“The NEW MEXICO food {breakfast, lunch, dinner} at this place is A+++++. Yes, I am a native New Mexican - I very much know about New Mexico food. The owners are very much involved. Your server may in fact be an owner. John Funk / Roswell, NM / john“

“Julian and team were excellent! We were celebrating a birthday and were treated accordingly. Scallops were awesome (unique flavoring and quite rich). The lobster dish was also generous and very rich. The elk and flat steak looked delicious but I did not try any. I had not been to the Coyote Cafe in over 30 years; I will not wait that long to return. Highly recommend!“

“Since they close at 3:00, I get my pie par baked and finish it in my oven at 500 degrees for 5 minutes. It comes out delicious! I love a half pesto and a half #2 16 inch pizza. Just fits in my oven. Really nice and helpful staff too!“

“There is nothing we don’t love about this restaurant. The food is “real” New Mexican with some excellent special touches by the chef. The ambiance is wonderful, and the decor is authentic. Even the music is well selected and at a volume that enables pleasant conversation during the meal. The staff is helpful, responsive and friendly. A special shout out to Daniel, who is appropriately attentive and professional, always with a smile. Already looking forward to our next visit!“

“I’m not a big fan of pasta but my husband is, we found this place while walking around downtown and exploring a bit, and we decided to tried. OMG this blow up my mind, mac&cheese here is DELICIOUS, if I wanna eat pasta I’m definitely coming back here, I don’t mind driving 4-5 hrs. Me and my husband ordered a size medium container of mac&cheese and it was super cheap and they give you A LOT. We were super full. Congrats to the owner.“

“If you are in Santa Fe you absolutely have to visit Tres Colores! We were up there with family and friends for my dad's internment in the national cemetery. There were 13 of us that showed up for lunch without calling ahead. The space is small but they didn't even bat an eye. They quickly slid tables and chairs together and seated us. Service was excellent and the food was some of the best I've ever had. The presentation was beautiful and flavor was phenomenal. I don't think I will ever be satisfied with nachos from anywhere else. It was so well balanced. I am grateful for the hospitality they provided and will always remember this experience.“

“This place is just wonderful. The savory food is so delicious and carefully cooked. The pastries are as well-crafted as they come, feasts for the eyes as well as the stomach! Mille is also one of the few places I've been in my life that 1) doesn't let you down on the second visit and 2) treats single diners as just as worthy customers as those in larger parties. That matters a lot! Every single staff member I've interacted with, whether just slipping around them as I walk by, or who has taken my order or delivered my coffee or dish, is so genuinely kind. The line can be long but moves at a great pace, and I've always managed to snag a seat. Each room and the patio has its own charm!“

“The food was so great I was sad I was full because I would have had all the rest too. We didn't tell it was a bday dinner but the server must have heard when we were talking and my husband got a bday dessert. Just a bit too bad when sitting on outside patio the tables are very close to each other.“

“Service was on slower side of things throughout the meal, but all servers were pretty nice. All of my tapas were pretty delish, and I really liked their Spanish mushroom soup, papatas bravas and and mussels with coconut milk salsa verde: everything was spot on. Their Spanish negroni cocktail was lovely, too. The gateau basque dessert kinda ruined my meal: it seems to have been sitting in the fridge for the day but it was certainly not made fresh and I could hardly taste vanilla bean in it. A lady manager came by and was rather kind to comp it after I declined to try another dessert instead.“
“I discovered Artful Tea during the pandemic, and have been a very happy, loyal customer since. I place a tear order 3-4 times per year, and it always comes thoughtfully/sustainably packed, with a free sample, and a printed receipt with a hand-written note! I order a variety of black, green, white, herbal and rooibos teas, and have not been disappointed. The pricing is very competitive and they don't over-market. Pretty much fabulous“

“Authentic French bakery owned by a French family. I ordered 2 cannelés and 2 pains au chocolat, they tasted just like in France! I also ordered an orange juice that was surprisingly fresh (rare to find here in the US). The decoration inside the restaurant is very beautiful. I highly recommend anyone to stop by if you want an authentic French experience!“

“We are always recommending this place to our guests so we decided to check it out for ourselves and we were not disappointed. Owner brought a grande margarita that was sooo tasty. We ordered the combo plates. Huge portions and so very tasty. Tina was such a gracious host, Sopapillas were huge and lots of honey. Oh, we will definitely be returning!!“

“After dining here several years ago, I determine to return to Restaurant Martin my next stay in Santa Fe. I was not disappointed. This chef provides a culinary experience. We ordered the lamb and fish entrees and delighted in our own desserts. No sharing here! Our waiter was knowledgeable, very professional, and gave excellent service. If you are a foodie, you don't want to miss this address.“

“The food at La Choza is excellent. There are a ton of vegetarian options, and the green chiles and margaritas are delicious. We went to this restaurant 2 out of 3 days we were in Santa Fe, and if we were staying longer, we would go again. The server our second night was Luis. We had never met such an outstanding server. Luis made sure we had all the information to order something we would enjoy. He noticed that some crema was left off of my chile relleño before I even noticed, and he immediately sent some to the table. He was friendly, and when we mentioned what an excellent job he did, he said it was because he loves people. I hope you get to meet him while you are eating there!“

“One of the best burritos I've ever had in my life. I got the sausage and then one with smoked pork, both with red and green chile. Both were amazing! I loved the ooey, gooey, cheesy, chile-dripping, savory flavors and they both really hit the spot. Super nice guy, too, offering food to those in need. I'll be thinking about these burritos for a long time!“

“Really, REALLY want to give this restaurant five stars. The ambiance is clean and inviting, the menu options got me super-excited as a half Japanese, and the food was delicious. Unfortunately, the portions were just too small. Also, on the Bento, I would have liked to have more substantial sides rather than primarily a large green salad. The other sides they did offer were very tasty (roasted squash and pickled radishes)—wish they had given more of them.
On the upside, they have a cute shelf where they sell some unique Japanese ingredients like artisanal shoyu and various yuzu products.“

“The BEST. One of the only places I’ve found around here with real authentic MEXICAN food. Great salsas, great meat.
The tortas and very large and delicious. The bread is always soft and fresh.
And they actually put beans and rice INSIDE the burrito“

“I purchased a bottle of Pinot Noir. $110 bottle. Waiter presented the wine. When I asked if he would decant it, he took the bottle and came back with a half carafe, not a decanter, of wine and not the bottle. I don't think I got the whole bottle in that small carafe. I asked the waiter to bring the bottle back and he did. Better etiquette to leave the bottle and decant at the table. The waiter was nice, however.“
“We went on the recommendation of a 'wine friend' that recently moved to New Mexico.
It was an absolutely lovely experience. Alli and Jay are both personality plus.
The wines and chocolates were excellent.
It was definitely worth the visit.“
