and names, well done!“

“The waitstaff was great, as always. My fried chile strip appetizer was not that great. Cut too thin and over fried. My 5-Star Burger, which I order every time , was a disappointment. The tiny bacon pieces and cheese crumbles were stingy this time and basically just fell out onto the plate every time I picked up the burger. And, the rings of “fresh” onion were incredibly tough!“

“Update: just wanted to add we are from San Diego where organic and healthy eating is a way of life and not just trendy. We have many wonderful places to shop (our Costco is basically an organic warehouse) for organic and healthy food as well as restaurants that cater to this demographic, so please realize Grassburger is a jewel of a restaurant - you won't be throwing money away at this restaurant - worth every penny!

My daughter and I were in Albuquerque accompanying my husband at a conference he was attending. We are an organic, grassfed, gluten free (and dairy free for me) and no processed food family. It is somewhat difficult to eat when we are at home, let alone go out of town to find healthy food that isn't processed food or food that contains ingredients that are going to make us ill. Sure, many times we have to make the best educated decision based on what is available and what affects our body/health, after all we DO have to eat. On top of that, my husband was working a 12-hour day and we are in an unfamiliar city and I am somewhat disabled. It was great to find food to eat and also have it delivered.

Needless to say, I was elated to find Grassburger who mostly met our food/ingredient criteria. Loved that they cook their fries in Avocado oil and not Canola (inflammatory) or Soy (hormone disrupter) and have gluten-free buns for the burgers or at least have the option to make the burgers into a bowl. However, the actual ingredients in both of these fries contain seed or soy oils, so wasn't jazzed on that note and feel there is improvement to be made in this area. Just eliminate the soy, in particular, since many folks have a sensitivity to it. The only thing I would add was that the food could have been hotter, don't know if that was an issue related to Grassburger or a failure by DoorDash to use some sort of insulated carrier from the restaurant.

I cannot speak for the other items: shakes, vegan, and other kind of burgers since we didn't order them. However, we were very pleased with the food we received (Bacon Cheddar burger, Grassburger with GF bun, and Mix-up Fries) and with the service and speed of delivery as well as the accuracy of the order. From the time I placed the order until it arrived at our hotel was approximately 30 minutes - awesome! You were able to opt in to receive text messages to keep you updated on your order and the delivery. There were two locations in Albuquerque that I could order from, however, their system automatically chose which location would prepare your order based on where you were located - one less thing for me to figure out. Additionally, I was happy to be able to order and pay from their website and not have to register with DoorDash or Uber Eats to get the food delivered; it was uncomplicated and the transaction with DoorDash, who delivered the food, was seamless.

Because of food sensitivities and other issues related to our health, we do not eat out very often and have not had mostly pleasurable experiences when we have, whether it has been eating at the restaurant or ordering take out. Thank you, Grassburger, for a great overall experience from ordering to enjoying your food. If and when we we find ourselves in an area with Grassburger, we will definitely order from you again!“

“I stop here a couple of times a month to pick up lunch, and I've always been really impressed. I mean, it's a Burger King, you're going to be getting Burger King quality food. But the food always seems freshly prepared, and my order is always correct.

The big reason I'm giving this review is the staff. They're always really nice and efficient. I typically order an Impossible burger, and one thing I really appreciate is that I sometimes can see them confirming it's an Impossible burger before they give it to me, and they always make sure to clearly say what it is when they hand it to me. I know it's really easy to mix up similar-looking burgers, so I appreciate how much care they take.

Also gave 5 stars for atmosphere because even though I've never been inside, I do like the drive-thru because it's right down the street from the big passenger train station, and I usually get to see some trains go by which is kind of fun. The outside is always clean and well-maintained, too, which probably does take some effort in that area.“

I always see the same female cook, I like way she prepares burritos ,eggs cook just right, I get no cheese, add chopped green verses sauce and sometimes extra bacon with side of red. Order correct eveytime and rolled to protection 👌. The window people are always so nice, and friendly (except one male that appears to not be morning person lol he says in that male voice "how can I help you? Just direct to point, but when you go to pay, he gives you your order it's always thank you have good day! READ BOOK BY ITS COVER! Now Melody, that girl is sooo nice! she is always friendly, talkative, smiling. I never had iced coffee before she asked (guessing was a promotion) if I'd like one. I normally say no cause never drank one before. Well one morning I questioned on it when she asked she stated she likes and figured I try one and asked which one cause I was clueless. She said she likes the vanilla one, so I went with that! Not good idea, now I'm hooked. Not too point that it's daily but definitely do crave one randomly. Tried at other lota burger but this girl has that certain touch that tastes so good to me! I'll stick to this place for one.
