“We had an issue recently with the take out service at Tullys in Fairmount which was a rare occurrence. The food is always consistent and service prompt. I felt it was important to share my experience with management as I knew it was not typical of this location. I was called by Allen the manager who had been a friendly face for years. He was very apologetic of the situation and appreciative of my feedback, he wanted to make it right and advised me to ask for him when we decided to dine in again. We went on a typical busy Friday night. We’ were greeted and almost immediately sat. Before our meals touched the table he came over to advise me that one of our meals was on him as a courtesy. Allen is an important part of the Tullys family and the Fairmount location. He is always friendly and cares that his customers leave satisfied. The food was nothing less than delicious, tenders and fries came out cooked perfectly and within 10 minutes of ordering. Great Job Allen and Fairmount Tullys team!“

“This is my second time coming to Craftsman and I can’t wait for number three. Last time I was with my father who doesn’t drink but we came in on a whim and sat at the bar for dinner. We had burgers, they were good, and I was very happy with the draft beer selection. Now I’m back, staying at the Craftsman Inn next door again but with a new group. Myself, my wife, my 2 year old, and 2 month old came in for dinner on a Saturday night. We were seated a few minutes earlier than our reservation and immediately greeted by our server. We fired a kids pizza for my big guy and it was out within 5 minutes and it was absolutely delicious. Everyone was so nice and helpful, they gave my big guy crayons which was a huge hit. The wife had the salmon, I ordered the steak flight, we shared a hot honey and pepperoni pizza while waiting for our main course. We’re from Long Island, we eat a lot of pizza, this thing was top notch. Main courses came, we were both extremely happy with our choices. The steak flight comes with 2 sides and I chose Brussel sprouts and the fingerling potatoes. The sprouts were unreal, the potatoes were good but I’d probably select something else next time. No complaints, just a preference. Drinks were and always are top notch, very happy!!!! Just wish it wasn’t 5 hours from home.“

“What a find in the Double Tree Hotel in East Syracuse, NY! We stopped for the night in East Syracuse on our way to Boston. We arrived late into the city and were looking for a place for a late-night meal. We lucked out with the find of the Season Tavern inside the Double Tree Hotel.Our first choice was the Salt City Smashed Burger. The burger arrived large with lettuce, tomato, onion, and cheese on a Brioche Bun/Roll with fries. The burger was great and the presentation was very good.Our second choice was the Street-Style Fish Tacos. This treat arrived with Red Snapper, Napp slaw, Pico De Gallo, Cotija cheese, Chipotle Aioli, lime, and Cilantro. All of this was served on our choice of either flour or corn tortillas. We picked the flour tortillas. We had a choice of either a salad or chips as a side. We went with the salad. Just like the burger the tacos were great and the presentation was very good. We enjoyed our meals with glasses of wine which were appropriately priced.Once again, I wish Google would allow ½ stars. The Season Tavern is a solid 4 ½ stars. This was great bar food at a reasonable price. The service was over the top; thank you, Ms Kim! We don't travel this way much, but if we do, we will make sure we stop and dine at the Season Tavern. “Great place to eat in the late summer and fall . The view of the trees turning colors from the outside dining on the deck is BEAUTIFUL ! The food is okay , service not that good , but it’s worth it for the view alone . You get an amazing view overlooking the trees and the lake below from the deck . We enjoyed a Beautiful day there , and we will go back again in the fall and enjoy the deck on a sunny , warm , Fall Day for lunch and drinks .“

“I disagree 100 percent that the riggies here taste better than Utica. They simply don’t. The portion size was great, but the chicken was so cut way too small. The sauce just didn’t hit my taste buds the same. The cheese and seasoning on the saucer for bread is just odd. Not bad, just odd. My server never checked in to ask how my food was, but he did have a lot of tables. I probably would return and order something else. Overall, it’s worth checking out. They do seem to get very busy though. Parking can be limited.“

“When to Vito’s tonight for the first time since it changed ownership. The food now is better than before. Our waiter James was the best and the food was second to none. Definitely a place to go and not only have a casual atmosphere and great food but also don’t feel rushed. Absolutely going to be back.“

“The Mrs. and I stopped in today (8/8/24) for the first time and had some lunch. The special was delicious (Belly Stuffer Philly cheese steak), and only $9.50 with fries and free refills on the soda fountain! I upgraded to a beer with mine, which only costs me $10.50! The owner, Josh, was very nice, as was the bar maid. The bathrooms were spotless, too. We sat at an outside table and really enjoyed our first visit. I read some old reviews that were negative, but I can say that was not our experience. We'll definitely be back again for more. Also, I can't believe how reasonable the prices were, considering the ludicrous inflation, and I'm sure setting up shop in Fayetteville isn't a cheap venture. So... great service, great food, great prices, friendly folks; a nice little nook off the beaten path. They get an A+++ from me!!“

“I went to Chadwicks's for the first time a little while ago and had a wonderful experience. The Kitchen serves delicious food and the owner was kind and generous. Nicki, the bar tender was friendly and kind and made a mean cocktail. All I can say is come for the cocktails and stay for the food. I can't wait to go back!“

“We truly enjoyed our dinner at The East Syracuse location and we love the salad bar! What was best though Was our server Cliff. Not only was he incredibly attentive like seriously, five star attentive, but he’s also such a creative person and we had a nice chat about kids and life and so forth and some of the cool things he’s done making his house wonderful for his children, since we brought it up about houses and such… since we just moved here. Anyway, his kids are so blessed to have him and we’re blessed to have him as our server! Will be back! The steak was great by the way

Kid-friendliness: We are comfortable, bringing our grandchildren here because there’s plenty of seating. It’s well spaced and there’s always something to keep them busy, including eating!“
