“It was my first time going to Kingston Bakery I walked I was greated with a smile by staff customer service means a lot to me I'm not a meat eater but I ordered 2 veggie patties I was blown away the crust it was so fresh I don't care for spicy but the veggies patty had just enough kick and and the veggies were tasty that was the best patty I have EVER eaten then I order the cinnamon bun not 2 sweet but just enough sweet to it with cinnamon raisins it's was delicious I will definitely go back again 5 stars from me“

"Paul" has kept up standards. The Coco Breads are THE BOMB - I'd know, I was taught to make them at the bakery my Granny worked in Mo'bay every summer! A MUST HAVE !!!! Go out of your way. “Bertha took my order over the phone 5 days before my Son's Bday. I was so grateful for that. She was nice and easy to talk to. She was able to replicate a cake that I showed her with no issues. We did a 2 tier cake with the top tier having guava filling and the bottom tier with pineapple filling. The cake has perfect density and moisture and the filings tasted fresh. For someone who makes cakes at home, she did an amazing job. I will definitely continue to get cakes from her in the future.“

“I have been going here for years how long I used to babysit for Danny and his brother. The food is delicious. The soups are amazing. Chicken cutlets are delicious. I really haven’t had anything here. I didn’t love.

Dietary restrictions: You can ask not to put extra salt in certain things and I find the soup is not salty. They’re pretty accommodating with everyone.“

“I love this place. Their breakfast sandwiches hit the spot ever time. The downside is that this place gets packed in the mornings/lunch time. But what can you expect, they're awesome. You can find yourself waiting for 20+ mins at rush hour times in the morning.

I can confirm they're still the best. This time around they made my daughter's 4th Birthday Barbie Cake. They did not disappoint! Everyone loved the tres leches flavor and asked for their location. Thank you Pitusa!“

“In my opinion: This place is a Diamond in the rough.I've been living in the neighborhood for almost a decade and I haven't stepped in here once until a couple of days ago. I believe it's because theres nothing that is appealing to the eye that draws customers in thus making it quite unnoticeable. Again, I learned the lesson to never judge a book by its cover. I didn't have high expectations because of the way the bakery looked but I was actually surprised that the things I did buy turned out to be pretty good. ? We got two different kinds of cake slices and a cookie. I came back today to grab another slice of cake for my boyfriend and an iced coffee w/ couple of cookies for me. This place isn't bad at all! Also they take foodstamps! This is so great for those who can't afford the luxory of having cakes for a loved ones birthday. Had I paid attention I would've had a cake for my birthday last month. My boyfriend is the type of person who is obsessed with cheesecake. Me, not so much. He got the strawberry cheesecake and claims it's the best he's had in a long time...which I find hard to believe because he ate it so fast I don't think he had a chance to taste it. Lol!No matter how you decide to pay it wasn't expensive if you compare how much other bakeries want for the same things.“

“Working with Leaven as your bread supplier is a no brainer. We've been on board since the beginning. The quality and taste is of a very high quality and the variety of products is on par with any bread bakery in the NYC area. Your order is packed carefully and is never stacked, but placed in it's own box. Delivery is extremely consistent with just a few errors over the years of service. When they did occur, our sales rep Joe Perillo immediately remedied the issue. If your looking for a new bakery or to upgrade your current bread program I would absolutely give Leaven a call.“

“I grew up driving past this bakery when living in the Bronx. A sandwich, whether roll or hero is not a sandwich w out this bread. I make 2 hr trips to the Bronx now whenever possible to get my bread fix. You can use the finest meat and cheeses on a sandwich but if you don’t have it on their bread, it seems like it was all a waste and may as well had a sub way sandwich. Happy 100 Years!“

You can get there by subway really fast. This place is such a hidden gem! They have products for all price points and affordability. They also sell authentic Sanrio, Labubu, Pop Mart, and Sonny Angels. They also have delicious baked goods including Hello Kitty cookies! I would recommend getting a cute outfit for your Labubu there. Obsessed and can't stop talking about this place! Can't wait to go back.“
