My husband had the Bison and I had the filet mignon and king crab, everything was cooked at absolute perfection. I would recommend this place a million times over to everyone I know.“

“This lady started her business selling tamales from her car almost 30 years ago. She has had her own store front now for several years. Extremely hard work and the best damn tamale In 500 miles!
She has a small, little cafe that local work crews like to frequent, but most of her business is take out.
Posole and Rice pudding is absolutely amazing!

“Nothing to complain about here. Finding sushi that is high quality, fresh, and delicious is hard in this economy, we get it. Oishi you did not disappoint!! For all you can eat you get your money worth with the full menu including appetizers!! (And if you're a sake fan ,$2 more, you can get all you can drink sake, if you're 21+ w/ AYCE)
Me and my husband stopped by after running errands and im sooooo glad we did.
✨️Must try appetizers: baked mussels, crab balls, Donald Duck , Mickey Mouse, miso soup, edamame & the tempura calamari. I ordered some of the rolls others reviewed about on here and they also know flavor. TIGER ROLL, FIREWORK , STREET FIGHTER, SMOKED SALMON & YELLOWTAIL NIGIRI. (Ask about the salmon skin wrap. I dont remember the name but if your a salmon fan try it) Full roll are 10 pieces , keep in mind.

The lightness but richness blend of flavors explode in your mouth. My husband ordered the huckleberry ice cream and became my new favorite flavor. Im more of a green tea girl but if you want something a little more sweet and light give it a try. I had the strawberry mochi , never dissapointing(:

“I went to the Cracker Box for the 1st time always wanted to go. I have to say a nice little hole in the wall joint. It is a very small place and you are sitting right on top of people I am sure when it is crowded probably to much for me. The service was excellent on top of their game and very friendly. The food was ok I got the Chilli burger I probably wouldn't get that again. It isn't a place I would go to all the time because I don't like to feel crowded but I would go again and maybe try the breakfast I heard that is good. Go there about an hour before they close and you will be good if you don't like crowds. 1 last thing make sure u bring money it is cash only but they do have an ATM that was cool. I will give it 2 thumbs up 👍 👍“

“I come in frequently and everytime I order oysters they are tiny , they used to be good size or large ,not even an extra to make up for the loss or a discount for something not worth paying for. The seafood soup is good but the fake crab is horrible better to remove it or change type of crab for a better one .I'll give it a try soon to see if anything changes and hopefully the micheladas are better too ,just beer and clamato won't do in my opinion“

“We were introduced to this restaurant last year by our dear friend and neighbor. We were living in TX at the time. FF to now. We moved to Carson March 1st. This has been our go to Mexican Restaurant for over 7 months now. We have tried several, but still come back here. The food is outstanding. The owner is really sweet. Best waiter around is Bobby. Request him any day but Wednesday!! He will take care of you. All the waitstaff have been amazing. Food is always hot fresh and made to order. Actually going there today for lunch as it's been a few since our last visit. Will post pics on my next review!! The #27 is our go to. 4 enchiladas. We will get 2 with the ground sirloin and 2 with cheese with rice, refried beans and albondigas soup. We share for lunch and have enough to eat for dinner. 5 stars across the board“

“We always go here when we visit Reno/carson city. Relaxing atmosphere with good staff. Many menu options. The egg flower soup and orange beef are very tasty. Reasonably priced. Def recommend if in the area. Worth the drive from Reno or Tahoe.“

“On our way back to South Lake Tahoe I just had to stop in Carson and hit up Betsy's Big Kitchen for that world famous chicken dinner! Reno was brake even for me, but my boy Sage Martin took $7500 Franklins, and a Keno girl from one of the big Casinos, so he'll be paying for dinner!
Betsy's Big Kitchen sure is a welcoming place, it's like walking into Grandma's house on Thanksgiving...only there's no drama!

I personally love the Basil because the food is always fresh, nutritious and great tasting. Recently we chose them to provide catering for a 35-person birthday celebration at our home. We were extremely impressed by the time and attention that Chai gave to the planning of our event. The result was a beautiful set-up of amazing food and appetizers. Our guests totally loved it! Whether it’s for a simple lunch, a romantic or family dinner, or all-out catering, we can’t recommend The Basil enough!“

“There were four of us that had lunch at Peg's in Carson City, on April 11. The food was expensive and not what it use to be like before Covid. We had a very rude waitress and the food was a very poor quality and not as it was ordered. Carson is really growing, but you need to keep your quality up or you will not get return customers. “Review for All American Eatery in Carson City Nugget.I was pleasantly surprised by this delightful eatery. I had been there years ago and had clam chowder in a bread bowl which i remember was good, so i decided to go back. They've remodeled since then and don't have the bread bowl anymore, but i had other foods. I went 3 times in a matter of a few days and each time brought more people with me, who like me love the place.The first thing i want to mention is the fastest service that I've ever seen anywhere. The waiter, Jesse that we had 2 times was excellent and on top of things. The waitress we had the 1st time was good to.They have Mountain Dew, which if you follow my reviews, then you know that's a plus for me. The first time there i had the prime rib, which is something i love to eat everywhere. It was a perfect medium rare and it tasted excellent. The 2nd time was for dessert. They have sundaes and rootbeer floats in a 32 oz mug for only $4.95. The 3rd time i had the chefs salad. Ive never seen one that has more meat then lettuce. They also have thousand island dressing which is another big plus for me, since thats the main dressing that i use. I also tried my wifes fish and chips. The fish was excellent. Not greasy, but tender and flaky. Prob the best that I've ever tasted. They have steak fries which is good.#chefgrubster“
