Ive been working in buffalo general hospital 4 ywars now & i will say the girls & the few guys in there get me together perfectly every morning. “I came one night with a mobile order and they just closed the grill for the night. And I wanted a grilled steak panini but I had to get it the next day . They didn’t think I was trying to scam them or anything and the food was really good and everyone was super nice“

“I hit the drive thru while a friend was having surgery at the Millard Fillmore Surgery Center.My coffee was excellent! As is usual for ALL Tim Horton locations that I have been to - the coffee tastes perfect, is just the right temperature to drink and the service at the window outstanding.“

“Never had a problem here with service or the taste! I come here a lot in the morning for coffee and a breakfast sandwich. The donuts and some other foods on the menu are kinda mediocre, but other than that everything tastes great. I’m not sure why this place doesn’t have a higher rating. I think a lot of the bad reviews for this place are just written by people who have nothing better to do than pick out and critique the tiniest things to complain about.I saw one review that said, “They don’t even ask if you want a receipt!” Okay Karen, how about YOU just ask for one of it bothers you so much?Good work from the employees. :)“

“Food was normal Tim Hortons fare, with almost attentive service, but the location really struck me with the width of the aisle which, even though I’m not in a wheelchair anymore, it is still something I notice. Restroom had two restrooms, each was shown on door as being three kinds which really impressed me. Family/Female/Male for both was completely outside my norm so was thrilled to share how very clean and more than big enough for a wheelchair. And enough space to access the restroom too with wider than normal aisle.“

“One of the best tim Hortons locations in all of western NY. Friendly staff the store manager is one of the nicest people I have ever met in my life. She runs a tight ship and all her employees are well mannered they maintain a perfect atmosphere for me as well as other customers to come in and enjoy a nice cup of coffee and a breakfast sandwich from time to time“

“Best Tim Horton's around! The place is always clean along with their staff. The food and beverages are always right even though I order both a special way. Management and staff are super nice even at 5am. You can't ask for a better place to grab some food and coffee in the morning or anytime.“

“Went to Timmy ho's as it us called to get coffee. Let me tell you this is the best coffee on this side of the Mississippi. I would advise everyone to go here. They gave recently cut the senior and police discounts which is a bummer. It's still an awesome place. People that work here are great they work to get you what you want.“

I for one has not had the pleasure of receiving any bad customer service it’s always thank you have a nice day and yes the drive threw will get busy at times it happens and it’s not always the workers fault it’s usually the customers some don’t know what they want or some have big orders! If you can’t handle the line you can clearly see it before you pull into the parking lot common sense would be park the car and walk inside!! Anyways keep up the good work“

“The offerings your company makes for breakfast are just absolutely great. I was first exposed to your coffee approx. 5 years ago on a vacation to Canada and it is all I buy now (online), and have since tried your donuts, specialty type pastries, and hot breakfast sandwiches, burritos, and hash browns and they rank as my favorite breakfast foods when I can get them. I wish you had locations in Pennsylvania closer to where I live as I would definitely visit a few times a week!“

“I stop by this location often usually there’s a boy or girl in there and there always very rude came in tonight and got some bagels and also tried the new refresher they were made very neat and the supervisor karizma who served us was very sweet, My boyfriend said she made his drink very good because last time we got it it had no fruit☹️“

“They ALWAYS screw up the order somehow. Rarely give napkins with the breakfast wraps or sandwiches. Forget the straws with the drinks. Can't figure out change.

Dietary restrictions: Watch out if you're Diabetic. I've ordered coffee with artificial sweetener and they blast me with sugar ! They're going to kill somebody someday.“

“Went here for a quick breakfast. It was our first time at any Tim Hortons. The food didn't taste or feel super fresh but the flavor was good. Donuts seemed old if that makes sense. Coffee was good. Service was good. Most of the tables were dirty and the floor was dirty. I realize it's hard keeping floors clean with people always tracking muddy snow inside but the tables definitely could have been cleaned. We will be back because it's close and not expensive.“

“This is a really solid restaurant with great food and friendly staff. Everything we ordered tasted fresh and well made, and the portions were good. “The woman who took care of me was amazing. I think her name was Ashley. I have never bought regular coffee in my life, only already flavored things, like cappuccinos. She suggested what to get and it was perfect. Despite being the only one able to do the cash register and make the food, she was doing a great job. She didn't let the pressure get to her.“

“Only issue at this location is service when you need the code to use the bathroom! They are slow and use the minimum employees even on a busy weekend when a Line almost out the door! But all locations have been slipping on stocking food and drink options up, so unfortunately Dunkin Donuts has more and more of my whole families business now!“

“Everything I got was fantastic, firstly. Also, the woman with the glasses and ponytail, was so sweet & helpful. I was coming in afternoons and evenings, Thurs-Sun. She remembered me through my few days there, asked how my family was & followed up, and gave me great product. It was so nice during a crazy time for me. Also a new guy was training and helped me twice and was great!
(At one point during a different time, I was in the lobby on the phone and heard someone yelling loudly about a coworker they were unhappy with. I don’t believe they were working as they didn’t have the uniform on but we’re behind the counter. I hope it’s sorted out for them truly, but I’d be a little quieter next time we’re shouting our grievances in the hallways of a hospital, respectfully.)“

“The blonde lady behind the counter is the very definition of charming. Her love of taking orders is truly immeasurable. She absolutely adores helping customers, so please - don't be afraid to ask for anything, no matter how complicated or ridiculous. She lives for that sort of thing.“

“I work behind the garbage truck, we make a brief stop here at the mid-point of our route.I appreciate that they don't hassle us about using bathrooms. Some places keep them locked and only allow you in if you make a purchase.It's always very busy when we go in, full house, but employees do their best to keep things moving, AND to keep them organized as they move.I respect the effort and they should be recognized as a team, as there is sometimes an obvious tension between staff. No issues between Staff and customers that I've ever seen, but they deserve some positive reinforcement to encourage team building, not due to a lack of something, but because they deserve to know they are working well together and feel good about each other, at ease with each other.“

“I like this location because they're consistently open 24hours, but there's way too many homeless people and addicts always harassing ppl outside, and they ignore ppl who take time to come inside and the drive thru is even slower if there's More than 1 car in it“
