“Great ice cream. I like going for the unusual and classic flavors. I went in to get pints of the Poached Pear Sorbet, Cocoa en Fuego, and the Tin Roof Sundae. Poached Pear was homestyle, tasting of pear, red wine, and mulling spice, and is perfect for the holidays. Cocoa en Fuego has some excellent fire to it from the cayenne mixed into smooth creamy Mexican chocolate. Tin Roof Sundae is the classic, with lots of peanuts. Chris also gave me samples of Cinnamon Whisky, which is excellent and tastes strongly of the cinnamon; Chocolate Strawberry, which had rich dark chocolate and strawberries, and will likely be my next full-pint purchase; Cookie Dough, which is a good spin on the classic; and Caramel Turtle Brown, which I liked as much as the Tin Roof Sundae if not more, so will be a future purchase.“

“Have you ever wanted a personalized drip coffee? Go to Bibo and get one of their pourovers. Ask the brewmaster a bit about the different grind options. I didn’t have the gelato, but it looked delicious with a large selection. Seating is limited and the atmosphere is sparse but the music was great.“

“The lady was a manager who served me and for $10 the scoops were small. Two little scoops I know it was intentional my friends were a lot bigger and I’ve been at another location and they were a lot bigger not sure why maybe because I walked in laughing about a joke with my friend and she thought it was disrespectful but I’m not coming back. You can’t laugh in public people get upset nowadays.“

“Needed a gift box to pass along to our customers. Niki stopped over and listened to what our thoughts were and then went a put a home run package together for us. Fun to watch spouses fight over who gets what in the box! Great gift ideas for all year. Will definitely use again!“

“Jessica and Ione went extra miles to help me out even when the store was closed they also spent times reaching out to door dash and follow up by calling me and made sure the cake was ordered and delivered. Door dash app didn’t make it easy I would not recommend anyone to use this app again ! Cold stone won’t be able to see the order until one hour prior to delivery which doesn’t make any sense ! Ione had to call door dash to get the order number. I had to spend one hour on the phone even get their supervisor involved ! The person answered the phone has a very very strong accent that can be barely understood! My $35 cake turned into $61.78 by door dash as they charged $45 for the small cake when cold stone staff told us it’s $35 but on door dash app only one price for 6 inches $45 plus all the fees …..! But with the help of Jessica and Ione my son got his cake on his birthday! thank you so much both of you ! You made my day !!!“

“Absolutely Amazing Customer Service! We havent been in a while but Sage remembered that my sister had a strawberry allergy and helped accommodate it to make her experience great. We came for the deal but definitely will come back for the amazing customer service.

“I’m currently a Diamond member and I am treated very well. I was prior when I was Platinum as well. The hotel is clean and most of the employees are great. I frequent Vegas often and I would rather spend a weekend at Peppermill and hang out in the sportsbook and tables in Reno. As for food, it’s above average. The deli in the sportsbook is great. The Chinese place Chi is solid as is the steakhouse Bimini. Only place I don’t recommend is the Mexican place near the check in/out counter.“

“Stopped in for lunch, no other patrons were there. Very clean and fresh. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Very knowledgeable about menu options. Looked for something spicy, and staff recommended flamethrower. It met the goal. Several drinks options.“
