“Never had a problem here with service or the taste! I come here a lot in the morning for coffee and a breakfast sandwich. The donuts and some other foods on the menu are kinda mediocre, but other than that everything tastes great. I’m not sure why this place doesn’t have a higher rating. I think a lot of the bad reviews for this place are just written by people who have nothing better to do than pick out and critique the tiniest things to complain about.I saw one review that said, “They don’t even ask if you want a receipt!” Okay Karen, how about YOU just ask for one of it bothers you so much?Good work from the employees. :)“

“One of the best tim Hortons locations in all of western NY. Friendly staff the store manager is one of the nicest people I have ever met in my life. She runs a tight ship and all her employees are well mannered they maintain a perfect atmosphere for me as well as other customers to come in and enjoy a nice cup of coffee and a breakfast sandwich from time to time“

“I hit the drive thru while a friend was having surgery at the Millard Fillmore Surgery Center.My coffee was excellent! As is usual for ALL Tim Horton locations that I have been to - the coffee tastes perfect, is just the right temperature to drink and the service at the window outstanding.“

Everywhere else is too lazy to brew the dark roast coffee and try to give me Decaf bc it’s in the same silver caraf coffee pot and will argue until I prove them wrong lol. “Went to Timmy ho's as it us called to get coffee. Let me tell you this is the best coffee on this side of the Mississippi. I would advise everyone to go here. They gave recently cut the senior and police discounts which is a bummer. It's still an awesome place. People that work here are great they work to get you what you want.“

“Canadian coffee chain that has yummy fresh and soft chewy donuts w just enough icing and filling! I prefer this much more over Dunkin’s. The coffee is good too. But this store didn’t have whole beans to buy. But it’s ok bc the donuts and coffee were good and the bathroom was clean. The donut holes were not pasty which I hate and the Apple fritter was great w cinnamon and apple and icing and soft and chewy and fluffy. This one is right over the border from Canada near the Falls and I didn’t think there would be a Tim Hortons. So it was nice.“

“They ALWAYS screw up the order somehow. Rarely give napkins with the breakfast wraps or sandwiches. Forget the straws with the drinks. Can't figure out change.

Dietary restrictions: Watch out if you're Diabetic. I've ordered coffee with artificial sweetener and they blast me with sugar ! They're going to kill somebody someday.“

“I originally went to the location on ridge road in Lackawanna for two hot coffees at night. When we tried them they were stale and had obviously been old coffee that the employees threw in the microwave. This would explain why one of the employees laughed in my face. However I drove over to the Union road location and Kristine was kind enough to remake our coffees for us. Super happy with the service, I will stick with this Tim Hortons in the future.“

“Went in for my favorite chocolate Tim shake but was kind of scared to order as the staff guy was scathing at sores all over his arms. It was really disturbing to see him working with food after doing this and seeing many more reddened sores and dry skin patches all over him.“

“This location inside of Sister's Hospital is always polite and, have never messed up my order, which says a whole lot!! 80%of the time they have a line 30 yards long because, every department in the Hospital wants a coffee from this Timmy-Ho's!! Thank you Employees, you people rock!!!!“

“It’s Timmy’s lg double double or triple triple if felling spunky lol ., it isn’t the expensive fancy coffee house with barista‘s making smiley faces and fig leafs in your half calf mocha Loca bullsh%t steamed non fat foam. But when there on point it’s still some of the best coffee on the fly. I will say this though your best shot at your order being correct is check it before pulling away if don’t have a regular spot:), just make sure if there busy to check they mixed your coffee and or actually toasted your food.

Kid-friendliness: Most are friendly to the kids waving or whatever there doing cuz there little kids. Other than that annoyed seems to be the common theme

“Im from Florida and had no idea what a Tim Hortons even was. When i went inside i had tons of wuestions on what was good and what was most popular. A great lady named SHAMEEM helped me out and actually took the time tos help me pick something that would be good to me. Fast forward, i am there everyday for a Iced Cap and a boston creme donut 😏“

“Best Tim Horton's around! The place is always clean along with their staff. The food and beverages are always right even though I order both a special way. Management and staff are super nice even at 5am. You can't ask for a better place to grab some food and coffee in the morning or anytime.“

“In town for a few months and was pleasantly surprised at how good the cold brew was, especially for a donut chain. Unfortunately, I ordered from a couple other locations and pretty sure they just gave me regular iced coffee that tastes like chemicals. This location gets it perfect every time in record time. Special shout out to Miss Carol who saw me in line with a full iced coffee and asked what was wrong. I told her another location messed it up, I couldn't drink it and wanted a cold brew. Without question she made me a perfect cup and got me out of there in less than 5 minutes.“

“Visited Buffalo to see the Blue Jays in town, and couldn’t leave without getting my caffeine fix at Tim’s. The staff was friendly and efficient and the latte I ordered was excellent. My family also enjoyed the donuts that I brought back to the car. They were also selling really cute Sabers reusable coffee cups for like $5 so I had to pick one of those up too. All in all a great stop.“

“The people that works there are just normal and also they greet you good they care about you but they talk in your back they think that you don't hear them but they're loud enough to hear them because of the machine around them just a new advice when you talk $h!t about people try to talk quieter do not let them know! I don't want to hear none of your$h!t..“

“Everything I got was fantastic, firstly. Also, the woman with the glasses and ponytail, was so sweet & helpful. I was coming in afternoons and evenings, Thurs-Sun. She remembered me through my few days there, asked how my family was & followed up, and gave me great product. It was so nice during a crazy time for me. Also a new guy was training and helped me twice and was great!
(At one point during a different time, I was in the lobby on the phone and heard someone yelling loudly about a coworker they were unhappy with. I don’t believe they were working as they didn’t have the uniform on but we’re behind the counter. “I work behind the garbage truck, we make a brief stop here at the mid-point of our route.I appreciate that they don't hassle us about using bathrooms. Some places keep them locked and only allow you in if you make a purchase.It's always very busy when we go in, full house, but employees do their best to keep things moving, AND to keep them organized as they move.I respect the effort and they should be recognized as a team, as there is sometimes an obvious tension between staff. No issues between Staff and customers that I've ever seen, but they deserve some positive reinforcement to encourage team building, not due to a lack of something, but because they deserve to know they are working well together and feel good about each other, at ease with each other.“

“Door was locked,it was only 3pm. Saw the workers inside,and drive-thru had cars getting their orders but i couldn't get any coffee because the door was locked and they didn't come to open it!... Had to get crappy gas station coffee“

“I like this location because they're consistently open 24hours, but there's way too many homeless people and addicts always harassing ppl outside, and they ignore ppl who take time to come inside and the drive thru is even slower if there's More than 1 car in it“
