“What an incredible experience. I simply do not understand the recent negative reviews. My wife and I were walki-ins on Saturday night and were told that the restaurant was completely committed for the evening but the sushi bar had availability. We arrived at 9pm and were seated within ten minutes.

Our visit was absolutely flawless. The service was 10 star, the sushi was some of the best I’ve had outside of Japan and the cocktails were perfect. When we are back in Vegas, we will absolutely be back but this time with a reservation to sit outside ( IYKYK).

The management team was even kind enough to provide a “booster seat” for my wife’s handbag. Absolutely next level!! I would highly recommend Mizumi to anyone looking for an incredible experience, not just an amazing meal.

The chefs are so cool and the wait staff are so attentive and friendly, I was blown away with how awesome they were. I highly recommend this establishment for your next fine dining experience.“

“Was looking not only for an experience but specifically Wagyu A5 beef, and they did not disappoint. We had the diamond experience, all Wagyu with seafood and vegetables that you cooked in a hot pot. The bone marrow was interesting and something I'd never had before.
It was all you could eat and everything was fantastic.
Because the protein was thinly sliced it cooked very quickly in the liquid. One side was their house broth and the other was a sweet soy broth which was amazing as was both sauces they provided.
I would recommend this place for the experience alone but the food was great too.“

“Celebrated my sons 20th birthday here and Zuma didn’t disappoint. Located on the 3rd floor of Boulevard tower at Cosmopolitan Hotel. We had the chefs tasting menu, every dish was amazing, well presented and filling, probably one course too many. Service was great and a lively atmosphere, the place was full through the night to closing time. It is pricey, but highly recommend going if you like sushi and a fancy night out.“

“Amazing!!! I was walking through Resorts World with my family and randomly found Kusa Nori. I knew nothing about it but sushi sounded good. This ended up being one of the best meals I have ever had and I have been fortunate to eat at some of the best restaurants in around the world. Our server John was so great to work with. “We love Tekka Bar. The service was impeccable and food was amazing. The rolls are so simple, but delicious. Definitely fun atmosphere. You are in and out in no time too!“

“With a few omakases I've had in Japan and the US, Yui is what you expect it to be, a delight!

We got the $125 Kansha course and it was great. Kaz-san was very intentional with everything he did, from his nigiri technique to explaining each course in detail. And how could I forget the rice! They mill brown rice in-house to make white rice to get the perfect texture and fight off the Vegas dryness. The lowkey standout for us (aside from the usual best buttery pieces like otoro and hokkaido uni) was the shima aji, so good that we had to order seconds!

It's a clean, intimate setting that's perfect for a special meal.

“My wife and I had a great dinner at KYU inside Fontainebleau Las Vegas. The atmosphere was on point, the service was excellent, and everything we ordered had great flavor and presentation.

We started with the crudo, octopus, and crispy rice — all three were excellent. The filet was definitely a standout for me. I really enjoyed their spin on it, especially the addition of kimchi, which gave it a unique flavor without taking away from the quality of the steak.

The sweet potato was another highlight and honestly a perfect way to finish the meal — almost like a dessert without being overly sweet.

Great food, great energy, and great service. Definitely a spot we’d come back to and recommend.“

“I have been dining at this quaint cozy restaurant for over 25 years. They are soo inexpensive that you could practically feed your entire family of four of five members for under $60.00. That is actually a steal. Their teriyaki chicken bowl is humongous and only for $6.00. I always order the spam musibis for my kids for under $4.00. They are soon nice to you, they bring aloha straight to your table. I highly recommend this establishment for all ages.😀😃😄😁“

Needless to say my husband and I have come back every time, sometimes eating here two days in a row. They are also the nicest people/great customer service. The quality of this food is as good or better than any lavish restaurant. Please come here if you have the opportunity.
